"What can I say after this first time experience, but that it was over the top good! Upon being seated we were greeted with a comp glass of champagne for our anniv., a nice touch. Carlos, a terrific service attendant, suggested the special Hawaiian walu and it was absolutely wonderful, plated on a chipotle cream sauce and risotto and topped with a dollop of guacamole. Also the Australian barramundi was delicous too according to hubby. And can't forget the appetizer ahi lollipops, yum. The wedge salad also must remark about, made with a balsamic viniagrette is the best! Lobster bisque terrific too! Would love to go back for around the firepit dining as well. BluEmber was worth the bill for terrific service by Carlos and the best food!"

My dining companion is a very fussy person who thinks nothing is good enough, but he even admitted that the food was excellent. As hard as he tried, the only complaint he could come up with was that he didn''t get a knife for his pasta......who needs a knife for pasta?"
