"The food was excellent and the dining room comfortable with a lovely view of Puget Sound. This restaurant lost two stars because of the very arrogant attitude of the maitre d. Upon making my reservation via open table I noted it was a special occasion (mom's 77th bday) and even called the evening prior to our reservation to confirm. The maitre d rudely told me they couldn't guarantee a table with a view of the water (which obviously wasn't a problem since our reservation was a 5:30!) and they didn't do anything to mark this very special occasion. Obviously I wasn't expecting them to sing happy bday, but perhaps a single candle in one of the desserts we ordered would have been nice."

"I made a reservation for a birthday and once I got there, there was only

"I selected this restaurant to take my mom out for Mother's day brunch. Sunday is all booked up so we went the day before. Glad we did. We got a couch seat by the window looking out the ocean. The food was great, reasonably priced. The only negative is that the coffee cups and utensils weren't very clean. Other than that we had a great relaxing time!"

"over-all the restaurant was nice. beautiful cabin feel on a dock. Amazing views, just beautiful.
The food was cooked well... maybe a touch too much salt.
the actual waitress was really good, she did a very nice job; however, the staff at the bar were on edge & crabby. The host was ok, he certainly didn't make me feel invited or even welcome."

"Requesting a window table a week ahead altho not guaranteed, I've never been disappointed anywhere else...not the case here. We called ahead informing we had a birthday to see if they could do something special but no one ever offered a thing.The weird table had a somewhat view for only 2 & we decided to wait in the bar & have appetizers & drinks. A window table in the bar opened & we asked if we could do dinner there & did.Turned out noisy so we couldn't talk & after apps & drinks, we waited over an hour for our entrees! When we asked our waitress about it, she said, I ordered your food. Although the food was good,there are so many fab restaurants in Seattle as we discovered, who needs to feel as if you don't matter!"

"Lovely service :) They accidentally charged an extra dessert that we did not order but they remedied the mistake by giving it to us on the house. "THE best new place we found during restaurant week. The "room" was open and fabulous. We attended happy hour before our meal. the food was outstanding, (try the tomato soup...really, and the pork). Couldn't ask for better service. The entire experience was great and we will be back, with friends. Even the parking is valet, only $6 for dinners. How great can it get."

"I searched most romantic restaurants for my girlfriends birthday and I am beyond glad I chose Six Seven!!! Everything about this establishment is amazing. "Excellent staff. I'm more an Applesbees guy. Went here for first date. We arrived early just in case. Bakers were courteous. We only had to wait 15 minutes past reservation time to get a window seat. We sat on dock just out outside and took in the view for a bit. Then ordered bottle of wine from barwhile eating to be seated. Bartenders were awesome. Staff took wine to our table so we didnt look like a couple Applebee'ers carrying our wine with us. "Six/Seven is a wonderful location. The food awful. :-(. Our Ling Cod entree was not only overcooked but burnt. The happy hour menu; including wine selection was very poor.
With such a beautiful location it was a shame to have such a disappointing meal."

"Very special restaurant with excellent ambience and amazing food. Service is hit or miss. On our first visit Lora provided exceptional service. On our subsequent visit from the bar service by an unhappy waitress, the lack of communicating that we were waiting in the bar by the backup host and a very pretentious waiter, we would not have been impressed had it not been for the memory of the first visit. Give Lora a raise."

"This place is generally good, servers have always been very nice, but also overwhelmed. They always seem to have too many people to give you prompt service. This night food was slow, very slow, so slow the server graciously gave us another glass of wine on the house. I love the forager's mushrooms but this night there was so much salt in them they were inedible. Sad, because they do not need them! But, we will give it a try again. Wonderful location and nice people."

"We had a very memorable, wonderful dinner; we will be back! The only down side was the lighting in the booths back from the windows. We almost couldn't read the menu and had to move the light fixture to one side and at an angle to accomplish the task. I guess somebody thinks the light fixture with dangling chains and low wattage bulb is cool?"

"Dinner got off to a bad start when Maitre'de forgot that he had us wait in the bar. 45 minutes later we were seated thanks to the waitress in the bar. The maitre'de never apologized and seated us without saying a word. Our table was in a very dark area and reading the menu was impossible. Other tan this, the service and food was good."

"In the bar our server, Judy approached us with our first names, she was personable & helpful in our selections. Dipping sauce sparked up the perfectly cooked asparagus & the mussels were tender in a well-seasoned broth. All the reasonably-priced happy-hour appetizers are tasty. Filet notably seasoned blue-cheese crispy outside with favorite Zin wine, The Prisoner, mouth-watering. Generous portions of the arugula or garden, or beet salads & barely-cooked spinach are fresh & topped with seasonings to enhance aphrodisiac flavors. We re-visited Six Seven for both lunch and dinners throughout out stay. Remarkable combination of city-lights, bay-sunset view, sitting on top the ocean, inviting fireplace, energetic yet private & romantic."

"I came here to celebrate an early Valentine's Day dinner and the staff at 67 couldn't have handled things any better! We were greeted with complimentary glasses of Prosecco, wasn't sure if that's something you do to everyone celebrating a special occasion, but nonetheless, my date and I were thrilled!
The food...simply put....delicious! I had the filet mignon, and my date, the cod. The filet was superb, and my date said this was the best cod she has ever had! That's saying something living in a "Seafoodie" place like Seattle! In closing, I'm honored to recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for a romantic, scenic, delectable spot to catch their next meal!"

"A great dining experience was negatively impacted by the poor reception from the host. Staff walked by us several times while we waited patiently for someone to greet us. And when the host finally showed, he was rude. We had drinks and appetizers in the Lounge while we waited for our table to be ready. When our table was ready, the host informed us that he couldn't hold our table for more than 2 minutes. Really? Good thing we made reservations. I have dined all over the world in some of the finest restaurants. I've never posted a review. Until now. I'm doing this because it is a great spot for dinner, but management needs to look at how their hosts handle customers."

"We had a few issues with the service. Firstly, we had made a reservation for 7:30, but were told to wait at the bar, however the way we were told was rude We got basically the brush off from the "host" and were told to "come back in 5 minutes". It was close to an HOUR before we actually got a table.....what was the point of the reservation?? Once seated, at an amazing table by the window, we greeted by our server, Lara. She was phenomenal, and very professional. We ordered the crab cake as an appetizer, it was delicious. My wifes entree was undercooked, sent back to the kitchen, then returned (the exact same food!!) OVERCOOKED!!!! They just threw it in a pan and sent it back out. Lara comped us, so it helped save this experience."

"This is a classy restaurant with a good view and good food. We asked for low salt (no additional salt beyond what the food naturally has) and got it.
The service was generally good with one exception, a common complaint I have with restaurants: When I ask for water with no ice I should have to say that only once. The first guy gives us water with no ice, but someone else comes along later when I'm not looking and I've got a glass full of ice again. It's a small thing, but it irritates me that the servers aren't communicating with each other about guest preferences so I have to do it for them."
