"Enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Took my wife there for Mother's Day and she had a wonderful time. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family. The service was wonderful and the food was right on time."

"A wonderful friend came in this week from Florida and kind of short notice. When she comes we try to have a group outing a sort of mini high school reunion. Your restaurant accommodated our request for a grouping of six old friends. We had a wonderful time and the food was very good. Our reservation was for 7PM but my friends straggled in over a 20 minute period yet the wait staff was still very pleasant and gracious. Thanks You"

"From appatizer to desert (including the service) everything was excellant. We need to go back to try other items. My wife had the pot roast and I the jambolia (sp?)."

"Only vegetable was spinach-kale combination, which was tough. Also had sun-dried tomatoes. This was Monday night, and they were probably out of vegetables."

"I was pleasantly surprise at the high level of quality and adventurous cuisine at the Bent Fork, especially considering the location. Our server was probably new; but what he lacked in finesse he made up for in charm. Everything was perfectly prepared, with interesting ingredients and imaginative seasoning. The fusion approach was well though out and not overdone. We took another couple with us who are very critical and they were completely impressed. Yes, the Bent Fork has made our "favorites" list."

"The food here is nothing special. The service was okay, nothing special. We stood around in entrance for several minutes waiting for hostess. The Brie sandwich was not very good. A few weeks ago I ordered salmon. It was very dry with no sauce. The rice was plan white rice. The plate was unattractive and unappetizing. This used to be one of our favorite spots to dine. We will not be returning."

"I love the quiet, relaxed feel of the resturant. The main entree of the Rocky Mountain Salmon was delicous! The salad and appetizer were both very tasty & a refreshing mix of flavors."

"Good variety of selections on the menu. The service was a bit slow, but perhaps it's because we were there during Restaurant Week. Normally the service is good."

"The 52.80 menu was nothing special...in fact, it really was their regular prices for the entree, but with a shared appetizer and shared dessert added. It was okay."

"We just arrived in Denver at our hotel and asked the front desk person to recommend a nearby good restaurant. We reserved online to do Restaurant Week. What a special treat! The food was great, the service wonderful, the place very nice. The mushroom soup was heavenly. We have already recommended it to others. If we lived here, it would be one of our regular places for dinner."

"I have eaten at the restaurant several times, this was for Restaurant Week, and this was probably the worst experience, the server was inattentive. He was not informative as to the menu items and responded to questions with a curt response. I had the Buffalo pot roast and it was nothing special. There were four of us, the salmon dish was the best, the fried chicken dish was crispy, the pork chop was adequate, all dishes lacked in presentation. The desserts were above average, but over all it was an "average" dinner. I think it was an off night for the restaurant."

"We had reservations are were seated right on time. The salmon and ribeye were cooked perfectly. Rib eye was a little fatty, but tasted good. Small portion for the au gratin potatoes. The specialty martinis were interesting, although the Marked Man was basically just bourbon on the rocks. The Chai Martini was very good. The brownie sampler was excellent, especially the german chocolate one. I'd go back just for one of those."

"We ordered from the 5280 menu. We ordered items we normally wouldn't have ordered, and were surprised at how delicious ALL the food was. I do not care for mushrooms, and wouldn't normally eat/order the mushroom soup, but tried it and it was DIVINE. I would recommend this restaurant, as all 3 times we've eaten there we've been surprised at how delicious every tasted. Not a bad meal at this restaurant, and quite the variety."

"Average food with a somewhat limited menu. Typical neighborhood restaurant with an appleby's ambiance. Pretty expensive for the quality of the food. Dinner for two with a moderately priced bottle of wine was over $100 with the tip. Vegetables were inedible and the scalloped potatoes were virtually unrecognizable. The salmon and steak were excellent but they were the only things on the plate which were properly prepared."

"This place was great! We checked it out for the first time because we saw it online and the menu sounded good, plus I thought the name seemed neat! It is definitely worth checking out! Don't be deterred by the location, it is fine area and was only a 15min drive from arapahoe and i25. The food is soooo flavorful and they have a nice selection of items. It's kind of in the price range of Macaroni Grill. The dessert was very elaborate and delicious and they had a great wait staff. If you haven't checked this place out I definitely recommend it."

"Myself and two gal pals went out for ladies night. We started by getting pedicure near by followed by dinner. The Bent Fork was a warm relaxing experience that we enjoyed greatly. The wine list was excellent, service friendly and accomidating. We each had something different, A Blu burger, a New Mexico steak sandwhich, and a melted Bri sandwhich. All were excellent and the sweet potatoe fries are great. We really enjoyed ourselves."
