"Went for our anniversary which was never acknowledged. Bartender and server knew little about the menu and wine list. Best part was sitting outside enjoying the view. And the hostess Shappire was delightful and seemed to have the answers to all of our questions. In the end we wished we went to spotted dog... : /"

"We looked for an upscale restaurant in the small town of Springdale, UT close to Zion NP and were delighted when we found the menu on the web for the Switchback grill and immediately made a reservation. We were sadly disappointed when we arrived to be told that the two items of interest to us, the lamb and the buffalo ribyeye were not available as the owner has not updated the web menu. However, the chef redeemed the situation by thawing out and preparing the lamb rack for an additional delay. The food was excellent and prepared as we ordered it. The Calamari appetizer was especially good. The wine list was good."
