Tramici
What does Tramici mean? It means "among friends" and Tramici is the place where you want to be with friends and family to enjoy delicious American-Italian fare including Housemade Mozzarella with Basil, a crispy 4 Cheese Pizza with Arugula, and your favorite standbys like Spaghetti and Meatballs or Oven Baked Lasagna. This lunch and dinner restaurant is the second venture of Dave Snyder, owner of Halyards and The Halyard Restaurant Group. Chef de Cuisine John Ryan is on hand to ensure warm hospitality and a great experience. The decor is casual and highlighted by a 18 seat bar, 8 tables in our courtyard, and an open kitchen to watch the delicious food come out of the Wood Stone Oven. The adventurous wine list and cold tap beers will pair well with the menu that is changed with the seasons. Tramici is family friendly with a full Kid's Menu and open everyday where tables for walk-ins are available all the time.

"I made an open table reservation for a birthday luncheon. The service was so inferior we considered leaving before the party had even begun. Server was abrupt, did not bring beverages in a timely fashion, never did bring bread to the table or the birthday dessert..which was quite awkward since I had to request the 'surprise' in front of the birthday girl. He response was the hostess did not inform her of the birthday event. And just FYI - the restaurant was not crowded. Thank you."

"We really enjoyed to food, sat near the kitchen, which was very loud. Our waitress was nice but acted as if she HAD to wait on us. It was busy but other tables appeared to get better service/attention than us. I hate to think it's beacuse we weren't 'locals' or frequent customers. When the manager dropped our food off at the table, that's all he did, he dropped it off. But we didn't let that get to us, we enjoyed our meal and eachother. Hoping for better service if we choose to go back."

"I've been to Tramici's numerous times and I've had some very good meals and some just-OK meals. This last time that we went (3/19/13), it was good and I would recommend it (i'd go back). Appetizers (mussels, calamari and salads) were all above-average and my salmon was great this time (served over beans and arugula and cooked/prepared just the way I asked). The pizza was the only thing that was just so-so (it looked a little burnt and not in a good way, but then again, I didn't eat it). Their wine selection is also so-so but there are enough decent wines to make it through a meal! It's a pretty restaurant and gets busy quickly and early so make a reservation and enjoy! Great service was an added plus."

"Overall a good dining experience. We were immediately seated on time. I think our server was either new or not happy about working on Valentines Day. She rushed us with menus and drinks and only after hearing the next table over interacting with their server did I realize there were specials for the evening. Our meals had already arrived. "Busy, busy Saturday night! Food was fabulous, (Chef's reputation precedes him.), good wine list, server cheerful but harried. The only negative was the noise level.. The house was literally packed with patrons and my "intimate" table of four might as well have been dining in the midst of the final seconds of a tied Brazilian soccer game with the home team moving to score. Really. We were not able to enjoy our time together at all.The experience was not enjoyable due to this ONE element.
There is outdoor seating available and we will likely choose seating there in the future.
We loved the food, the locale, so we will definitely try again on a week night. We are hoping for a more pleasant overall experience."
