"I had friends coming in from out-of-town, and needed a reservation at an affordable, SouthPark location that could accommodate our group at the time we wanted. Maggiano's was perfect! I'd never been there but always heard good things about it. The service was excellent, our server was very friendly, energetic and seemed happy to be there, even though it was close to 9 pm and she said she had been there since that morning. The food was great....although we were so busy talking and enjoying each other's company that no one finished their meals and we all took to-go boxes! Everyone was pleased; usually in a group someone has a concern but not the case here. Great variety of wines. Great atmosphere. Will definitely come back again."

"It was extremely busy and I was glad we had reservation but then we had to wait anyways. The food assortment was good with a large menu to choose from. Our waiter seemed stressed. He did his job well but his unhappiness really showed through. My spouse even picked up on it. The food was good especially the mussels. We went for our Anniversary but was too loud to have a decent conversation."

"We have never been disappointed by Maggiano's. The food is the best authentic Italian food in Charlotte and the service cannot be beat. Whether you look like you have a million dollars or $40 in your pocket, the wait staff treats everyone equal there like they are valued. If you want a great meal at a good price and fantastic service - make your reservation today! It can be busy at times, especially weekends and close to proms, etc. so reservations are the best way to go with them to avoid a long wait."

"Maggiano's is a good chain restaurant that serves good food. Always consistent and medium priced. It does get a little loud at times but it is the sound of people enjoying the company of others in their group. Prom season is upon us so there was some "table cruising" going on but again, they are just kids having a good time."

"The entire dining experience was enjoyable. The service exceptional and our server was great. Madison was personable and friendly, very accomodating and informative. He made us feel as though we were his personal guests. He conversed a little and took interest in what we had to say with a chuckle now and again. We selected from the classic family style menu and every selection was delicious and the refills and additional servings came timely. The chicken parmesan, mozzarello marinara, and grilled salmon were reordered three times which I think makes a statement. Looking very much forward to our next visit. We enjoy bringing our family and friends that visit from out of town."

"We recently had my daughter's College Graduation at the location at 4400 Sharon Rd. in Charlotte. The staff was great, friendly and extremely helpful. The main waiter Jake was the best and made certain that everyone in our party of 14 was abundantly pleased. They pulled out all of the stops and we were extremely satisfied. "We had dinner at Maggiano's this past Friday. We made a reservation through Open Table. If you want to have dinner at Maggiano's on a busy evening, making the reservation through Open Table is the way to go.
We arrived about five minutes early and had to wait about ten minutes before we were seated. Fortunately, we had a reservation.
The hostess sat us in a booth which was very nice, comfortable and away from a lot of the noise from other diners.

"I Had a good time at this restaurant! The only problem was that the waiter sat us at our table, and left for 20 minutes without asking us for our drink order and not giving us water. Also the waiter gave my friend club soda instead of sprite, and it took 2 times to ask for some balsamic for our bread. Other than that everything was great!"

"We were seated right when we arrived. Our waitress was great, very attentive and answered every question. Our physical table was a small issue as it blocked the aisle when people were coming and coming. We had to move our chairs quite a few times during our visit even for the stadf."

"Excellent restaurant! My family and I had reservations for 7:00 and we arrived about 30 minutes early and they seated us right away.
Ate here for the first time about a year ago and now I will not eat at any other Italian restaurant. The food is the best Italian cuisine that I have ever eaten. Employees are very courteous and very friendly. We have had dinner here 3 or 4 times and every visit is great with no complaints just compliments . I very highly recommend Maggiano's to anyone who loves Italian food. Don't let the look of the restaurant scare you away thinking that its expensive, very classy restaurant with very reasonable prices. I give them an A+ on everything!"

"Maggiano's remains one of my favorites for pasta, and this visit was no different. Our waiter, Casey, was great in patience and flexibility, whic hwe really enjoyed. As always ,the Chopped Salad was great, and I loved my Baked Rigatoni modified with vodka sauce instead of the pomodoro (I absolutely love Maggiano's vodka sauce!). We overdid it by ordering the 2-person special, as dessert didn't receive the justice itwas due because we were completely overstuffed by that course -- though tastes of the tiramissou and the apple crustada were both heavenly. Thank you!"

"Maggiano's is a great place to go for that special event. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food was great - I had veal parmesan and my husband had chicken parmesan. I received 3 pieces of veal, enough for 2 additional meals. The apple crostada was sweet and warm, very satisfying after a great meal. Because it was my birthday, our waiter surprised me with a plate of the lemon crescent cookies. There were 2 birthday candles in them, so I could make a wish. We return to Maggiano's several times a year, and always have a satisfying meal."
