Little Dom's is the east side's version of Dominick's, a Los Angeles institution, serving updated Italian classics in a lovely setting that is romantic enough for a date, yet forgiving enough for a meal with the kids. An option for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Little Dom's is open early and stays open late and also includes a classic Italian deli serving sandwiches, salads and desserts. Don't miss the gorgeous wood bar, vintage stained glass windows, or cozy Hollywood booths.
"We always go for brunch and its a great time. This time we tried dinner and its wasn't such a great experience surprisingly. It took a hour to get our food and portions were ridiculously small. I think we saw our waitress 3 times total. I'm a very tolerant customer it takes a pretty bad experience for me to take time to give a poor review. I will never go back for dinner."

"Delicious! You must try the rice balls, they're a must. Had the white fish piccata, which was excellent, along with the sun chokes. Another person had the duck carbonara (a special), which was also delicious, as well as the pork. Try the fried potatoes as well. All in all, it was great. We'd go back."

"it was good but the hostess was not very pleasant when we were 10 minutes late. She gave our table away and was very curt about it. She didn't put us on the top of the next table instead saying we were on the bottom of the list and would need to wait 45 minutes. We all sat in the bar checking open table for another restaurant. When I said to my firends I would write open table about her attitude she somehow found a table for us. We understand we were late and if they could not accomodate us we would understand but there is no reason to be rude."

"Love this place. My wife and I always try to stop in when visiting our daughter in Los Feliz. Especially on Tuesday nights when they have the lasagne special. And the Hanger Steak Rocks!"

"Really great feel to this beautifully done restaurant. Good food and noise was totally fine when we went early. Fried oysters (I asked for them without the sandwich part) were fab."

"The food was unimpressive, the service was not so good. We ordered a drink when we got there, it didn't come until after we got our appetizer. My water glass was empty, and I asked the busboy as he was clearing my entree if I could please have some more water and he said, "why not?" Indeed. Our waitress came after that and filled our water. (I got the impression that filling waters wasn't his job and he whined to the waitress to do it, he didn't feel like a team player. At that point, a burly waiter took over for our sweet yet mostly absent waitress and he was prompt about bringing the check, running our credit card, and thanking us. He was nice and good at what he did, but overall it was a pretty lackluster experience at Little Dom's."

"When you come to Lil Dom's, we hope you get Dorian as our server. She is one of the best and is very knowledgeable about the food selection. She suggested some different dishes we had not tried before and they were wonderful. We enjoy the cozy feel of the main room. The ambience changes from night to night but is always pleasant."

"We've been here for lunch about 3 times. Wish the food was more refined. Presentation and delivery of food was sloppy and unprofessional. Atmosphere feels nostalgic old Hollywood. Really wish they can improve on food quality and service."

"I had the fixed Monday Night Supper which is a great price. $15 WITH a bottle of wine! Definitely get reservations. Overall awesome place. My only complaint is that the Chicken Caccitore was so fatty and the lighting so dim, that it got pretty nasty when I got the fat, yet delicious when it was chicken -not a fun gamble. I would go back and try another supper. I had checked the website and the menu hadn't been updated. That doesn't bother me at all, but it you're going with someone who's a picky eater, etc, and if you don't know what they'll be serving, you might pass."

"Excellent as always from the food to the service to the decor. We requested a booth and they were able to accomadate. The front desk staff and wait staff are so customer service oriented and do a wonderful job. The manager made a point to stop by the tables to check how everyone was doing...bravo! Menu has many selctions to choose from and prices are resonable"

"If I haven't already said how much I like Little Dom's? Let me say, again. I love the place. It was our anniversary and I specifically requested LIttle Dom's - secret reason: They serve a cocktail called Penicillin made with Famous Grouse scotch, ginger lemon juice...fabulous. The food is wonderful, always several specials which are tempting. They always treat us well, giving us the booth that we especially like. With a reservation time, your reservation is honored. The people waiting for a table can always go to the great bar and have a glass of something. And this last time we even saw two people eating dinner at the bar. Go. You'll love it"

"I really like this spot. Great atmosphere. It was darker than I expected which is a good thing as I went on a date. We had 2 servers because one's shift ended. The second one was not as attentive. That is my only little gripe with the evening. I will be back for sure."
