Reel Club is located on the east side of Oak Brook Center. Reel Club features a broad array of fresh fish, Alaskan king crab, hand rolled sushi, Live Maine Lobsters, prime steaks, signature salads and a new twist on ice cream desserts. "Friends, family & I have been dining here since the restaurant opened, and it's only gotten better. Why? Because the management and the chef and staff never tire of making it better. Their wheels must turn in their sleep to come up with delicious concoctions that the average person is totally unable to recreate in their own kitchen. For lunch with a friend, we tried the new Ramen with sesame chicken - delicious. My salmon was excellent, the bed of cauliflower risotto and artichoke chips was perfect. My friend loved the cheeseburger she ordered. We had the oatmeal pecan pie with bourbon and sweet potato ice cream which was the best pecan pie we've ever had. What I love most about Reel Club is the quality food and excellent waitstaff (Olga)!"

"Met my friend for dinner. I had delicious drinks in the bar with some colleagues while I waited. When she arrived the host personally informed me that my guest had arrived and seated us in the booth I requested. We started dinner with the delicious basket of gooey slightly salty popovers and homemade soup. The soup is always great! I had the Copper River Salmon special which came with a sweet corn and scallop risotto. Hands down one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. The salmon was perfect, but I couldn't believe the lightness of the risotto and large sweet pieces of scallop on the dish. The roasted corn mixed in just brought the whole dish together. The green beans were even great. Thanks Reel Club - you exceeded expectations yet again!"

"We have been here many times and it is one of the few restaurants we go to where we are have never been disappointed with any aspect of the experience. The food is always great. The wine list is small but has a good variety of grapes that are not commonplace. Servers are always attentive and friendly."

"Our dinner was spectacular, copper river salmon, fish tacos, the trio, and steak. Each done to perfection. Service was also great. But the best story was the drink in the bar prior to dinner. My husband and I arrived 1/2 early to have our usual tanquerey 10 martini at the bar. But alas, they had run out the night before and there was none in storage. I jokingly asked if they could do a run upstairs to the Wild Fire to get a bottle and they did! Now that is customer first."

"We had a fantastic meal at reel club. Our food and service were both exceptional. The lobster Mac n cheese crusted filet was amazing. I would recommend it highly along with the pork belly appetizer, which was served on a perfectly done bed of risotto. My wife enjoyed the sangria, sushi appetizer, and the trio of filet, bacon wrapped shrimp and salmon. We are looking forward to returning often."

"Food was very good. We only had sea food, but the sushi was some of the best and the tuna appetizer was amazing. All the sea food tasted fresh. Our server was very abrasive and kind of rude. He complained to us about not finishing the side dish of steamed green beans and then refused to give us a dessert menu because clearly we were no longer hungry. I would go back again for the food, but if I got that server again I would ask to sit in a different section."

"This wasn't my first time at the Reel Club so I was a bit surprised with my experience. The food was great, but the service was sub-par. It took over an hour to have our food served (party of 6 on a not-so busy night). The food is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious, just not worth waiting so long for."

"My sea bass was so buttery it tasted like lobster! My husbands grouper with arugula was flavorful and perfectly cooked as well! Loved the fresh oysters and sushi which was a very unique type that had a crust on outside of the roll! Enjoyed it immensely! Had a reservation but so crowded for Mothers Day weekend,we waited awhile and their bar area is limited so didn't get a seat as bar tables were devoted to serving more diners."

"Mother's Day Brunch at Reel Club is a highly satisfying experience. Great food -- lots of shrimp, crab's legs, and sushi along with more normal fare. Desserts are a bit pared back from prior years but the free flowing Champagne is good and not all that expensive. The revised food layout creates some congestion around the food and causes some delays but the wait is well worth it. This our 5th year of Mother's Day/Wedding Anniversary Brunch and we plan to be back next year"

"Service pretty slow and had reservation and still waited 25 longer than reservation time. Seats way too close together and cold hear everyone else's conversations. Need to explain that your salads are huge--would not have ordered if I had known they were so large. Good salad, but left most of it. Not a place to go if you want to relax--way too BUSY"

"Really wanted to chekc out Reel Club and had heard amazing things about the food. We never got to find out if it was good. We had a 7:45 reservation, were told when we checked in at 7:35 we'd be the next table seated. At least 10 groups were seated before us, and by then 7:45 had come and gone. When I asked the host at 8:00 pm when we'd be seated, he said they were running late and were still seating people with 7:30 reservations. We went somewhere else. Not sure if we'd be up for trying it out again."

"Had a reservation for six, showed up early and checked in. sat at the bar until the reservation time and then went back to check in again. This time there was no record of our reservation. We were seated right away but in the bar area at a table instead of the dining room. The place was packed so service was slow, though not due to our waitress. Food was excellent, but lacked the ambience we have experienced we have had at the reel club in the past."

"We have eaten at the Reel Club many times and have always enjoyed the food, the service and, most especially, the cheese popovers. However, this time there was a new item ...flank steak...and it was not edible. The good news about this is the way our server and the manager handled this problem. We understand not every new dish is successful, and we absolutely shall return. The other dish we ordered was the crab cake, and it was, as always, very tasty, as were the side dishes that came with it."

"Went here with 5 people to celebrate a college graduation. While the restaurant was full and lively, we still had no trouble hearing each other across the table. Nice celebratory atmosphere, without being stuffy. Food was quite good - had some sushi appetizers - the California roll was a bit "fishy", but everything else was great. Risotto appetizer with Pork belly was so-so - pork belly was great, but the risotto was undercooked. Steak and fish entrees were very good. Nice selection for seafood and non-seafood eaters alike. We'd go again for a special occasion."

"The Reel Club has a nice menu and the food does seem fresh. I had the fish tacos which were somewhat bland but okay. We started with a Spicy Tuna Roll and Shrimp Tempura and both were fine but I have definitely had better. My husband had a petite filet and king crab legs which he really enjoyed. Dessert was the Mounds Bar and it was very good. The server was very nice and attentive. There was a table near us with a family celebrating an 18th birthday and another table with a couple of children and grandma enjoying desserts. It wasn't the date night I had planned on but all in all it was fine."

"This was the second time I had dinner at Reel Club and had another great experience. I was there with my teenage nieces and one of them spilled my red wine on my light blue dress shirt and when my waitress found out what had happened, she brought me another glass of wine at no charge! Many restaurants aren't willing to do that but that really wowed me. The California rolls and the sea bass at Reel Club are superb. Wonderful restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!!"

"I ordered the Halibut and when it was served it was different from the menu. When we asked the server she reported the kitchen decided to change how it was prepared, they ran out of an ingredient. That really should have been related to me at the time of serving me my dinner. I had to ask..... Anyway, it was still good."
