Tuscarora Mill, the cornerstone of Market Station, has been serving fine food & wine to its guests since 1985. Originally an operating grain mill, Tuscarora Mill has maintained the rustic interior & charm of the mill. Chef Patrick Dinh’s seasonal menus use the freshest of local produce. "Leesburg is in great need of exceptional restaurants & great chefs, this is mediocre. The service is typically slow & then you are rushed thru your meal. The menu doesn't change often enough or is inspiroing & the dining room you feel like your in your Grandmother's porch, some may think the mill is quaint but definitely needs a decorating redo & cleaning. The best bet is to have something light in the bar. Unfortunately moving from foodie cities San Francisco & Boston, Leesburg is pathetic."

"We went to lunch for our 22nd and my brother's 50th wedding anniversary. We just wanted a simple lunch. It was so nice. They had surprises for us (I won't mention them in order to keep the secret for others). It made us feel special and even though we knew the food was good, the special touches made it even better. Very few places are that accommodating these days. Good show!"

"Food was excellent - very concise menu, but all the options seemed very appetizing. We had a special occasion in our party - a birthday, and the restaurant passed out menus that said "Happy Birthday Mom" written on them. Very sweet touch! "Took a friend out for his birthday there, based on good Yelp reviews and previewing the menu online. Yelp pictures looked to be a small intimate space, but in reality, it's quite big with many smaller rooms of tables. Nice rustic feel. Food was fancy and fantastic. We ordered things that sounded unique and unusual (e.g., crispy pork belly appetizer, sweet potato polenta side dish). They did not disappoint. The bill ended up being close to $100 per person (with wine, cocktails, appetizer, entree, and dessert), so probably not a regular spot for me, but definitely, a nice place for a special occasion or for a gourmet food experience. Monday night was surprisingly busy, so I'm glad that I made a reservation. Definitely plan to go back."

"On saturday night we treated a friend from PA to one of the best restaurants in the area. Food was delicious. I had the fish special--a name I can't remember. It was hot an very tasty. My husband and friend had steak and both agreed that it was "as they ordered it". Only one critizisem--my husband would liked to have had the mussels a bit spicier but was definitely worth the try. They both loved the apple pie. We would definitely recommend and will return."

"Our dining experience was mixed.....while the food was good, our waitress seemed distracted. We were seated in the closed-in patio section and she was slow in taking our orders, forgot that she had already told us the specials of the day. "This is our go to restaurant in Leesburg. It's an all around fantastic restaurant fit for special occasions as well as a business lunch. Don't forget to check out their sister restaurants - Magnolias, Fireworks and South Street Under. All wonderful places to get a bite to eat. "But his time didn't go as well as the last visit. Ahi appetizer was small for the price ($12 for 4 small pieces, one of which was a small end piece that shouldn't have even made it on a serving plate) and it was overcooked but not enough to send it back. We ordered a medium rare steak that came out medium well, sent it back and they brought us a rare one. My duck entree was rather small as it was only 4 bites and I asked for medium rare, came out overcooked but at least those 4 bites had decent flavor. Wife's scallops had good flavor but also a tad overcooked. (I see a trend here). Not sure what the problem was this time, but we noticed as we were leaving the prom crowd was coming in so maybe that had something to do with it."

"My wife and I went to Tuskies for our anniversary dinner. As usual the service was outstanding. The selection of craft beers is one of the best in Loudoun County, and our waitress was knowledgeable and had helpful suggestions. The appetizers - truffle mousse pate and crispy pork belly - were very flavorful and came in the perfect portion sizes.
Tuskies sometimes has had a reputation for small portion sizes on their dinner entrees. This was not the case on this night. My wife had a steak special that was quite large, and I ordered the grilled rainbow trout and was astonished at how large it was. As filling as this was we still didn't want to miss dessert, which also didn't disappoint."

"This restaurant was simply amazing from start to finish! The food is phenomenal. The service was amazing, and the only reason we sent for four stars as opposed to five on the service is they forgot the one birthday request which we had made online and called in to remind them of. However this minor oversight did not take away from the amazing food experience that we had here. The wine list is comprehensive and eclectic. Our waitress knew the menu back to front and had some amazing recommendations which turned out to be simply perfect. I would dine here without hesitation again and again. An excellent restaurant for Leesburg."

"Our party greatly enjoyed the four-course Mother's Day menu prepared especially for this day. All of our selections were a decent sized portion and delicious. "We had a dinner reservation for Mother's Day, and the food was delicious. A bit pricey as it was a price-fixed menu, and if you're not hungry, you'll pay a lot, but every course was delicious! Great service, ambiance - would highly recommend Tuscarora Mill. If you're looking for a more casual, less expensive meal, I'd recommend sitting in the front of the restaurant in the bar area. Can get a little crowded, but the food is great and I prefer the bar menu as it's smaller portions."

"I went here with my mother and sister for a mother's day dinner. The atmosphere was great. Very relaxed yet upscale. The server was very knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying. And the food was excellent. I got the swordfish and crab cake and it was awesome. I highly recommend this restaurant!"

"My previous two trips to Tuskies were less than perfect. The food can be inconsistent - Ive ordered the same dish 2 or 3 times and it's completely different each time I've had it, onc of those times it was horrible. However, they redeemed them self this time. Everything was cooked very well and tasted great. The staff is always very kind and attentive."

"This used to be our go to place for a special night out. But not anymore! We were barely greeted when we walked in - like they were doing us a favor. The waitress was prompt and nice. But then the food arrived! My wife ordered the rack-of-lamb - tasteless and not cooked properly. I had the duck breast - once again no flavor and poor quality. The sides were forgetable. We cut our losses and passed on desert. Too bad - but there are other places in Leesburg to get a good meal."

"The service was fast and our waitress was friendly, even when we accidentally broke a glass! The host was very accommodating as we decided to change tables into a different dining room. The food and wine were both delicious - I had the lamb, which I would definitely recommend to anybody. The only complaint I had was that my father's entree (the scallops) was fairly small and did not come with a side."

"Last weekend i took my girlfriend to Tuscarora Mills in Leesburg, VA. The food was delicious, the service was phenomenal and the scene was extravagant. "We arrived at tuskies just on time for our reservation. We were seated immediately and the hostess staff was very pleasant. We had a table in the corner which was more or less secluded from the rest of the dining area which was nice. Being out for a nice quiet date night it was a plus not being near a large loud group (not that we saw any large loud groups there). The food was excellent, however a touch on the heavily salted side. I ordered the halebit special my girl friend ordered the vegetarian entree. The lack of other vegetarian options is kind of a downer however I know tuskies is known for thier meat dishes so I was not surprised. Overall great place I would definitely recommend it for anyone unless you are a strict budget."
