"My husband and I have been enjoying lunch on the weekends here for a couple months now. They never fail to please in a big way. I had the tomato basil soup and roasted brussel sprouts and the quality is that of the best restaurants nationally. My husband had the veggie wrap with cole slaw and couldn't be happier. Whoever is in the 'back' cooking could take on any chef in a 'cook off'!!"

"My second visit to Boca proved the same as the first - simply the best food in Cincinnati. The food is pricey. Some dining guides suggest $50 per person, but don't reasonably expect to leave at less than $75-$100 per person, especially if you'd like a drink. However, the quality more than makes up for the expense. Everything is prepared with amazing delicacy and flavor. Great for a very special occasion. I wish I could afford to go more often!"

"Boca continues to excel. The prix fixe menu is a gem - diners choose 2 small plates and one entree -- or mix and match. I recommend the lamb trifecta -- rack of lamb, a small lamb shank, and lamb and white bean cassoulet(for two) Magnificent.

The wine list is very good and the sommelier is helpful, generous and easy to work with.

Boca is and continues to be top notch for fine dining."

"Valet parking was great. They had the car waiting in front as we left. The service was incredible. The host checked our coats and returned them after when we were ready to leave. The waiter was very knowledgeable and recommended a very nice wine. The staff was very attentive.. The food was very good. Lamb chops were incredible. Nice atmosphere. Very nice dining experience."

"I can see why everyone has been telling us this is the best restaurant in town. The sommelier was fun to talk to and really knew his stuff. The food was amazing (especially the gnocchi), but we were packed in so tight we got to know both tables next to us! In fact, it was easier to hear my neighbors than my date. So much for a romantic Valentine's Day! I usually expect to feel more pampered when I drop that kind of money ($200 per person)."

"Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati. Went there with my girlfriend for our two year anniv and had a fantastic meal. We did the two course dinner with dessert along with the wine pairing. I had the seared foie gras and the sea bass, while my date had the bruschetta and chicken. The best part was the wine pairing. We each had a different wine for the dish we were eating and the pairings were excellent. The server was very knowledgable about the menu and the wine. She described each wine and why it was matched with our dishes. Even had a chance to talk to one of the chefs after our meal and he was very out going and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait to go back!"

"Excellent food and excellent wine list. Kevin (the Wine Director) has a tremendous amount of wine knowledge. Richard (the GM) visits with each table to assure that he and his team are delivering top quality service, food and wine. Jordan (server) was extremely attentive to all of our needs to the point that I will always ask for her when I dine there from now on. Spontaneous visit on Valentine's Day weekend with a close friend and we were thrilled to get in on last-minute reservations via OpenTable."

"Having a small menu allows for each dish to be excellent. The grilled caesar salad and seared foie gras are unique presentations which keep me coming back. My only complaint is that my husband and I sat on the patio which was quite drafty in the winter - if you tend to get cold - request to sit somewhere else!!!"

"My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The atmosphere was fantasic, very romantic. I had the Day Boat Scallop as an appetizer (absolutely delicious, best scallop I've ever had) and then the Filet Boca for main course (also very, very good). My girlfriend had the Goat Cheese Bruchetta (very delicious, served with grilled onions covered in balsamic vinegar on top of the goat cheese and grilled bread), and then the Seared Grouper. For dessert we shared the donuts, which were excellent. Fried dough covered in cinnamon and sugar that melted in the mouth. All around a fantastic experience."

"The decision to dine at Boca for my anniversary was one I don't regret. What an amazing evening! The food was perfection and the service matched. Jeremy (our server) guided us through our culinary journey with grace and modest sophistication. The wine pairings complimented our meals to a T. A stand out new dish was the gnocchi con fonduta di tartufi. You have to try it! The seared sea boat scallop with the brussels sprouts is something I have to get every time I'm there as well as the Filet Boca (of course). They even surprised me with a dessert creation not even on the menu of a combo flourless chocolate cake with creme brulee in the middle (my two favorite desserts in one!). Thanks for making every visit to Boca has been a memorable one"

"This was the second time we've been to Boca and it was fantastic! Service , food and atmosphere make this the best restaurant in Cincy. But what made it resally special was I had communicated thru Open Table that this was my wife's 40th birthday and the first time we had gotten out since the birth of our second son. Once seated we were greetd with a champagne toast, a greeat dining exeoerience and a special desert. And a very funny onesie for my baby boy which he will wear once and then it wil be framed. Many thanks to Ben, our waiter, his manager, and Open Table."

"The pear salad, the scallop dish, the braised short ribs and the dessert trio were all fantastic! The grilled ceasar salad was just okay and we were not a fan of the sea bass. It was bland and somewhat tasteless for the price paid. We've had better at Eddie Merlot's and Embers. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would go back to try other items. Great service!"

"I had high hopes of being "wow"ed by dining here. There were two outstanding items: the scallop (even though it wasn't hot) on top of the carmelized brussel sprouts and ribbon pasta with truffle oil. Sadly, my brussel sprouts were barely warm. They had been sitting far too long and actually tasted oily. I had the chicken - it was good, but a little dry and bland. My husband had the short ribs, which would have been delicious if they had been hot! The carmelized onions on top of the short ribs were practically cold. For $200 for two people, I expect my food to be hot. Sad, sad, sad....so my search for a fabulous restaurant that lives up to its reputation continues."

"Would not recommend for price vs. quality. $115 for 2 courses for 2 people (without vine) was not worth it as my sea bass was previously frozen or not stored properly before cooking, husband’s salmon was too dry outside; Italian sausage with pasta shelves was very chewy and tough as was made from low-grade meat, though desert was great. Seating is awful, a cold freezing air was blowing to your spine in booth and feet in winter boots were freezing, noise level extremely high, place is too cramped. They stored our coats somewhere outside (server said in freezer!!!!). Only good thing left good is our server, very nice and attentive gentleman. You can get better environment and food in other restaurants."

"The occasion for this meal was a birthday. The staff seemed exceptionally friendly, attentive and responsive on this visit. We had the Chef's tasting menu and loved every course. The birthday girl rated the scallop "100 out 0f 100". The wine pairings were remarkable. Each one was interesting on its own and the food and wine combinations enhanced each other. The fois gras was outstanding. I lingered over my lobster salad. We had filet mignon prepared in two ways and both was delicious. The food, the setting and the service came together to enhance the company and generate an exceptional evening."

"I had heard about Boca for the last few years and finally dined there for the first time with my lady and it was outstanding. We had grilled Ceasar salad, ravioli, truffle pasta, seared day boat scallop, grilled sea bass and braised short rib and everything was absolutely wonderful. We shared all our dishes and of all the things we had the thing I would not order again is the scallop. It was very good, but the brussel sprouts had so much flavor and richness I could not finish them. I have dined in many places but never tasted food like this before. The flavors, presentation, and service were incredible. You have to pay for this kind of quality, but it is worth it."

"Food was good but not good enough for the price. $150 for two WITHOUT ALCOHOL. I've had a better value at high priced places in New York, Las Vegas and other large cities. Service was well below expectations for this type of restaurant. Too much time between courses. Atmosphere in the section near the kitchen was chaotic. So many servers standing around waiting for the orders. The expeditor was overheard being extremely harsh to a server (i.e., "If you can't do it then I'll get someone else.") Discipline and focus are key for this role, but reprimands should be out of the customer's sight and hearing. I eill not eat here again nor recommend to others."

"Great dinner. Table was directly in front of server station so a little hectic but food and wine pairings were phenomenal. Also, this is the first restaurant that has ever acknowledged my open table notes (i.e. I put "5 yr anniversary" in my notes and they had two glasses of sparkling wine for us on arrival). Needless to say the level of service was exceptional. Thanks for an excellent anniversary celebration BOCA!"
