"My experience at Andiamo was great. This is a local (to Michigan) chain of restaurants and they offer great food and service at a moderate price. We arrived early for our Mother's Day reservation and were seated promptly. Service was quick and friendly, considering it was a very full restaurant. They seated us near the bar, which was great, since it kept the nose level down. Our server was very friendly and my Mother remarked several times how great the food was. We both enjoyed our leftovers the next day as well! I would recommend this restaurant when looking for a great Michigan Italian restaurant."

"Andiamo has become a chain restaurant. We were put in the back room which has NO atmosphere at all! Our server was nice but slow. One of the drinks was wrong; the meal brought for me was wrong; the place was just not very good this night. My steak was very average & our server forgot out pasta completely. I've had much better meals at Outback!"

"Arrived at my reservation time... many standing around waiting for tables... many around the bar waiting for tables... expected a long wait myself - however, was greeted warmly, and told that my table would be ready in about 5 minutes, the delay was due to some people lingering at their tables - and indeed, we ordered a drink and after just one sip our table was ready - the open table reservation was like magic... I've called restaurants in the past and made reservations to arrive to a swarm of people like this, only to find myself waiting long periods.
And the two servers we had were top notch... in fact, all staff we encountered from the two bartenders, to the greeter, to the busboy, and our pair of waiters excelled."

"It started off good but than when we were waiting for our meal. Server came back and said we are all out of that meat what can I get you instead? We waited a good 30-45 just for our dinner and didn't even get compensated for it. And the food was just ok not worth the price. So that was our first and last time visiting Andiamo's."

"Service was excellent and the waiter was very helpful and attentive . He gave us some suggestions and recommendations. He told us about evening entertainment and upcoming events at the location. The manager stopped by the table to greet us and see if we were enjoying the evening and our service. I thought that was very professional.

We live in Wixom ; the Novi location is closer but got poor reviews . I would definitely recommend this location to my friends . We wouldn't hesitate coming back."

"I have dined at Andiamo's Livonia and Dearborn on several occasions and am familiar with their quality. However, the Easter Buffet was very poor. I took the last time slot for the buffet at 6:30 and that was a mistake. All main course dishes were luke warm and everything was pretty picked over. The deserts were simplistic and marginal. The chocolate chip cookies were rock hard - we were laughing about them at that point. The dining room was being cleaned up while we were dining and it felt like we were being hurried to leave. The final insult was the tip was already included in the bill."

"Unless you are just dropping in for a drink and an appetizer Andiamo is not worth the money. I ordered the lobster risotto with scallop and when it arrived at the table you would have though the Northwestern had just docked. It smelled like old, dead fish. "First time there and would return. Dined because we had received a coupon in the mail.
I had the chicken Marsala and it was excellent. The best I've had. Perfectly cooked. The house dressing was a wonderful change from the traditional vinegar dressings. We had a kit kat dessert that was beautifully presented. Would like an ice cream option for dessert.
Dominic, our server, was attentive and friendly.
We went on a Sunday at 4pm and it was nice and quiet."

"I had the Altlantic Haddock dish; I was not impressed. The dish was very salty and I love salt. I would not recommend this item stay on the menu. The eggplant in the ratatouille was very tough as well. A good concept but poor execution. On the other hand, my husband loved his spaghetti and meatball dish. My pasta was cold and I sent it back and the waiter was very accommodating until his assigned section of tables started to get busy. Took us forever to have our bill taken for payment."

"The service was excellent, very prompt on filling water and the delivery of our entrees were perfect.My complaint is the food was not up to my expectations in comparison to the price.Over priced for what we ordered.desert was shown as a large portion in a pyrex bowl, but when it was delivered it was in a cocktail glass 1/3 of the portion we saw on the desert tray."

"first time dining at this location in livonia. food was good but service was really bad. waited 15 mins at our table before a server finally showed up. ordered our drinks & food but didn't get our drinks for another 15 mins and she said she'll bring some bread over but after 20 minutes we didn't get bread just the appetizer. when she came back later with salad, i had to remind her about the bread and that one of us ordered soup! well didn't get the bread for another 10 minutes and she had asked my husband how he wanted his steak cooked. wtf? she should've written our order down from the beginning! wow! didn't get to our main dish for over an hour! definitely not going there again! don't know why we still left her a generous tip!"

"Andiamo's made our Valentine's Day dinner special with their great wine list, excellent food and outstanding wait staff that are attentive to our every need. Even though it was very crowded and every table was filled I did not even notice until we were walking out the door. We felt as though we were the only ones there. The lobster risotto is highly recommended!"

"Restaurant was very accommodating by giving me the back room as we wanted a little privacy. I have now brought my board of directors here 4 times and they always enjoy it. Food is always good and service is now better since we began getting the back room.
Our first time, there were 12 of us and we were out front. The service was very slow ... Took 20 minutes to get the first drink. I requested 2 waiters the next time and to my delight, they gave us the back room and 2 waiters. Service has been much better since then."
