"The food was very good. I especially enjoyed my grilled scallops and shrimp over arugula. Varasano's on Peachtree still makes the best pizza though. Wait staff was good. Problem was slow kitchen. It took 50 minutes after ordering to get food to the table. Normally for a night out that would be great. But, we were hungry."

"Fritti is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. The food is always delicious, and the service is impeccable. They helped make our anniversary special too with the requested outdoor seating."

"We loved our first trip to Fritti. The waiters didn't hover, the food was outstanding, and the wine list was perfect for true Italy lovers. They had some classic wines that are hard to find in the states, and we were elated that we got to have glass after glass of them at Fritti. The atmosphere was great for people-watching, and perfect for a non-pretentious night out."

"For years, Fritti has been a staple but it does seem hit-or-miss more often than not... If it is busy, the crusts are really just not cooked enough due to the kitchen crunch. If it is slow and you request "crispy" - you can indeed get one of those bubble crusts. *Warning, keep the topping LIGHT because it can make for an underdone pizza on any thin crust but you's know that if you like true "Italy" style.... I still like Fritti but do not come or recommend it as often because although I love the space and location - when you want GREAT pizza you have places that do it much better ALL the time rather than some of the time."

"Had a great first experience at fritti. Our server was friendly and definitely knowledgable about the menu and made a solid recommendation. The food was great (although we only tried one of the pizzas) and arrived surprisingly fast (again considering it was a pizza). The only thing that didn't thrill me is that the noise level made it a little bit too loud for solid first date conversation. That aside, the overall experience was positive and I will definitely be back."

"Usually Fritti is great. This time however, everyone's pizza was very soggy, to the point where it was falling apart. The seafood pizza was flavorless. Simple pizzas are probably the way to go here. The Nutella dessert was awesome! Atmosphere is great as well."

"GREAT for dinner. Indoor dining was delightful. Italian ambiance it is not, but dark rich woods with neo-modern decorative accents it IS! Service is outstanding. Recommend calamari, and the Sorrentina neopolitan pizza w added sweet italian sausage, and the "italian" bread pudding for desert."

"Fritti's pizzas are outstanding -- I got the gorgonzola and pineapple this time and the fresh, grilled pineapple was amazing and the gorgonzola was exactly the right amount (great with pepper flakes, too). I love the beet/apple salad with arugula and the wine list is wonderful. Service absolutely perfect. Love this place."

"We love Fritti and have not been there to dine in several months. Fritti did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the ambiance on the patio was good. I had a pizza with artichoke and olives and my friends enjoyed a meat filled pizza that pleased everyone. To begin the meal we shared the wonderful calamari and I added a Caesar salad, which is large enough to share.
We will not wait months to return."

"I was a little nervous about bringing our 9 month old out to dinner here, but Sunday nights appear to be a family night there. We came with 3 friends and had a great time. There were many more kids than you usually see there. Service and food was great. Nice to go out with the baby and feel welcome in a great restaurant."

"Waitress was rude, as were every other member of the staff I interacted with. Our appetizer, sausage fritters were $8 for 4! There was was less than a teaspoon of meat in each one, so basically it was a gross rice ball. Noisy, tables are like 6 inches apart. Disappointed."

"The calamari was not very flavorful and overly salty. The Arancini were ok. Pizza was lackluster,as was the service. The server never offered drinks other than water. Other than getting to sit on the patio on a beautiful evening, there was nothing special about the food or service, which was disappointing for the price."

"I had not dined at Fritti in a long while. While I loved the salads, I was a bit disappointed in the pizza. I always get the same thing, but the chef barely used the ingredients that make the pizza. The aged balsamic vinegar was barely event perceptable on the pizza -- and you were lucky to get any pineapple or gorgonzola. So, you were left with a bland, overly salty pizza crust. Beet salad ingredients were extremely fresh, but could have used an interesting light dressing instead of just lemon juice. So, it was a bit plain for me. The dessert, chocolate soup (I don't know the Italian translation) is now served in a soup bowl (when it used to be in a nice glass). Seems appropriate, but it wasn't nearly as pretty."

"There is nothing not to like about Frittis. You have a wide choice of pizza types and the few we tried are amazing. If you are not very hungry, one pizza would be perfect for two people. The service is great - the food comes out fast which is great, considering that the place gets busy on weekend nights."

"When asked what was good, our waitress told us she was a vegetarian. She seemed put out for having to wait on us. There was a heater that was making us uncomfortably hot, so when we asked the manager to move it, he begrudgingly complied but then told the table next to us they would have to be cold because we were hot. The check was a little confusing because everything said "with pizza," so when we asked our waitress to clarify, she rolled her eyes and acted like we were idiots. Unfortunately, the food was great, but will not return because of the rude staff."

"Our pizza was served room temperature, we waited to tell the waitress, but gave up waiting for her and started to eat the pizza's. The waitress never came back to refresh our drinks or to see if we needed anything. After a while another waitress came by to drop of the check. We asked what happened to our waitress and were told she went on her break!"

"Very good food and some unique pizzas. Wine list is fairly comprehensive and especially good Italian wines. The noise level (from recorded music) was a bit intense for my taste, but not so bad that I couldn't ignore it. My family has always had a positive experience at Fritti and we will no doubt return in the future."

"The evening started off on the WRONG foot... as our 7PM reservation turned into a 730 table. Not good... and really no contrite apology. Apparently "MY TABLE" lingered after paying the check - like there was no other table for three???
That said, the wait staff was good and the food delicious. Just a little sour on the "let them stand and wait" attitude at the hostess stand."

"In my humble opinion, Fritti's pizza is tops in Atlanta. I've tried a lot of pizza in Atlanta, from Pizza Antico to Varasano's, but to me, Fritti beats all of them hands down. Their crust is nearly perfect, and they always put on just the right balance of toppings. While Antico's pizza is no slouch, I find their dough to be just a bit too limp, especially near the center of the pizza, and has a bit too yeasty flavor. Fritti's is just perfect from every perspective."
