Welcome to Maggiano's Northpark. We are located in the Northpark Center Mall off of I-75 & Northwest Highway. Our location is convenient to the John F. Kennedy Museum, the Dallas Museum of Art & Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Maggiano's 325 seat dining room is right next to Neiman Marcus, Dillard's & Nordstrom.
Maggiano's hosts a variety of special events including the Sunday night dinner & dancing with an 8-piece band & the Dallas Stars Q & A luncheon. Look for exciting future events including a six course wine dinner. Recent celebrity visitors include LeAnn Rhimes, Roger Staubach & Pete Rose.

"We had a party of 11 +2 infants. It was Mothers Day so we appreciate the possibility to reserve a table. It was very busy and loud but we still received good service but not great. Food was excellent. Waited a while for dessert."

"About a month before Mother's Day, I booked a reservation for 10 (incl 3 children) at Maggiano's. Our table was ready and waiting when we arrived. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was reasonable. I say reasonable because the temperature was not necessarily up to par. However, you have to keep in mind the quantity of people they were serving that day and the hectic pace that would be required in the food prep area. All things considered our experience was as we expected. We eat at Maggianos more times that normal so we have grown to expect certain things. Would the diminished temp of the food keep us from returning, ABSOLUTELY NOT! We would positively return and would highly recommend Maggianos for lunch or dinner."

"M's has been up and down over the years since it's inception but is DEFINiTELY on an up!
All food and drink was cooked extremely well and the service was also outstanding.
My parents are New Yorkers and know good Italian.
M's fit the bill again.

"We had two people in our party. We had reservations (obviously). There was a woman in was in line to check in with us without a reservation. We were sat in the VERY back in the corner and then literally BOXED in with no way to get up without having to upset TWO other guests at another table. The woman with no reservation - much better table!

"The service at the North Park location is great! I went with a party of 9 and our waiter was very fast paced in delivering our food and accommodating our needs. The entire staff there makes sure that you feel comfortable and happy with their service. The food is served in big portions and tastes great. If you are looking for a change from your ordinary "Italian" restaurant, come to Maggiano's where they serve REAL Italian food!!"

"Maggianos never disappoints. Food is almost always on point, hot & flavorful. Couple things went wrong, mozzarella appetizer came out cold, almost stiff- not hot & melty like it should have. Then, 2 people in our party ordered from the classic pasta dishes & the server didn't ask nor box up a 2nd portion to take home like the menu states. Being that it was their first time there, the 2 people didn't say anything to the sever. Either way it shouldn't be their responsibility to mention or ask about their to go portion. Will return to maggianos, just not the North Park location. Plano has always delivered, always! Northpark should give Plano a call & pick up some pointers."

"The food was delicious however the service wasn't as great. Our glasses were empty most of the time and our server would forget the things we asked for and would have to make several trips. "As at all Maggiano's the food was great. We had a major problem with the reservation. They did not have it, even though they sent me two confirming emails. I provided them the confirmation number and they still could not find it. They still seated us, but it caused major confusion, as there are two restaurants called Maggiano's Northpark (one adds the word mall) . Our party of six driving in separate cars called to make sure we were all headed to the right location, and neither restaurant showed the reservation."

"I had invited friends.who had never had the pleasure of dining at Maggianos and they really enjoyed the entire experience. My friend was raised in an Italian family and likened the food to what she had when she was growing up. Some of the best she had tasted in a long while.
I love the ambience but wish there was a Maggianos in Fort Worth as it is difficult to get across to Dallas."

"Everything was wonderful except the waiter who got one part of our order wrong. We ordered Chicken Marsala and got Chicken Picata instead. The manager was making rounds in the dining room and we called him over and explained the error and he took the Picata back to the kitchen and delivered Marsala in very short order."
