"I have eaten this type cuisine in both homes and restaurants near and far. Carousel is exceptionally good. The dolma (grape leaf w/rice appetizer is among the best. Cost for two including cocktails, 2 appetizers, and dinner was under $100. Good food value for the cost. BTW, I'm not related to anyone who may own the place."

"I normally love Carousel and the food was great. I had clients coming in later on a Sunday night and Opentable accepted my 8:30pm reservation. However, Carousel called me earlier in the day to make sure we would be there at 8:00 for the last seating. I tried to rally the troops and we tried to get in early. I arrived and ordered the awesome "Feast". The food came out shortly after 8:00. Unfortunately, one of my client's flight arrived late and half the group didn't arrive until 8:45. By then the food was not as fresh as it could have been. I think I was the only one who noticed the food wasn't as Carousel's finest. In fact, everyone praised the food. And, why not? Carousel continues to offer some of the best Middle Eastern fare."

"Food is authentic Lebanese / Middle Eastern and every dish is amazing. You can't go wrong. Full of flavor and not spicy. If you are not familiar with the food, the staff is more than happy to make recommendations. Appetizers: Mante, fattoush salad, spinach pies, hummus, basterma (seasoned, cured beef slices), labneh (similar to yogurt). Main Dish: Chicken Shawarma (not your typical shawarma). All of the desserts are great!"
