"Food was good but when we asked for ketchup the way they with such a tiny spoon is liking we are asking for Gold. Service was very poor. Nobody came after giving the food to ask how is the food."

"Small portions. Had thai chicken ... was a breast, broth and bok-choy with clearly once frozen dumplings. Bland. I find this with every meal. I'm on 106 lbs but still am always hungry when I leave. Too expensive for that. :(
Overall its the ambiance and location ... maybe its best for drinks when the weather is bad outside. Will try."

"Love the 650 calorie, nutritionally balanced concept! It means I can order whatever I want from the menu and not have to worry about fat or nutrition. What an excellent idea! The dishes were inventive but accessible, delicious, and the prices are in line with what I would expect to pay for a business lunch in that area.
I'm curious to try Petit Four (I love the play on words, BTW).
The tables are closely packed, but it did not feel too close. Some more soft surfaces to absorb sound would be helpful."

"Very casual appearance. May be trendy. Partner place upstairs more formal. Menu small but higher level then place. Decent drink menu but I find most Toronto places limited in beer selections. Terribly tacky paper napkins that almost had me walking out (paper napkins - REALLY?). Entree had a good presentation and taste but could use more contrast of the special flavors listed on menu. Dumb choice of beer mugs - someone should THINK what a beer gets served in. I stopped at one! Good service that cares how you're doing."

"Lunch food is good, but I wish that they would change their menu once in a while. I had the halibut that was slightly overcooked, but generally tasty and light. The presentation was good and the restaurant itself was good about honoring reservations.
The downside was that it was way too noisy to have any decent conversation. Our server was not good and did not refresh our water and took forever to check up on us once our meal was over. The bill then took forever and even longer to cash us out."

"We had a really good lunch at Four on Friday afternoon. The food was really great, I had never had Bison before and enjoyed it a lot! My friend and I are both on restricted diets for different reasons and Four is a great place to go as they are known for their fine calorie reduced meals and are accomodating to different restrictive diets. I recommend it to anyone!"

"Make sure you ask what time the kitchen closes! We got there and had about 5 minutes to decide because the kitchen was closing at 7:30pm because they weren't busy!!!!!!! I guess they didn't value us as customers!!!!!"

"Food & ambience are good but was disappointed to see their martini menu had changed radically in price after 4PM even though I had asked about the specials. Bit of sticker shock. Also, reserved ahead for wall table but my guest & I had to be moved."

"We waited quite a few minutes before we saw our server to take our food order. The food was good but small servings - I don't think it would be enough for an average man's appetite, but fine for a woman.
We weren't offered water at all, nor refills on our drinks.
Speaking of drinks, my colleague ordered one of the special juices and we were shocked to see $7 on the bill for one very small glass. I guess we should have asked the price when ordering - but if its that much, they should be volunteering that information to avoid sticker shock later.
Meals were very good and we were through in about 1 hour 20. Not bad but for a restaurant in the financial district, it should be a bit quicker. Everyone has to get back to the office."

"Love the chicken burger! I get it everytime I visit. Same with the delicious tiny desserts! Perfect for those with a sweet tooth, but don't want to over do it on the calorie intake :)Service is excellent, as always. This is one of the best restaurants in the financial district to bring a client, colleague, or friend for lunch."

"This restaurant has a nice selection on their menu. The Apple Brie gluten free burger with salad is very tasty. It's usually my first choice. Their meals size is just right for me, nothing that is over sized to make you feel the need to over eat at lunch and leaves you feeling full, but with enough room for dessert. The selection of desserts is very nice as well. I enjoy going to Four for lunch and hope to try them for dinner soon."

"the mains were delicious! (tenderloin and chicken breast) you would not guess it is only 650 calories or less... the tapas were very good too..from the three we had the best were the lamb mmezes, then the fish tacos and the cod fritters..(the tacos and fritters were nothing special to tell you the truth, but the other three items were perfect!) was there around 630 on Thursday..thought it would be dead because it was early for dinner..but the bar scene was hoppin' with suits! Would love to go again!"

"Reading reviews and information on the internet suggested features of this place much vaunted in the past, such as $4.44 martinis and 5 appetisers for $40, were still available. However, this was not the case - there were no specials to set this restaurant apart anymore as of January 2013. However you can still order a bunch of appetisers and tapas to have as a decent meal to share, which is a fun kind of meal to share with a date or long-time partner (which is what my wife and I did). The food was nice without having any kind of 'wow' factor on any of the plates. The ambiance was nice for a quiet meal for 2, being fairly empty but with private 'nooks' that the tables were tucked into around the edge of the room, with 'mood lighting'."

"FOUR is nicely located in the underground PATH system...great to be able to go for a great lunch without having to dress up in winter.
The food is great quality and the service is very prompt. You can be "in and out" in less than 1 hour..a bonus for Bay Street!"
