Maggiano’s is conveniently located in the Denver Pavilions on downtown’s 16th Street Mall. Our location offers easy free shuttle access to hotels, the Denver Convention Center, the Denver Performing Arts Complex & more. Maggiano's 275-seat dining room is an ideal location for your special occasion lunch or dinner, client meeting or gathering of friends.

"My son and fiance took me to Maggiano's for lunch on Mother's Day. Since it was a nice day we sat on the patio which was lovely. There is no view or anything since it's tucked away under the pavillions but it's still nice to people watch as they shop from that vantage point. The food was great, as always, and the service is terrific. It's a good spot to take the kids (my son is 3 years old). They give him crayons and a coloring sheet and they have the plastic cups with lids so he doesn't spill. Most importantly, as all parents know, the service is quick. You need to be in an out when you have little ones and Maggianos does it perfectly without making you feel rushed. Maggiano's is the only chain restaurant we will go to."

"We arrive half hour early. I checked in and athe girl said no flowers were delivered . the flowers arrived. waited outside until a couple mintues after my reservation i asked how long we would have to wait. lady turned to the girl . The girl said that I was waiting for two more people in my party. we came together She insisted that I was waiting for someone, even though four of us were waiting for 15 minutes in front of her. She rushed back and put the flowers on a small booth and put too close to th ecandle which caught one of the flowers on fire. This table was not made for 4 people especially if you wanted family style which we chose to order individual meals. This was not a very good experience."

"Wife wanted Maggiano's for Mother's Day. I hate going there on a Holiday. Mussel's needed more garlic and wine; pretty tasteless. The second helping had a few that were cold. Crab cakes were good, needed more sauce though. Beef medalions and Veal Picatta were both a plus. Cannelloni to rich: unable to taste the seafood. Forget the shrimp scampi; shrimp were good sized and plentiful but the scampi part was missing. Not much garlic or butter. Dessert was a hit."

Nice environment, great wine list but not much to choose from for the beer selection.
Aside from the lack of beer selection and the wait, it was a good experience."

Pasta dishes (raviloli, rigatoni, ziti) and salads (ceasar, dinner) were great, two chicken dishes (saltimbacco, florentine) were good, but not great. Nice location, online $10 coupon helped, but stil pricey. Loved the complimentary pasta to take home. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"This was our first visit to Maggiano's. The downtown location has an authentic Italian feel and an extensive menu. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and were ready to spend $200 on dinner and wine. We arrived before 6pm and were able to take advantage of the happy hour prices to save money on drinks and appetizers. We followed the recommendations of our waitress who was very helpful. We chose the classic Italian dinner combination that provided two great meals, that were too big to finish, plus two dinners to take home with us. The overall experience was very good and we spent less than $100, including tip, with dinners in our refrigerator for a few more nights. What a deal!"

"We love getting groups together (large and small) and doing dinner at Maggiano's before a show at the Buell. Maggiano's always gives us great food and portions for the price. "Great service, polite and friendly wait staff. Very good food. The Chicken Picatta was done perfectly and the chicken breast was juicy and tender. The Spinach Salad is definitely worth a try. The Caesar Salad, not so much, unless you enjoy the taste of plain lettuce and a "whisper" of Caesar dressing. I asked for and did receive a small side bowl of dressing, which was just ok. The fresh baked bread is also very good. If you enjoy butter with your bread, be sure to request warmed/softened butter or you will spend several minutes just chasing the frozen chip of butter you tried to split from the 'pat'. This is probably our 20th+ visit to downtown Maggiano's and would definitely return and recommend to all who enjoy great Italian food"

"This was the second time in a row that we've had a bad experience and with many options available out there will be our last time dining at this establishment. The food is good which is why we gave it another shot, but the service is basically terrible. Not even crowded and very slow still, they brought our soup and salads with dinner, one kids meal 10 minutes before the other 2 kids, tried taking our dinner orders multiple times without asking us if we wanted drinks, and the worst part this is the second time in a row that by the time they brought my wife's dinner the entire table was nearly finished with theres. This past time there were 9 of us so guess what the server got an automatic $30 tip. Stay away..."

"We went here to celebrate my fiancee's brother's birthday. They allowed us to try a small amout of a few wines to help us pick which ones would be right for each of our meals. The server even paid attention to the fact that we were celebrating a birthday, though we did not tell her, and brought us some lemon cookies with a candle for him to blow out. The only real issue we had was that we had a group sat near us that was particularly loud and crass. Otherwise, a very enjoyable experience."

"Maggiano's was wonderful with great food. The floor manager, Jason, was outstanding with his presence and outgoing personality. He was all over the restaurant taking care of customers and treated us like Royalty for our 40th Anniversary. Our server, Mathew, was very attentive and took good care of us too. We WILL be back."

"Food Quality was adequate, but chefs were challenged with beef tip temperature. A well done order after two tries in the kitchen was still medium rare.
Tables are very crowded. Servers continue to excuse themselves trying to navigate past seated patrons because there is no place to walk.
Too pricey given the inadequate ambiance, service and noise level.

"Wonderful restaurant! Terrific service. Great pasta dishes.I had the amazing chicken manicotti. I'm still dreaming about the tiramisu. My meal was so good I went back again the next night and had a chicken dish that was equally good. I like the fact that there are less expensive alternatives...ordering one of the simpler pasta dishes mean that you get a second one to take home with you, and you can buy smaller portions of their wonderful desserts. I will make plans to come to Maggiano's when I'm in town."
