Welcome to Maggiano's Little Italy in Boston, located on Columbus Avenue near the Theater District, Boston Common & Park Plaza. Our restaurant is a quick trip from the Freedom Trail & the Boston Tea Party. Parking validation is available Monday-Friday after 5:00pm & on weekends ($8 for up to three hours). Maggiano's 350-seat dining room is an ideal location for your dinner, baby shower or important client meeting. The seasonal patio seating has an old-world feel of dining on the bustling streets of Florence. Recent visitors include Manny Ramirez, Jon Bon Jovi & Kathleen Turner.

"Four of us recently dined at Maggiano's and had a terrific evening. We ordered the table size Maggiano salad, and 4 different dinners. We sampled each other's meals to get an idea for next time. For dessert we ordered the sampler dessert platter and one profiterole to split. Two of us had been to Maggiano's before, but it was the first time for the other two...will definitely continue to introduce Maggianos to our friends and family...favorite spot for so many reasons!! Can't wait to return again..."

"We dined at Maggiano's to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was a Wednesday night, which worked out great because the restaurant was not overcrowded and was fairly quiet compared to other times that we have dined there. Everyone that we had contact with was friendly and accommodating. Our server, Brian, was very attentive and cheerful. I had several special requests on how I wanted my dinner prepared and he made sure they were all met. He really made the evening for us. Bread basket was constantly filled, drinks came to the table quickly, etc. Food was good, although it wasn't hot. I have noticed the quality and portion sizes have decreased somewhat over the last 10 years."

"This is the fourth time we have been here in six months and each time our service is beyond exceptional. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive and you never feel like they are chasing you out. I suggest that you make reservations, we went on Mother's day and they were turning walk ins away. It was great for us because we didn't feel rushed to eat or to free up the table. Portions and prices are great, especially for Boston."

"Great spot if you have a family. But be careful, the wait to get seated and get waited on can be excruciating. Therefore, I would recommend snacking before going there. If bringing kids, watch them because they might fill themselves up with bread and olive oil. When the food finally comes out, everything seems to roll. Maybe it is worth the wait if you didn't fill yourself with bread and drinks. I think it is really an average restaurant with a little above average food."

"The waiters are very nice and helpful. We were late and they still sat us. It was a friend's birthday and I had asked beforehand for a cake to be brought with candles and they remembered! Theyi are accommodating, the food is spectacular and the service is great! The price is very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Definitely coming back!"

"My son graduated from college on Sunday & I wanted to treat him his girlfriend & his grandparents to lunch to celebrate.
We arrived a little earlier than our planned reservation but the restaurant was able to seat us right away. There was nothing not to like. There was something for everyone. The food was delicious. Portions were generous & we all left with goodies for later. Great place. Hope to return frequently."

"The food was wonderful. The service was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive. And..I love a noisy Italian restaurant. It was filled with customers yet we were treated with a personable, welcoming waiter who paid. Close attention to his customers.

"We bought tickets to a mystery dinner show and there were 24 people with the same ticket numbers to sit at 1 table of 8. We then had to find our own seats and split up our group that we came with. The hostess bought the other half of people that had to find there own seats a round of drinks, and not our group. All should have been compensated. The food could not have been better!! amount and taste. Our parking garage tickets were validated so instead of paying 20$ for parking we were told it would be 15. Down stairs at cashier in garage they wouldn't honor the validation and made us pay $20. It may have been the people that ran the mystery dinner itself that made these other mistakes in seating and parking."

"We met a friend visiting from out of town for a Sunday night dinner. Had never been to Maggiano's before. The Italian salad was really delicious (great dressing!) and our main courses were very good too. Although there were quite a few large parties there celebrating birthdays, the noise level was moderate and we had no trouble conversing. But if you don't like it when Happy Birthday is sung several times for all to hear, this is not a restaurant for you. Our waiter was efficient and friendly with a good sense of humor and the prices are reasonable for downtown Boston."

"When you go to Maggiano's you have the opportunity to dine family style. As a mother of a teenage son who's always hungry this is the best option. The table agrees on the the appetizers and entrees and then the food just keeps on coming until you tell them stop! It's a fun place to eat, great for special occasions and celebrations, huge portions and your really get value for your money! It's also in the heart of Boston, location can't be beat!"

"While the food is always good at Maggianos, the service on this visit was painfully slow. Our reservation was at 4:00 and we did not leave until nearly 7:00. I like a leisurely meal, but this was a bit too leisurely. Some parts of the meal did not get delivered until we chased the waitress to ask for it, we had to chase her because she never returned to our table once the food was dropped off. If this were my first experience at Maggianos I would not return."

"The food at Maggiano's is always delicious and the service surperb. We got there a few minutes before our scheduled reservation and we got a table right away. The one downside to Maggiano's is that it is so popular you usually have to wait - even with a reservation - so this was a very nice surprise. It was a great pre-marathon meal for all our group."

"If you have a huge appetite and want oversized portions, Maggiano's will fit the bill. The price's are very fair. My chicken marsala was just ok. Didn't taste much marsala. My husband loved his salad and soup. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Having gluten free pasta is a big plus for me."
