Lush gardens, walls of windows and richly lacquered panels are the setting for this exquisite dining experience. Under the direction of Executive Chef Douglas Anderson, the menu is a tempting mix of fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, reflecting today's respect for dining values.
"Went here for lunch May 11. Only reason it didn't get outstanding service was that the waitron must not have taken note of who ordered what. Generally, that would be a big mark against, but the service from the valet to the greeter & staff was all so good. I had corn bisque & the shrimp & crab salad. Everything was fresh & good. Best part was the people watching. Lots of crazy handbags, international people, business people & the casual well-to-do. Overall, a great experience that I'll do again."

"This is our second year in a row at Seasons for Mother's Day brunch. The service improved greatly. The atmosphere was much more elegant than last year where everything seemed overpopulated and chaotic. The food is generally very good for a buffet/stationed brunch."

"We've tried several brunches in this area in the past 10 years hoping to find something similar to the Four Seasons Fountain in Philadelphia. This is the first that even came close. The seafood station was outstanding and the Korean BBQ was a delicious interpretation of classic Korean BBQ."

"The Seasons once again impressed me! Our food was perfect and the service exemplory. I had two new guests join me and they were thrilled with the flavors - a few highlights, the lobster salad with crustini, the crab with mango salsa, the Beef in Cafe au lait sauce, the white and green asparagus salad with pecorino cheese, the lamb, and the mac and cheese with scallions and goat cheese, and the desserts were impeccable too - and it may sound simple but the cafe mocha was excellent too. From being greeted at the Valet, down to the restaurant where we were treated as if we were important royalty, the experience of dining at The Seasons is the ultimate brunch destination; please do get there and experience divine decadence as only they can do!"

"This brunch was absolutely incredible. Clearly lived up to its name as the best in DC area. The dessert room was filled with delicious choices & the seafood and salad choices were all yummy. The bill was rather shocking, though. Terribly pricey at $80 a person. Even though we loved the food, the price tag would make us think twice about going again."

"My friend and I take each other out for breakfast on our respective birthdays, and we ALWAYS go to Seasons. The food is excellent (though expensive!) and our waiter this year was wonderful--attentive, charming and not intrusive. The hostess is always gracious and makes us feel as if we are valued guests."

"Very disappointed. Took my daughter and her college friends for lunch. Room beautiful and bright for lunch. Wait staff no where to be found. Had to chase them to be served. The food was very average."

"We wanted somewhere nice to celebrate my 50th birthday, and brunch at Seasons could not have been more special. Since it was Easter Sunday, I'm not sure how it compares with a normal Sunday brunch but the quality of the food and the attention to detail was spectacular."

"Brunch at the Four Seasons hotel was absolutely amazing! Probably the best I have ever had! The service, the food, the variety, and the Italian coffee...were all out of this world!! But then again I guess that is to be expected from a FIVE start hotel. I will definitely be visiting again!....P.S make sure you are hungry when you go as the food varietals are abundant!!"

"I surprised my fiance with Sunday brunch for his birthday. He was blown away by the distinguished but comfortable and airy setting, the array of amazing food, and the freshness and quality of the food. Favorites were the raw bar, the bottomless mimosas and coffee, and the fantastical, Wonka-like "dessert room." Our service was attentive but not intrusive, always present for drink refills without being asked, and fulfilled our every request promptly (eg, ordered a side of pancakes, asked for new napkins, cleared "finished" plates). The price was very expensive, but my fiance and I were thrilled with our entire experience, and he wants to make this an annual tradition from here forward."

"The MOST wonderful brunch in the DC area...perhaps on the east coast. DO NOT miss this. Be advised, a bit expensive compared to others but the seafood is NOT to be missed. WONDERFUL"

"The service was excellent! The food was just ok in this price. Great seafood, ok salad, dry short ribs, very fatty rack of lamb, excellent desserts! Ambiance was nice but the arrangement of the buffets is not so great. Kind of defficult to go through. Also the big group was very very loud but non of the staff said ANYTHING..."

"We had visited Seasons for Sunday brunch each time we have visited DC. We have found it to be one of our most enjoyable meals. Raw bar, salads, breakfast foods, main courses, international food and desserts, this is a wonderful dining experience."

"Presentation of high quality food was so pretty in the different buffet stations (seafood, breakfast, salad, dessert, cheese, and 'hot' area). A $$$$, but delicious brunch for a special occasion with endless mimosas and bloody Mary's. Seasons was bustling with dining guests from our reservation at 11 (until we left at 2 because we took our time to enjoy the food and celebration). We celebrated our Mom's 75th birthday at the Seasons restaurant. If you want a window view, the Seasons staff recommend strongly to request that in your reservation. #bestbrunchever"

"We had the brunch and it was excellent. There was so much to choose from and all of it was wonderfully prepared and presented. It is expensive but not for what you get. It is worth it and a nice place for a special occasion."

"Best Brunch ever. Unbelievable selection. Pace yourself and ignore the things you can get at home...otherwise you are going to miss out on some wonderful gourmet food. Believe it or not the best thing for me was a spicy Kimchi, Pork and Noodle concoction...a great surprise and something I certainly was not expecting to find at brunch."

"This is the best place for a business or personal breakfast in Washington, DC. Everything is done right - from the welcome, the service, the food, and even the presentation of the bill. The restaurant is bathed in light, warmth and personalities!"
