"I made a larger reservation (eight) for our book club at Maggiano's, was well received and they accommodated our group with two children very well. The food was outstanding. Two downsides; they wouldn't sit our party until everyone arrived, when every other restaurant at Kenwood Towne Center had no problems doing so, and the wait staff were friendly but relatively absent. Trying to track down a simple water refill was extremely challenging after our initial order was placed. Overall the ambiance was lovely and the noise level noisy enough to make us feel social without being so loud we couldn't discuss our book, so that was perfect. Much of our group left the restaurant thirsty though!"

"I needed a place to take my Mother-To-Be on Mother's Day and I'm so glad that I chose to take her to Maggiano's!! We had excellent service and being that I made reservations on OpenTable, we didn't have a long wait time. I've only been to this location twice but both times, I've received an overall GREAT experience."

"WE HAD A RESERVATION FOR TWO AT 4:45. WE WERE GETTING PASSED OVER FOR SEATING TO SEAT LARGER GROUPS. AT 20 MINUTES PAST OUR RESERVATION TIME I INQUIRED ABOUT THE WAIT AND WE WERE SEATED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THE ONLY CONSOLATION IS THAT THEY PROVIDED A FREE APPETIZER AS COMPENSATION."

"Maggiano's never disappoints. As busy as it was on Mother's Day, we were seated quickly (had Open Table reservation) and service and food could not have been more excellent. The food was excellently prepared, piping hot to the table for all four entrees."

"Food was great, and the kitchen staff did a great job. Unfortunately, our "gauge wearing"wierd-o" waiter was horribly slow and completely unattentitive to our table...and he only had what appeared to be 3 to 5 tables!!! He literally stood behind our table (they have a little area partitioned off where the staff can observe the tables and respond to needs accordingly...) and chatted...doing little to nothing to tend to our table. This was our first experience at Maggiano's, and I'm convinced that not all their staff is this poor...so I rated the experience in light of that. Good luck and if you see a tall, short haired blond guy with gauges in his ears...ask for another server!!"

"we went to Maggiano's to celebrate my parent's anniversary, mother's birthday and Mother's Day (which all take place in the span of 4 days!) and it was the perfect meal! Our waiter brought a very special dessert plate (which I requested as a surprise) and was very nice."

"This is my son's favorite place to celebrate his birthday or any other special achievement...i.e. we came to Maggiano's to celebrate his full scholarship to a private high school this past winter. "To start with, I was blown away by the ease of use with setting up a reservation thru Open Table. We had a group of 8 and were instantly seated with no fuss. We were all in town for the Flying Pig Marathon, and our waitress made sure to constantly fill out water glasses to keep us hydrated and offered great food suggestions. I was pleasantly surprised with the meal portions, especially with the complimentary meal to go! The more carbs the better! To make the experience even better, our waitress surprised us at the end of our meal with three cookies with pig-tail-shaped candles to wish us good luck! The next time I run the Flying Pig Marathon, I will be sure to go to Maggiano's the night before!"

"We had a group (12 people) traveling from out of town and had made reservations - and I spoke to them on the phone twice about our group accomodations, so I thought this would be a great experience. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant the hostess seemed very confused and it ended up taking 3 people and 30 minutes to seat us at our tables! The food was good when we finally got our dinner, but the waitress couldn't figure out how to split the bills up, and got very flustered. I would NOT recommend this restaurant if you are in a group larger than 4."

"Very good Italian dining. The ambience was very relaxing and quiet, with Michael Buble playing in the background. We had five guests and all were very satisfied with their meals. One guest was gluten free and was very well taken care of by a chef who understood his dietary needs. We also had two salads and two desserts - which were enormous portions! If you eat here, go for the deal on the classic pastas - eat one there and take one home for just $12.95 for both!"

"Not only was the food delicious, but our waiter was wonderful! Sorry, I didn't get his name, but he was quite efficient taking care of our group of 13 people! It was especially nice for our server to bring candles and cookies to the table for our granddaughter who had just graduated from UC and cookies for the others! "I had made a reservation for 7:15 and we did not get seated for about 15 minutes. It did not bother my group and I, but the manager was nice enough to offer us a free appetizer and apologized for the wait. A very nice gesture."

"I originally had a party of 15 and reduced to a party of 8 and the staff was very accommodating, professional and extremely friendly. There was a small problem with our order and the chef came out to apologize in addition to the manager. I celebrated my graduation and becoming a PhD and this restaurant made me continue to feel special. It was great and we came away with lots if food for another meal. My entire party was stuffed from lunch for hours!!!"

"This is a great restaurant. The food is excelent and you get a lot of it. The chef will even come out to talk to you if you have food alergies and need a dish specailly made. I would recommend this restaurant to all of my friends."

"I've always had a great experience dining at Maggiano's. The food is so very good and so very comforting. This was the first time my party eat in the outdoor courtyard. It was equally as delightful as eating in the in-door dining rooms. The servers were especailly attentive and polite. Maggiano's will always be right up there in my first picks for dining out.
