"Once seated at our table, we were greeted as long lost friends returning home. Our waiter Alex was incredible. Although waiting on several tables at once he made us feel as though we were his top priority. From decanting our wine to giving us menu suggestions his service was impeccable. We were introduced to Matt, the Assistant GM who also made us feel so welcomed. The stuffed mushrooms he sent to our table were fabulous. The pasta de mare was delicious and there was no problem with personalizing it -- I'm not a fan of mussels. My husband had the rigatoni D -- once again delicious. Portion size is more than generous. Dinner at Maggiano's will definitely be repeated on our next trip to Orlando."

"Quaint and relaxing atmosphere. We did the family style dinning and it was worth every penny. The food was amazing and plenty for everyone to eat. We had the Cobb Salad, Calamari and Spinach and Artichokes as our starters and for our main course we ordered the Beef medallions, Gnocchi with sausage, Linguini De Mare, and Veal Marsala. For dessert we had the Apple Crustada and Tiramisu. The food was outstanding. No complaints from anyone at the table. Would definitely go back again."

"I have been to Maggiano's several times, most recently in Nashville, Tennessee, I have to tell you they were more attentive and forthcoming with refills and food refills. Everytime we asked for something it took 20 minutes to get it. Never got refills on water or ice for the water, the food was not enough. I mean we had 11 people and it just took forever to get anything refilled family style. The fish we ordered took over 45 minutes to get refilled we had desert before we got our 2nd order of fish which is a little sad. then when it came to desert, they were out of crème brulet, out of the apple thing, we got tiramisu and they finally was able to make us the apple thing but we had to take it to go, not sure I will come back"

"We had a party of 4 and each thought their dish was excellent in taste. Parking is comped and that was a plus but restaurant is typical for tourist type location; a chain where you know what to expect food-wise, wait is extremely long (even with reservation), noisy, crowded, pricing higher than for non-tourist restaurant, servers/cooks are rushed and overwhelmed which leads to poor service. We had to wait at least 40 min for food to arrive. Our server was pleasant and did her best. The acoustics of the restaurant make for difficult conversation and high noise level."

"Reservations were pointless, Showed up 10 minutes early for the reservation and was handed a buzzer to stand in lobby area to wait for table anyways. Waited another 15-20 minutes for a table. And we were not the only group of people that made reservations and were waiting with a buzzer in hand. Then the service was so-so. Everyone was nice and pleasant, but the service was extremely slow. From time of order, it took nearly 30-35 minutes to get our food. Waiter was nice but only checked on us once every 10 minutes or so. Not acceptable to me. For dinner only and it took an hour and a half is crazy. Next time Olive Garden or Macaroni grill will do just fine... It will be a long time until we try dinning there again..."

"We are from Chicago, which is where Maggiano's originated, so obviously we always look forward to going there. We decided to go there for Mother's Day since we love their food, the price was right and we were able to get a reservation. What a great time. The food was outstanding, the server was wonderful and my family was very happy (which is a big plus). Always a fabulous place."

"I love that we can make a reservation and that this restaurant is so timely. We enjoyed our dinners on Mother's Day without any issues. Our waitress, Kate, was fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of.
Try the lasagna, it's awesome, and if you live here, and enjoy pasta, ask about the dine in and take it home, you will get a free meal to take home if you are enjoying anything from the pasta menu."

"I will never go on Mother's Day again. A packed restaurant is not something I really enjoy. But - as always - the food was excellent. And service - once we were seated - was excellent as well, even with the number of people there. The delay in being seated, when we had reservations and were one of the first groups in the restaurant was something I didn't enjoy - but after I (admittedly) whined a bit to the manager - he comped our appetizer. Once I got past the crowd in the entry, I really enjoyed lunch."

"We had a large party for lunch - the service was outstanding, and always the food was absolutely outstanding!! We were all soooo full!! Thank you very much!
The only problem we had, was all of our party had to have their parking tickets validated, in which the front girl did do, however, I guess the computer was not working, so when we all left, we all had to pay for parking - no big deal, but it was a inconvenience."

"Our service was outstanding, the dining room was lovely and they were very accommodating to our large group (which included three small children). However, I found the food to be seriously lacking. Considering how expensive this place is, I really expected more in terms of flavor. I ordered a dish with bowtie pasta, sundried tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach. My bowl had a pool of oil in the bottom and none of the 'sauce' stuck to the pasta."

"We have dined here several times and love the family style option. Personal favorites are the fried zucchini, bruschetta is amazing, chicken parm is delicious and apple crostata to die for. Definitely go hungry if doing family style as its endless. Seldom do we get refills as the portions are huge and we usually have tons of leftovers. This trip was sadly very slow service but luckily we have had others that were good so we will be back."

"Our party of four had absolutely NO complaints about our recent dining experience at the Pointe Orlando Maggiano's restaurant.
The wait staff is knowledgable, friendly and well informed as to all menu aspects. The food was plentiful and all had TO GO containers for yet another day and a reminder of our great evening there.

"If you like to eat this is the place to visit. Excellent food. The menu is not extensive but has quality options. The noise is quite high but manageable, point to be improved. Servers are very good, some of them outstanding."

"AMAZING food!!! Loved EVERY little crumb...which is saying a lot from me. From the bread, to the fresh tomatoes, to the perfectly cooked pasta...yummy. We were in a rush, needing to make it to a Play at the Bob Carr, our Waiter timed everything perfectly...boxed up desserts to go. We will be back!!!"
