"Our server was somewhat rude. Restaurant was crowded (Father's Day) but the server appeared annoyed when we asked about salads, i.e. size, type. He kept saying what salad do we want? He took one plate to be taken home but didn't return it until we asked about it."

"we hadn't been to Maggiano's in quite a while. it is a restaurant that we both enjoy. the booth was cozy. the noise level comfortable and not overpowering but the place was busy. the food was well made and we went home with left overs. we will be back again!"

"We had the best mussels here... so good in the red sauce. It was a little spicy which was a nice change and then we took advantage of the free classic pasta which was GREAT! I took home the lasagne, and 4 days later it was PERFECT reheated."

"You'll never be disappointed with the deliciousness and overall quality of food at Maggianos! Everything is yummy and the price is extremely reasonable for the fabulous food quality. "Went for lunch and had a great time, didn't feeling rushed...lots of choices, great service, great place...many dishes to choose from that sounded great, have "mini" desserts that were just enough along with full size, servings large enough for leftovers...diverse group of dinners with something for everyone and priced reasonably. They even have events with live entertainment, banquet rooms and seating spaced so you don't feel closed in while dining. We had been here before but it was over 5 years ago. We will definitely be going back for more and not waiting so long."

"Used on line reservations and it worked great. Three of us were seated promptly and the server greeted us quickly. Server seemed a little pushy at times but she brought our drinks and food items in no time at all. Husband and friend both ordered the Lasgna and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Eggplant Parme and it was delicious but on the soggy side. Overall a good dining experience."

"I love to try new restaurants but I was very skeptical about dining at Maggiano's. But after 2 hours of dining and the great service I quickly became a fan. The food was fantastic, the servers were great, I was truly treated like someone important and that to me made a great impression on me . This is a great place to bring a group of friends and also a great place to bring a date.

"Six friends who have known one another since their college days, 60 years ago meet at Maggiano's once a year for lunch. We enjoy your food and always feel like we can relax and visit for awhile.

The only complaint we had this year was that when we asked our wait person for checks to be made out for each couple she was not too pleasant about it. She did however comply."

"We usually go to Maggianos on Sunday but went Monday as a birthday treat. The dish we love and rave over, shrimp and crab tropheo, was not as good as usual. Could have been warmer when served, rather "soupy" and not as much crab and shrimp as usual. The service wasn't great either and since it was a Monday and the dining room was full, we were surprised at that along with the tropheo being not as good as usual.
Still, a great restaurant and we will go back."

"As always, we went to Maggiano's and had a fantastic dinner! My daughter graduated 8th grade and that is the place she picked to go. Great food and the service is wonderful. "Unfortunately, the waitress split red wine on 3 of the 4 people at our table. The manager was great about it and says he will reimburse us but we have not been reimbursed yet. This kind of thing happens. It just caused us a lot of grief. I hope they follow through with their promise to reimburse us.

"I took a group of retirees to your oak Brook location for lunch. The food was excellent and the eat one, take home lunch was great for everyone. "Love dining at Maggiano's. Always order the same items off the menu, the zucchini strips and the chopped salad. They are consistently good. If the salad is too light on dressing the server is always happy to bring extra. Like that you can order a glass of wine in 6 or 9oz."

"1st time for LUNCH HERE - I'm Gluten Free and they had the Chief come to the Table a said what they can make for me and sounded Great up to what I GOT. Salad to have tomatoes, cheese + it just with onions - now I ordered Hot & Spicy Shrimp & Chicken - dish tasted great - but - asked the waiter again of problem, comment was will chief again. Chief came out and he said SORRY but the other cook forgot to put in, and I SAID YOU SAID CHIEF MAKE THE DISHES ONLY FOR GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE - Sounded like LINE COOK DID IT"

"The food was excellent but it was a little noisy and a cold breeze was blowing on our backs. It could have been due to the fluctuations in the weather these last weeks. It would not keep us from returning. We always love the pasta deal, dine in and take a second meal home. How can you beat that, especially since the meals are so delicious. I would recommend make a reservation because it gets pretty crowded on weekends and it is so easy to do online."

"The food at Maggiano's is always good, served hot and with good service. Their specials are always worth considering and the chef is very agreeable to creating meals for people with food issues. How about some new dessert offerings?

My only complaint is the lack of parking. Since the restaurant is always crowded, you almost always have to valet park.

We were there celebrating a birthday as we have many times - and we'll be back."

"The service of this Maggiano's is so slow,very poor. Our server didn't come back to our table after serving the appetizers. We waited for more than 30mins for the main dishes to be served. We have to approach the lady upfront to follow up the rest of our orders. Only then that our server came to our desk to update us about our food. We were seated around 8pm and we left around 9:30pm bec of the slow service. This was our first time here & we didn't like the experience, we usually go to Schaumburg."
