"This was a wonderful meal and a great value. When they discovered that we had never been there before, the Sous Chef brought us a sample of the Fried Zuchini, which was delicious. Another great part was that basic pastas are only about $13 and they give you a second helping to bring home."

"We arrived and were seated with menus. After 30 minutes waiting for someone to serve us, it appeared we had been overlooked so in passing, completely by accident we alerted someone who ended up being the manager. He apologized profusely, comped an appetizer and made sure we were attended to.

"It was my son's 31st birthday and Maggiano's was his venue of choice. This was both mom & son's first visit and definitely not our last.The food, atomsphere, the live music ( I LOVE LIVE MUSIC) and most of all the Staff was exceptional. Everyone from the door to the busers we very friendly, courtesy and very professional. Maggiano's is a 5 star restaurant in my book."

"I loved the food, I had a birthday dinner, and they took so long to serve food. I would say the took about 40 minutes to serve the food, and only one time they refilled the drinks. We had to ask to refill. One other thing I did not liked was that they said that the desert was to take home because they were closing. I honestly did not liked the service this time, because I been there before and service was great. This time I did not like it at all."

"Food was really good. The waiter I did not like at all. It was Mother's day so I understand that it was very busy, but he was just very short with us. We even had a different waitress come to us and set up our olive oil and seasonings for us because she saw we were running low, and she refilled our drinks. I saw her at other tables and she was much better and took her time with the customers unlike our guy. I had to wait over 10 minutes for him to come back to our table so we could ask for the check. This was 10 minutes after our plates were empty."

"We have been here several times, always for a special occasion. This was Mothers Day so we expected it to be busy. It wasn't busy at all ( it has been busier on a non holiday ) which was nice. The server slammed food down, to go bags down. Stuffed my cheesecake into a box with an apple desert and totally mangled the cheesecake and made it have apple taste to it. She got my son's order wrong and ended up charging for adding chicken to it that she forgot to do in the first place. Only got a drink refill once. We would expect this on an extremely busy night but not on a night when there were open tables all around. This is the second time I have come here and been disappointed. It is a 50/50 chance I feel that it is going to be bad service."

"First let me start by saying the food was great. I'm disappointed that even though I expressed on my reservation that it was my son's birthday and furthermore informed the hostess, they neglect to mention anything to him. After paying $90 for two entrees you would assume a small celebration or free dessert would be in order. The party next to me celebrated a birthday and a group song happy birthday to the table. "I took two colleagues from Singapore to dinner here, five days into a week long stay. Singaporeans are very discerning eaters, have high standards for the quality of food served by anyone, and will let you know if something isn't up to their expectations. I wasn't surprised, but was very well pleased, to hear them comment to each other that the food was excellent; and, to hear them say to me that this was the best food they'd ever had during numerous trips to Houston. Yes, the food was excellent, as was the service. This is definitely an excellent place to eat. Try the calamari and crab cake appetizers...absolutely great!"

"We've always loved Maggiano's but last Saturday, my husband and my son ate there and the food was OK. I ordered the Medallion and asked for it to be cooked Medium and my husband ordered the Veal Parmesan. My Medallion was more of a medium rare and my husband's veal had a strong taste to it. We didn't complain because my son was getting a little fussy and ate what we can and just left. They're always awesome but seems like this time it's not so great! It may take awhile for us to come back."

"It had been several years since I have been to Maggiano's do to not working in the area anymore. I always remembered them for good food at a reasonable price. They did not disappoint. The fried zucchini was wonderful, the entrees were good, and the desserts were delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant was a little noisy mainly due to two kids sitting next to us whose parents let them get out of control and watch a movie without headphones. Overall, I was glad we went and we both really enjoyed the food."

Have dinner and talk in the comfort of the dining room then move to the tables by the piano after. "I made reservations and commented that we were celebrating a friends birthday. We arrived a bit early and checked in but opted to have a glass of wine in the bar & await our friends. When we went back to hostess station to let them know we were ready for table they seemed confused and started to take us to a noisy, trafficy table in the front. I'm disappointed that no mention was made of the birthday and we seemed to be just another table....no need for reservations next time i suppose"

"Great ambiance, great pasta, and great friends.... as we celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary. The service was amazing, and very attentive, we each ordered different salads and entrees...each dish was delicious..be it classic pasta dishes or the parmesean crusted tilapia (yummy).... and the best part.. We were seated promptly at our reservation time on an extremely busy Saturday evening! THANK YOU!!"

"First experience but won't be our last. This place is truly amazing. Atmosphere, wait staff, food, I could go on and on. This visit was for my daughters birthday and I thought I would take her to a place other than her favorite place, The Olive Garden. Needless to say, she never wants to hear of that place again. She had a fantastic time a we all enjoyed everything. Our waiter, Martin, was a true gem. He was very professional, knowledgable and funny. We loved him as much as we did your restaurant. Thank you for truly a fantastic dining experience."

"We love Maggiano's, our guests did not even realize it was a chain! However, it is so, so noisy - but I don't see anyway for them to correct that. Food is good, but nothing spectacular. However, you can't beat the value (and the Maggiano's chop salad is amazing). Overall -- good job!!!"

"We were with another couple and both did the specially priced Marco's dinner for 2. We both opted for the stuffed mushrooms (a real treat). Our side had the eggplant and spaghetti + meatballs. The other couple had lasagna and fett. Alfredo. As usual, the food came out perfect in immense portions. We finished with cheesecake and the others had the chocolate. We've probably got enough for 3 more meals since they give you an entre to take home, too. What can I say? Four tasty meals for under $50."
