"The food is tasty, but quantity is the name of the game. Kids had a great time (teenagers). It's mobbed. They did honor a sponsorship for a school fundraiser and for that I gave them an extra star. Thanks!"

"Our group of 15 plus 2 infants had a great time at Maggiano's. We chose the family style dinner and everything was delicious and plentiful. My suggestions would be to have a group this large in a different configuration, as one side of our long table found it difficult to get in and out of because of the wall behind them. Also to better accommodate infants with their strollers instead of forcing the parents to put the car seat in a sling. Strollers are better for rocking them to sleep when they are tired and hence a better experience for the parents and the tables surrounding them."

"I made a reservation for 15 people that was to be at 2:15pm, we were not seated until nearly 2:40pm, overall we were there for a little over 4 hours, not because we were talking and enjoying ourselves, but because it took that long for our service. Our 2 waiters appeared to be more attentive to the other large party which actually left and another large party was sat at that same table while we were still there. They were also more attentive to that party. One member of my party requested lemon wedges for her water when we got our water, she asked for them on 3 other occasions, but never received them. Another member of the group requested a side of chicken for his pasta when he received it and never received the chicken."

"Very disappointed on this visit. Got the family style for mothers day and entree's were pretty much all chicken dishes. Cream puff no longer offered, service was not great. This was pretty much a rip off at $ 28.95/person. Oh yes, only 1 salad. Ordered extra mushrooms and they brought " 4 " mushrooms for 5 people.

"Took my parents for their 40th Anniversary and reserved on opentable. When we got there, we were seated within minutes, and I had requested an "outskirt" table, as we didn't want to be in the center of the chaos. Our waiter was very helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent and PLENTIFUL! We left with another mean for each of us. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion."

"Lost our reservation @ first...sat @ main bar til seated....Bottled BEER was warm. (brought to the attention of the bartender)...offered DRAFT instead ? "notta" (2 beers and 2 drinks $ 27 plus tip .. a bit "pricy") Initial Bread was dry .... took a while to get another order of bread....Ice water served with NO ICE ..a few cubes in a few of the glasses.....Took forever for our order to get taken.....TOO BUSY, obviously..or our server "Nick" spread too thin......PORTIONS of food for which our past experiences with your restaurant.....QUANTITY,QUANTITY.....enough for leftovers to take home......NOT THIS TIME !!!! "This was my first experience at the restaurant. The waiter was courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu. "Our waiter was very prompt when we first were seated and brought our drinks promptly. I ask for a hot cup of tea after the meal was over and waiter brought the chest of tea choices but it didn't contain a mint tea choice I would have preferred. I did make a selection and she said she would be right back with the hot water which ended up being 20 minutes later and the water was not hot enough to brew the tea. I had the Chicken Truffle Tortelloni and it was fabulous. Everyone at our table thought the food was outstanding."

"We initially called to make reservations and were told they were no longer taking large groups the next day (party of 10). We however were able to make reservations on line. Not sure why there was a discrepency. We had a wonderful late lunch with very tasty food (I usually don't eat Italian food out because I am Italian and prefer home cooking. We loved the family style option. The zucchini, lobster carbonara and tenderloin were exceptionally good. We were able to eat leisurely and were not rushed. We had enough leftovers to eat another meal.There is no Maggionos where I live (Rochester NY) so try to go whenever I am in a town that has one."

"Ordered the Chicken Spinach manicotti and it was in a crepe, not a noodle. It tasted great, but not what I expected. Wished it was a noodle. Ordered the raspberry and peach Bellini, looked great but won't be ordering it again. Normally we get great service but it was just mediocre. I understand they are busy on a Saturday night, so I was very patient. But the fact that we didn't get any water or pop refills really bugged me. I was thirsty and was borrowing water from other people at our table. On a positive note the party with me order spaghetti and meatballs and Lasagna. Everyone loved their food. After our order was finally taken the food did make it out very fast so everything ended up being okay."

"This was our 3rd visit to Maggiano's and we've been impressed every time people say "You can never go back but Maggiano's is a definite exception to that rule. The service was outstanding, the food well-prepared and delicious and the atmosphere was very comfortable quiet enough for private conversation yet lively enough to feel celebratory. "Had dinner at Maggiano's for my birthday. The food and service were great. We ordered the Family style "Classic". Our selections included the Baked Zita with sausage and the Salmon with Lemon and Herb. For dessert we had the pound cake and cheescake. It was a wonderful celebration for me and my family."

"I ordered the herb sirloin medallions, well done. The medallions were burnt and very hard to chew. Some of them were still a little pink inside. The asparagus was black/burnt, soggy and stringy. I believe the entire plate had been left in the oven too long, as the plate was extremely hot to the touch. The cheesy mash potatoes were tasty. However my date's chicken francese was delicious. The mohitos were great."
