"Finally, a restaurant quiet enough to carry on a conversation!! We were a group of 7 and had a great time. The service was excellent.
The popovers in place of bread great idea served with a great spread.
We had mussels, oysters, anchovies/olives and sushi, all were delicious. Main course, steaks and veal chop with a variety of sides, garlic mashed spuds, asparagus, etc.
We all left happy and full. Will be returning."

"Restaurant was ok. Service was outstanding, however the food was just ok. Wine & beer list was displayed on an iPad. That was a nice touch. Menu was lacking. Appetizers were very limited, & overly pretentious. Food was good, but not great for the price we paid. Our server was fantastic. Very attentive & interacted well with our crazy group."

"Extreeeeeeeemely slow service! Had to wait over a half hour (after seated) to even place our drink order. We asked several times who had our table. Three waiters stood nearby trying to decide???!?! At this point, they weren't even that busy. Reservations at 7, seated on time. Order drinks 7:30, come around 8. Order Sashimi apptz at 8, doesn't arrive until around 8:45! Meal arrives at almost 10! Not sure what happened, asked waiter several times..... Seemed to have plenty of staff for number of guest/tables. Upside.....drink at the bar while awaiting guest arrival was a good pour. Fair wine by the glass offering. Other than that, many (better) Chicago steakhouses to spend your money at!"

"Food and service were excellant. Atmosphere was generic 'anycity USA'. I had dined at Stetson's Chop House every month for 18 months several years ago when I was working on a project in downtown Chicago. It was a good example of the 'Windy City, Broad Shoulders' steak and chop houses of Chicago. It was in a word special. Now it is just another good, restaurant as you find just about anywhere in the USA. That is sad. Oh well, progress. Good luck to all who work there. At least the good Chicago people haven't changed."

"Since they changed the menu & name I was a little skeptical about trying it but the food was actually better than the old Stetsons & I love that they added sushi to the menu! Best sushi every! Staff was very friendly. My steak was over cooked a little but I didn't have to wait forever for a new one and it came out perfect. Plus the waiter gave us a free dessert which was awesome & delicious. 2 thumbs up for me & will definitely go back again"

"I reserved based on the write up, and i am glad I did. This is a fine restaurant. The wait staff was attentive, intelligent and well trained. A pleasure to eat there for my wife, son, and his fiancee. Nice mix of entrees, from Sushi I was told was incredibly good, to rib eye steak. (Try the bourbon & bacon sauce). I might have avoided the place if I knew it wa in the East Towert of the Hyatt, but I was very happy withthe menu, service, and superb food."

"We have been to Stetson's in the past, but not since the renovation. We were pleasantly surprised by the addition of sushi. And very happy that our server Anthony was taking care of us again! He served us last year, and is just a great person. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to our needs. Too often you only hear the complaints, so I think it's important to acknowledge great service and personnel."
