"Only place to dine on a boat with great atmosphere, see water all around you and then look up at the Colorado Rockies. Great ambience, especially for history buffs. Food was wonderful and well prepared. We sampled trout, steak, and fresh vegetables. Portions were plentiful, reasonably priced. Regret we had no room left for dessert.Wine and beer selections should satisfy most. Attentive wait staff. We will be back."

"This is one of the most beautiful spots for a restaurant in Breckenridge. The food is expensive, the service is very friendly but slow and the menu is uninspired. This could be a great place with a menu update and some training for the staff. They are trying to be an upscale place but they have missed the mark."

"The Dredge was great for a few reasons. If you're a history buff, this is a great "tour" in Breckenridge on the history of dredges in summit county. Second the ambiance is excellent, from the decor and lighting to the big windows with stunning views, and it's close proximity to Main Street. Lastly the food was outstanding. Great options for meat, seafood, and vegetarian lovers. The options were just right and the service was spot on.
If you're going to Breck, don't miss a chance to dine here."

"The food was good, not great. I had a pasta dish that was good. I wasn't crazy about sauce and had to ask for plain marina sauce to put over what they served. The atmosphere is outstanding but the place is very difficult to reach and there is no immediate access to parking. I thought it was pricey for what I got.
The atmosphere was very good. Its a reconstructded dredge they used back in the early 1900's."

"We went for happy hour and enjoyed the upstairs bar and happy hour specials. Very casual and laid back. Then we went down stairs for dinner and found a very nice restaurant with really good food and great wait staff. Overall great experience."
