"We had a group of 11 people. Our table was ready for us within 5 mins of our reservation time. The server was great, remembered the children's names which was impressive. Food was excellent, right temp and generous portions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and can't wait for our next occasion to visit."

"We were seated immediately which is a big plus for me. Our server was very attentive and helpful on suggestions for a kid friendly appetizer for our children. I always love the atmosphere, service and food when we dine here. The only complaint I have is that the Maggiano's salad had way too many red onions."

"Arrived at 7:44 for a 7:45 reservation. Seated at exactly 7:45. A new wine that they were going to add was recommended. My lady friend tried a sample and she very much liked and ordered. Saturday night and food was served in a timely manner. Can be loud but had a booth and we both sat on the same side so had no trouble talking."

"Benn coming here since it opened. Almost always a long wait at prime dining times. Been doing the 'Today - Tomorrow' since the promotion started but will order off the main menu once in awhile. Plenty of food usually very prompt. Usually very good. Always great friendly service who will try to do a bit extra for special occasions. Will continue to go, on average, a least once a month."

We requested a table. They tried to seat us at a booth at 7:55pm.

We ordered drinks at the bar with a RUDE bartender. She acted put out to correct the fact she gave me the wrong drink!
We were seated at 8:27pm.
We ordered from a waitress who was nice but seemed

crammed packed area! She had too many tables
and did not get refills until we were almost finished eating.
My husband ordered a Caesar salad that looked like
a salad you would get from Lubys!
Also, we had no idea that this was a McDonalds play land.
There were a lot of kids playing catch me between tables!
Nightmare!

"We had a great time. I put a request for a booth on my Open Table reservation and was very happy that the hostess referred to the request when I walked up. We got the booth we ask for. We've been to Maggiano's many, many times but from now on, we will only ask for booths. The difference in ability to hear one another was REMARKABLE. Before we enjoyed ourselves but we could only chat with those next to us. In their large booths, all 5 of us could hear each other.
Another great thing about Maggiano's is the value. Try to Marco's meal special with appetizer, 4 entrees and dessert. AWESOME."

"We had great food once we got past the hostess. We had reservations for 4 people and arrived about 5 minutes before our reservation time. The hostess asked us to step to the side for a moment. Then, two other parties arrived without reservations (a 3 and a 4-top) - and they were immediately seated. We thought maybe they were clearing a nice, special booth for us...but when we were finally seated, they sat us at a regular 4-top that still was being cleared when we they took us to the table. Not a good first impression...but the food made up for it and was delicious. Quite a good value for the money as well."

"Maggiano's have raised their prices a lot. We paid $21 per person at Saturday lunch for pasta and appetizers. That's a lot of money for noodles! If you want main courses, the price goes up to about $30 per person. Maggiano's used to be very reasonable on pricing, but no more. There are better places to go for Italian food."

"We forgot how much we love this restaurant. The server and busboy developed a great rapport with my teenager that made our experience even better. Hard too upstage the food, but the service actually did it. Food was also awesome. A perfect night to start off our summer."

"We celebrated my husband's birthday and the service and food we outstanding! We had a last minute change in the number of guests and they immediately accommodated us without batting an eye. The service was friendly, prompt, and very attentive. The Pinot Grigio was wonderful. The ambiance was tasteful and conducive to conversation. The lighting and dark woods created a warm and inviting room. We highly recommend Maggianos. We had an Italian Cream Cake from NY Bakery and Bagels in Plano, TX and the server made original candles for it."

"I don't know about you, but I hate being sat by the hostess and the server takes 5 to 10 minutes to come and say hello. This needs to change or soon I will give up on Maggi. I used to think they were the best italian restaurant in town, but lately service has slowed down a lot. I don't think I have never seen the GM on the floor working tables. I do think Greg should be the guy. He at least seems interested on the diners."

"The food was very good, but the service was lacking. We're a group of 10+, with 80% arriving timely. We waited at least 10 mins for bread. We finally asked for bread. It was delivered, but then we realized we had no plates. We waited 2-3 minutes for the staff to return. It felt like the staff was annoyed and resentful that the entire group were not there. We ended with 14, but the staff cleared the settings of those that were not there yet, as if annoyed. They had to re-set the settings when people arrived. The service really bothered many in the group, knowing we were a large party and subject to a guaranteed 18%, yet we were ignored. It felt as if the staff knew it was guaranteed and didn't bother to earn it since it was guaranteed."

"For some reason, my sister and my mom dish was too salty. They have to re order something else. The waiter and the manager were great help. I ate at this restuarant many times; this happenned to me the first time. It's kind of disappointed; but I will come back."

"This was our celebration day for Mothers Day with my wife and child.
This was the choice of my wife, and she was very impressed with the course, from the salad, to her pomegranite peach drink to the meal. She was very impressed with the take home the Chef prepared for us. The waitress, Wyndi, was very accommodating and very informative to the menu. She was enjoyable to be served by, and made us feel right at home. She was very presentable and friendly.
We will definitely be returning for another such occasion. Thank you for providing the atmosphere and service that is due to all the wives and mothers that are due such respect and celebration by men all over the world"

"This was not my first time at Maggiano's, and they again did not disappoint. I took customers for a business lunch, and the waitstaff was dedicated but not intrusive. The service was friendly, relaxed, and attentive. The food was excellent, as always. I will definitely be back for both business and social occasions."

"We had reservations, waited 15 min to be seated. Dining room was very busy, our waiter appeared to have too many tables, he worked very hard for all, not enough time to completely take care of all tables. The appetizer of fried zucchini was very good. We each ordered different entrees, everything was delicious! Mini desserts & Nona's pound cake, awesome!"

"Beyond the food which we loved, the service was excellent , which to me makes a huge difference in my overall dining experience. Our server was the nicest, most attentive and efficient server one could ever want, and especially on special ocassions like mothers day where the stakes are high, it is very important.
We so appreciate great servers who skillfully are always on top of things, and stay calm and sweet under the tremendous pressure that comes with the job."

"I usually can say nothing but wonderful things about my experience...this time server (maybe new) was sub par at best. Salad we ordered didn't have all ingredients and waiter seemed confused when we told him about it. Also hubby ordered off 'take a pasta home' menu, and waiter didn't ask what he'd like to take home...we gave him several chances too. With that being said...food was absolutely incredible, as always. I ordered lobster spaghetti for first time and WOW! Unbelievably delicious!! Ambiance great too! We saw two women being proposed to, super cute!!"

"Service was outstanding, we were waited on immediately by a very friendly, knowledgeable waiter and he stayed true to form throughout the meal. The food was absolutely fantastic, each of our four dishes better than the next, the restaurant was fun and lively, the wait staff courteous and fun! If you can make it to the desserts, try the toasted poundcake with caramelized bananas, it's worth every calorie!! Honestly, it's the best food experience we have had in a very long time! We will be regulars!"
