"We can agree with those who praise the food offerings here, but let me focus on the service which, at times, even oushines the delicious dishes. Since our first visit a few years ago, one server has always remembered our favorite drinks, foods and even some personal things about us. Spencer not only is the epitome of efficiency and knowledge as a member of the waitstaff, he also extends a warm hospitality that can't be taught or faked.
He had the day off on this visit so, instead, we were treated to the outstanding services of Cornelius. It turned out, however, that Spencer was spending part of his free day at the restaurant and, when he heard we were there, he came over to greet us and catch up on things since our last visit months ago"

"Steak was wonderful, scallops were excellent, grilled shrimp was kind of rubbery in texture (taste was good, but texture was not very good). Our server was very good and the rest of our food was very good."

"Everything was great except for getting a ribeye that was basically burnt - asked for medium well and got very well done. Also, ordered a dessert to go for our daughter and was never told that it needed to be microwaved before eating. But, service was great."

"I'm not sure it's very fair to rate the restaurantly any way on Valentine's Day but... We dine there at least once a month-- everything is always so consistent: great food, great service, etc. This time, our waiter was not good-- he was totally confused by every question we asked. The kitchen was cooking only a limited menu-- which we were unaware of so we were incredibly disappointed when we couldn't have our favorite appetizer. Overall, the experience was good but not great-- which is what one expects from Ruth's Chris!"

"We came in Valentines week and even though the place was packed everything was perfect. They have just about the nicest staff anywhere .I would make reservations ... Never seen a place that packed"

"We have been to Ruths all over the country,the one in Rogers is by far the best.Trevor our server was friendly and knew so much about the wine ,all staff was engaging and the food is always perfect."
