"The food was good but really over priced. There were only 3 or 4 tables and most of the time it was quiet but some of the customers were yelling across the restaurant to each other and no waiter or manager said anything to them about this. The only time we saw our waitress after we ordered was when she brought us our food and we waited about ten minutes before she first came out to get our drink orders. Will never go back and will tell others not to go as well."

"Biggest compliant was just the ambiance... music was playing and we could barely hear it. We actually pulled out our phone and played our own music.... lights coming in from other areas were florescent and gave off a cafeteria feeling. The food was awesome but likely to not eat here again for a special occasion due to those couple of reasons. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Fix the decor and ambiance and you are in good shape."

"Steak had no flavor and service was slow despite not being busy. Might be worth a second trip, however as we ordered off the Valentines Day special and not the actual menu."

"We were looking for a special restaurant for Valentine's Day. Many of the places closer to our house were already booked. We thought we'd try Omaha Steakhouse and it was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated with a luxurious ambiance. It was quiet and lovely. As a foodie, I was expecting basic steak and potatoes but was pleasantly surprised. The homemade bread and the salmon with a lobster white wine sauce were rich and delicious with complex flavors. We had a wonderful, memorable Valentine's Day dinner. I would recommend Omaha to anyone!"

"The steak was delicious and the service was fantastic. The place was pretty but it was in the bottom of a hotel. People were walking through in the swim suits to the bar. Kind of killed the mood. We went for restaurant week so it was a good deal for $30 a plate. I would never go back if I had to pay full price."

"Overall, this was a great deal for the Charlotte Restaurant Week. The only bad spot for the meal was the crab cakes. My girlfriend took the first bite and ended up taking out five(5) pieces of shell. I, in turn, had to spit out one whole bite and then found a few more as I ate. And everyone knows that once you find one shell, you cannot enjoy the rest of the fair. And to top it off, they didn't give us a break on anything on the bill as a result. It is too bad to have started this way as the steaks were excellent. I had the filet and she had the ribeye. Cooked to our specifications. Dessert was good though I felt my mango pie was "old". It seemed like a bit "rubbery" on the top. But maybe that was how it was suppose to be."

"I ordered my steak medium rare, when it came it was close but a wee bit over cooked. It was more like medium. But was delicious and tender. I would most assuredly go back."

"Easy to find restaurant located in a hotel which was an early turn-off, but proved to be a good choice. Friendly people. Knowledgeable server. Steaks cooked to perfection. All food was pleasantly presented. One in our party ordered the shrimp starter. To get 4 shrimp that listed on the regular menu for $11 is way over the top in price, and they were regular-sized shrimp. Salads big and delicious. Since we were there for the "Queen's Feast" there were some differences in the menu from the regular edition, but it was a good experience and our party of 6 enjoyed everything. We could talk to each other without yelling. Need a little more light. We thought it was a little too dark."

"While our food was excellent the service was lacking- we completed our dinner at 745, the waiter did not "appear" back in the dining area until 815, it then took another 20 mins to get our check, and pay-- and they were not that busy- when our waiter was away from out table he was totally out of sight- it was not as if he was busy working other tables, the wait staff would simply "vanish" from the dining room- while customers waited for drink refills, or in our case the bill. While the food was good, in the future I doubt I would return-due to the service."

"Poor service. Did not appear to be busy but took forever to get anything!!! Server did not check up on our table too often to ask if we needed anything. Food was Okay, nothing special...."
