"We arrived about 30 minutes early for our reservation. We were seated quickly which was the last positive thing I can write about. My biggest complaint about this place was the server. We no sooner were seated and we were rushed to order a drink, a recommended appetizer without having a few minutes to look it over and make a decision. More than once, we sent the server away so we could have more time, and she continually came back less than a minute later. The place was half empty so I don't know what the big rush was. Then the food....an inedible skirt steak with tasteless mashed sweet potatoes that had no seasoning whatsoever. We did not even finish our meal and left and ate dessert at another restaurant. No more Chophouse for me."

"This is a very reliable place to go for lunch. My only peeve was that when I was making a reservation via Open Table, it hardly had any available reservations so I had to make it for a slightly later time. When I showed up at my original intended time anway, the place was fairly empty, making me wonder why on earth there were no open table reservations available at THAT time I wanted. They promptly seated me at the time I arrived with tons of empty tables, even though it seemed booked via Open Table. This could be causing people to go elsewhere if they don't see an available reservation time."

"Heartland Brewery on 43rd St. is convenient when you have theater tickets and need to get in and out quickly. Service is quick, menu is varied and good. Seems like it gets loud after the pre theater dinner crowd with Happy Hour types but up till then it's fine."

"Convenient location in TS. Food was OK, but not impressed. Crabcakes were the size of quarters in a sea of salad with no dressing. Green beans were definitely frozen. Good beer selection from their brewery. Seems like a better place to stop for some pints rather than a sit down dinner."

"Pretty good experience. Had tickets to an 8pm show, got to the restaurant at 6:45. We were seated right away, but it took 10 minutes for the server to come over. Ordered right away and told her we had show tickets. The food came out very fast but it took at o long to get our drinks and the server was no where to be found when we wanted another drink and the check. The food was pretty good and we made it to the show with time to spare."

"Very good food and excellent service. This restaurant is so much nicer than one of their other ones I tried. The wait staff is very accomodating and the desserts are divine!!!"
