"Service was disappointing! I took my father and family there for Father's Day, and had a 645 reservation. I checked in exactly at 645, and was told the table will only take a few minutes to be ready. 25 minutes later we went back to the counter to find out why we havent been sat yet, and they said we can go stand in the waiting area. We were the ONLY people standing in front of them...not really sure how we got over looked. After we were sat, the server seemed to forget about us from time to time. We all had empty water glasses, and from the time we ordered dessert to the time we paid for our check, another hour had passed. I guess you really dont need to focus on service when you have good Italian food.
Anyway, my father enjoyed the food."

"Fathers day dinner at Maggianos. Everything was well taken care of. Reservations were made and confirmed by restaurant the day of. Table was excellent location, requested inside. Service was attentive. Food was delicious by all accounts. We had a party of five and we all ordered different items. Portions were large. No miscues by any staff members. Excellent evening. Will do it again."

"We had no problems what so ever. Our food came out quickly. I definitely recommend to groups to give their order a head of time. "One of the best in LV. But when host seats you, ask to go right because to the left and through to the end is at the back of the bar and the low ceilings over the booths there guarantee high, very high noise level. And, probably, the tables near the booths could be a little looser because more people in a tight area means even more noise."

"The Caesar salad was tasteless, wet lettuce smothered in parmesan cheese.They must have forgot the Caesar dressing altogether. It was so noisy the waitress could not here me trying to place the food order. The veal and pasta were very good and a huge sized order of veal. "have eaten at maggianos many times and it was always great, but not this time. Salmon was dry and very bland; all the food was mediocre at best. waiter was obnoxiously ever present. Overall a very mediocre experience for a $300+ tab.

"We met some relatives, that were from out of town, for dinner. Although both the food and service was good, it was much too noisy for us to carry on a conversation to catch-up on each others news. I've eaten lunch there several times and enjoyed that experience much more, as it was much quieter. The good news is they were staying on the strip, so it was a short walk for them and it was also convenient for them to do some shopping before dinner. It was nice for us locals to not have to go into a smokey casino to a restaurant. Overall, even with the noise, I would rate the dining experience as a "B.""

"We had a party of 6. We chose this restaurant b/c none of us had been to a Maggiano's for quite some time. None of us were exceptionally hungry in that many of us had a late lunch. So I ordered soup, my wife ordered a salad...long story short, only one of us ordered an entrée. As soon as our waiter realized our bill was not going to be as big as he wished, his attitude toward us changed dramatically. He went from enthusiasm, joking and having fun to serious, somber and dry...I could see the expression on his face change..."

"Maggiano's was a nice spot for some Italian food not overly priced under the Strip lights of Las Vegas. The Chicken Parm. was very good. The Eggplant could have been cooked a little more, but was tolerable. We were 5 minutes late for our reservation but that didn't stop the staff from accommodating us as soon as we walked in. We had a nice table up against a window with a "fun" view of The Strip outside. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience."

"The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Fashion Mall right on the Strip, completely accessable by bus, cheapest way to travel up and down the strip, and the restaurant sits right on the corner overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The food, as usual, very appealing to the eye and tastes great, I had a steak with fried patatoes and the flavor was fantastic! Service is equally as good, I was attended to right away and the beverages and food were brought out within a reasonable amount of time, I would diffenately be coming back my next trip out to Vegas!"

"Spent a hot afernoon on the outside deck enjoying great food.... Caprese... try it! Artichoke Dip from Scratch... fresh you gotta try it! Dessert sampler ... and in VBegas, its wasnt stupidly overpriced. It was so good we returned for dinner the next night.... We were looked after by Nestor... who was outstanding with recommendations... and super service... very attentive although he was soooo busy. Was too much food ordered... next time for the family sharing we dont need 4 dinners for 4 girls... 3 mains would have been more than enough! Be sure to book a res for the Saturday evening... The food authentic... and the staff.... Smiles all around... Cheers to the chefs from the 4 Canadian Girls! Bet"

"I came to Maggianos for my four year anniversary and had a wonderful dinner experience. The restaurant was beautiful. We sat by a window over looking the LV strip and it was truly stunning to have the dark dining room look out to the lights of the Las Vegas strip. The food was delicious, the tiramisu was beyond amazing. All trips to th3 fashion show mall will now end with a stop at Maggianos for their delicious tiramisu."

"I made a online reservation for my daughters birthday and I requested a booth. When we arrived at the time of our reservation I reminded the hostess of the special request of a booth and the hostess said that "seating is not guaranteed"-- what good is a reservation then?? I have been in the restaurant several times in the past where booths were reserved and waiting for customers arrival."

"We came here for a post-wedding dinner for 10 on May 27th, 2013. We made reservations a month a head of time. They checked up a day or two before to confirm. Given the relatively small party size, we expected them to just push a couple of tables together and run us with the rest of the customers. We were actually put in a properly-sized private room with our own dedicated waiter. The food was excellent, the desserts wonderful, and the price was more than fair ($30 per person including dessert and tip, but not alcohol). I honestly don't think we would have received the same level of attention at one of the big hotel restaurants, nor would we have walked away for such a low price.... My bride was very pleased with the event !!"

"We ate on the terrace with a beautiful view of the strip and the gardens at the Wynn. Excellent and attentive service. It felt like you were in Little Italy. Huge portions of excellent food. The fried calamari appetizer could easily feed two or three and was tender with no grease. Large portion of juicy sausage and peppers. Great veal piccata. Great experience. Much better experience then many much higher priced establishments. Highly recommended."

"Made our reservation online for 7 people. We were seated in a timely fashion at a large corner table over looking the Las Vegas strip!! Perfect location. We took advantage of the family style dining which was plenty of delicious food. Every course came with plenty of food and everything was very tasty. We enjoyed every moment."

"Been ther many times before, but this toime the server was obnoxious, very un helpful, we ordered hot tea for three, and she came with a little pot of hot water for one cup, we we asked for more water, she went into a rattle of telling us that was enoigh for 3 people, and the service just went downhill from then."
