"Took the mother of my children here on Mother's Day. While the place was busy, service was excellent. This included a stop at our table by Assistant Manger Jim, who seemed generally interested in how we were enjoying meals. Each of us had different items from the extensive menu and all were excellent, served at right times and tempertures. Looking forward to bringing guests here."

"We've been going to the Columbia in St. Augustine, FL for quite some time. This was a first at the Celebration, FL location to celebrate Mother's Day for my wife. We found an energetic environment, friendly staff and an excellent waiter (Brent). The food, as always, is consistently excellent and a highly recommended destination for any reason."

"I made the reservation through OpenTable back in March...and everything was just fine. The restaurant called the day before to confirm the reservation. Upon arrival about 15 minutes early, our table was waiting for us. Being Mother's Day the place was full and we were told they had received over 1300 reservations for the day.
This was not our first visit to Columbia which quickly became our favorite restaurant in the area. Our meal with sangria da cava, tapas, entrees, desserts and coffee was just under $200 plus tip...a great value for the quality and excellent service for a party of four.
If you haven't tried Columbia Restaurant you owe it to yourself to be wowed from the moment you arrive. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience...."

"We made our reservation through Open Table at our desired time. We were seated immediately upon arrival even though the restaurant was completely full. Our waiter was very attentive. Their Cuban bread is excellent. We ordered the Queso Fundido as an appetizer (different than anywhere else) nevertheless it was good. The Lobster stuffed pasta was excellent. Plenty of chunks of real lobster were visible. Highly recommend the dish. We finished with the crema catalana which was good but not the best I've ever had. The restaurant is in a little down town area of Celabration. It is charming and has plenty of atmosphere. There is outside seating if you like to people watch while enjoying a delicious meal. I highly recommend it to anyone."

"Our experience was on Saturday evening to celebrate Mother's Day. We were seated at the reserved time, literally no wait albeit lots of people waiting for tables. Our server was fantastic, he was busy yet never made us feel he was rushed. The food was exceptional and fresh. We noted what looked like management on the floor looking to assist with any needs. We have been to the Columbia before in St Petersburg and Sand Key (don't go to that one) this was the BEST. Our experience was that of love, we will be going back for our anniversary, they were that good. Kudos and thank you!"

"The food was pretty good. The tapas are a little small, so if that's what you're going for, you'll have to order a bunch. But they are delicious. The main dishes are a good size, and for the price you get your moneys worth. The atmosphere is relaxed and the servers are pretty attentive to your needs. Overall, definitely a good place for a quiet dinner for two, or even a medium sized group."

"Been to Columbia Restaurant before when visiting USA in 2009 and remember it being one of our favourite restaurants on that trip. Booked for Easter lunch this time. Big queue so was glad had prebooked. Sat outside on seats that were not the most comfortable. Preferred being sat inside on last visit. Service took quite a while but it was very busy. Kids meals were not the best. Chicken fillets overcooked. Starters were good but one member of the party did not get their starter until everyone else was finished and waiting staff had to be asked for it. Main courses not as good as remembered. Menu very large and takes forever to read before you decide what you want. Drinks service quite slow as well. Not overly impressed this time."

"What an amazing experience! From the ambiance to the outstanding food and service, the Columbia did it right. The extensive menu is a bit overwhelming, but after making our choices (mojitos and stuffed mushrooms to start, lobster canoli and shrimp diablo for entrees, and melt-in-your-mouth bread pudding to finish) we were sure we'd made the right choices. Of course I don't imagine you could go wrong with anything on the menu! We even enjoyed watching the table-side sangria preparation for the nearby diners, so not only did we enjoy our experience, we enjoyed theirs as well. :)"

"This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Columbia in Celebration and we were not disappointed. The food is very good and the ambiance beautiful. The only drawback this time was with the service. It was a busy night and we had to wait for several items. Most importantly, they forgot my parents birthday, after I had requested it on the reservation and when we checked in.
If possible, go on a Friday and Saturday and sit near the music. The guitarist are excellent."

"Best steak I've ever had! I had the bone-in ribeye. Celebration is a beautiful area and the restaurant was easy to find. The salad was wonderful and the food was exceptional. My only gripe was that parking was a bit of a challenge. We will be back when we visit the Orlando area this fall."

"we were there for easter sunday and enjoyed appetizers, salads, meals, and desserts! We did not realize it but we were there for 2 hours laughing and enjoying a good time. It was my family's first visit and they are still raving about how much fun we had. Definately will be returning soon."

"The food was at best pedestrian. The atmosphere was bland. The decor uninspired.(especially the cheap paper lamp shades!) For a restaurant of this price range, I was disappoinged, and would not recommend it or return again. I had the lamb. It was not tender. It resembled roast beef more than lamb.The vegetables were just tossed on the plate, and showed no imagination or flavor. The rice was tasty, but hardly capable of carrying the rest of the meal. We did enjoy the sangria, especially the white. The waitress was pleasant."

"We visited the restaurant for Easter Sunday brunch and expected some delays although we had reservations. We were seated quickly, as were many others, but our waitress didn't approach the table for at least 10 minutes. No drink order, no "I will be right back". All the other tables already had their drinks and salads before our waitress arrived. The food was very good as well as the Sangria made tableside. If it hadn't been for the service, the experience would have been near perfect."

"We were seated promptly upon our arrival and service from begining to end was friendly and attentive without that over the shoulder feeling. The Paella was magnific with super fresh assorted seafoods. Both my children were unusually satisfied with choices and finished their plates with a little help from me as I had to taste everything. We all left very pleased and very full. We then took advantage of its location and enjoyed a walk through this beautiful town over looking a small lake with little shops and cafes throughout. Truely enjoyable."

"I again had the opportunity to dine at Columbia Restauarant in Celebration with extedned (older) family and it was simply a lovely experience as we dined outdoors. All things considered, Columbia Restaurant is well worth the trip.
The only thing I wish they had was a more expansive wine list. What they have is nice, but as I am a little picky on the wines I drink, I feel the offerings are quite limited. That's the only reason why I gave four stars instead of five on the food.
Portion sizes are MORE than adequate. Presentation is elegant without being stuffy. Service and attentiveness of the staff is appropriate to the venue. And the quality of the food is fantastic.
Great job, Columbia! Keep up the great work!"
