"Food was a bit disappointing. Deep fried pickles would have been better if the pickle was cut thicker. Pork chops dry & overcooked. Catfish bites were yummy. BBQ wings ok. Reserved section in front of the stage was reserved and empty from our 6 PM arrival to our 8:45 departure."

"I was told the music would start at 6:30, so we get there at 5:30ish to start pre-gaming before enjoying some great blues music. Only the band didn't start at 6:30, they didn't even all arrive until closer to 7:30 and by 8 the audio guys were still mic'ing amps and eq'ing everything. When I asked a server about it she said, "Well you know musicians...always late!".
The food wasn't bad. Get the catfish bites, they're really tasty without that nasty fishy aftertaste so many frozen "fish bites" have. We ordered a slab of ribs and they were dry. The chef slathered them in bbq sauce to compensate for the dryness of the ribs. They just tasted like maybe they were cooked earlier in the day and kept warm.
Great looking place though."

"What started as a mother daughter lunch, turned into a family (of 15) late lunch/early dinner. Our serve Taylor was amazing at handling our large party. We had children ages 1 to 15, as well as adults and seniors. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely take my family there again."

"I went with my family while on vacation - when the band started playing, i thought my 6yr old was going to be bothered by the loudness of the band, but she was jamming away and dancing. my older in-laws were a little bothered, but there were groups of co-workers and friends gathered there having a great time. the food was great, very tasty. the sides were tiny, were had mac-n-cheese as a side and it came in a condiment dipping bowl. otherwise, the ribs were tasty and my wife loved her pulled pork. OH, get the gumbo - as good as true louisiana gumbo. opt for the bowl, though... getting a cup gets you a coffee cup filled with gumbo."

"We went to B.B. Kings to celebrate my daughter's birthday and chose this restaurant specifically for the live band and strong positive reviews on this site. It was perfect - the food was surprisingly delicious and the entertainment was such fun. They included my daughter in several "shout outs" and made her feel so special. I highly recommend B.B. "Unless you want to scream at your meal partners, or ignore any semblance of conversation, then stay away from BB Kings. We stepped into the restaurant, were seated near the stage and left within three minutes, without ever ordering., The noise levels were so loud from the band that it was uncomfortable. My ears were still ringing from the volume fifteen minutes later in another restaurant.
Bring ear plugs if you plan to stay"

"I've been going to BB Kings for a long time, and this was the worst experience I had. The other side of the restaurant was reserved for a large group, so I understand that it was difficult for the staff to fit everyone in (staff done a good job!), but the food could have been better. The salmon salad was a rip off. Two large pieces of lettuce are not a salad. The beer chilli had no beer flavor, was full of grease (more grease than juice), and way too spicy. I eat spicy food all the time, and this was terrible. The green beans were not listed on the menu as coming with bacon (which is understandable considering the target audience but would it be nice to have it listed). The beef brisket was great though."

"The music was energetic and fun. The service was very good and they provide avenues to receive flowers at the table for a special occasion. That was a real plus for us as we were celebrating an event. The menu was typical fare with choices for everyone. The food was fair as I have had better ribs elsewhere but the salads were generous in portion.Wings were good. Wine and drinks were extensive. I would recommend this restaurant for a night out, meeting friends, listening to great music but not to celebrate a special occasion."

"This was our first visit to BB Kings and won't be our last! The guest band, 13th Floor Band was great! They played a great variety of songs for the Baby Boomer generation. "Had great blues music to listen to and it wasn't too loud- even though it was 5:30 pm. The band also got the crowd into the music which was neat. Very hard to find if you are from out of town though. You have to park in the parking garage (which you have to pay for) because of it being downtown on International Dr. The food was great which I was leery about because of the great music. I would definitely go again, especially if I could stay longer."

"I made reservations via Open Table and I also looked online at the BB King restaurant website. NO where did it mention a $5 cover charge per adult for that evening. I was visiting from out of town and had also redeemed a restaurant certificate to use for this restaurant. When we arrived, we were told of the $5 cover charge. Had I not already redeemed my restaurant certificate, I would have just left and gone somewhere else. However, after several discussions, they thankfully allowed me and my party to dine without paying the cover charge. The restaurant needs to state on their website the days/nights when there is a cover charge, ad also include it in the Open Table reservation so that there is no confusion."

"Overall my last experience at BB Kings Orlando was amazing. Im never dissapointed when i go. The food was great, drinks were just as good. My waiter Carlos was a joy to have serving me and my party, he was there for what ever i needed and he was super friendly. Of coarse, the music was phenomenal! BB Kings never dissapoints!"

"We had a fabulous time at B.B. King's Orlando. Music and food were great. Waitress was wonderful. Prices were reasonable for dinner and a show. We were a group of seven and sat upstairs in the balcony. The band did a great job getting the early (6:30 p.m.) crowd going. Only drawback is the noise level. Not necessarily a place to go if you want a quiet dinner. But we were looking for dinner out with a little something extra, and we certainly found it. Also, although we didn't have kids in our party, good for kids who are willing to get up and dance (even at that early hour). Their energy was contagious and some in our party ended up joining them on the dance floor. Good times! Again, LOVE B.B. King's Orlando!

"The only complaint I had is the location of our table. Our reservation was at 6:45, there were a lot of empty tables and they wanted to seat us past the bar and behind the stairs on the back wall. We could not even see the band from there. We mentioned our dissatisfaction to the hostess and she said the only other place she could seat us was at the bar in front of the stage. It was a good view, but no direct access to the dance floor. They should really give the customers who arrive first the tables closest to the dance floor and stage."

"The food was good and entertainment was excellent but too loud to have a conversation over dinner. I was annoyed to find out after we arrived at the restaurant that there was a $5 per person cover charge regardless of age that was not mentioned anywhere prior to our arrival and although the only parking is in a garage that says to take your ticket to be validated once you arrived at the restaurant there is a sign that they no longer validate."

"The food was just OK and the drinks a bit weak, although our service was friendly and attentive. The shredded pork was dry, but the ribs were nice and tender and the fries were excellent. This is the kind of place you go to to listen to music and grab a bite to eat while you are there, not a place to go just for the food."

"Food was just mediocre; service was awful. Overall it was very disappointing. If it weren't for the exceptionally good blues music, we'd be giving it poor ratings overall.
NOTE: I was very much looking forward to trying to the BB's Blues Brew - brewed for this venue only, as I was told. They ran out before I got any. On a Friday night, and it wasn't even 8:00 PM yet. The weekend before St. Patrick's Day. Had to settle for Yuengling."

"The food was good for the majority of our group. This is the second time I've had chicken fried chicken and it is still delicious. The green beans and mashed potatoes are tasty as well. The service was okay. Our waiter seemed agitated when taking our orders. He sighed and looked away as we questioned him about dishes on the menu. After serving us our food he was then very attentive by checking in on us several times. We didn't like having to pay a cover charge. We weren't aware of this from the website and we were never charged or ever even heard it mentioned in the past. All in all maybe we just ended up with an unhappy waiter. I would still visit this restaurant."

"It must be hard to come by blues acts because I have had the same dissapointment in many other venues. Namely, when you go to a Blues Club you come to hear blues played. This club also promised good BBQ, which they DID deliver on. The rock cover band that played on Marti gra was very good. A group of old master players who knew their business but I was looking forward to some authentic blues. We left after dinner and called in a night by 9."
