Nikólas is New Hope's newest restaurant. Nikólas is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant that focuses on seafood and steaks. Nikólas is a prix fixe restaurant offering three different menus. Two of the menus each offer four courses. You can enjoy these with your favorite wine or beverage, or you may choose to enjoy them with the chef’s selected wine pairings. Our third menu is the Chef’s Tasting Menu offering seven courses of smaller portions, so you can sample more of what our chef is making this season. If you choose, this menu can also be paired with seven wines that go perfectly with each course.
"The two negative points I have is that for Mother's day, the Login Inn was not accommodating to children, which on such a day I expect the opposite. My mother and I were having the wine paring dinner, which was pricey, but everything was fantastic. There were only two options for the children's menu, pasta and chicken fingers. I asked for a fish option and cucumber salad for my son and the waiter would not accommodate in the least. He said that is ale carte could be ordered on the other side. I found the waiter not friendly as well as not accommodating. He had a pretentious attitude and dampened our spirits. The staff were very pleasant, especially the sommellier. I would come back but make sure Nikolas is a child friendly establishment."

"We booked the Logan Inn for Mother's Day dinner (they also have Nikolas which is much more relaxed with a bar and is usually buzzing at night)
The dinner menu offers 3 levels of Prix fixe 4,5 or the chef's taster 7 choices; each includes desert. I can't remember if they have an a la carte menu but they don't need one anyway. The meals can be ordered with wine pairing, or not your choice. The food was excellent.
We have been there a few times and the service has been great; understandably on Mother's day it was not up to their usual. It's not inexpensive for dinner but well worth it. The lunch menu is obviously much cheaper. Bottom line is go and check it out. You won't be dissappointed AND they have parking!! A must in New Hope"

"We went on Mother's Day. Food was ok but not as good as I hoped for the price. All we were seated at 515pm. All 5 of us went with the 4 course chefs plate. We didn't get our deserts until 730. Needless to say service was very slow. We didn't mind the wait but that is way to long. i would go back. I assume they were a little overwhelmed in the kitchen due to the occasion."

"Four of us for a weekend lunch. Food and service were quite good. Appetizers included clams and oysters on the half shell, grilled octopus and snapper turtle soup. The first three were excellent, the turtle soup was too thick and rather tasteless. Even adding sherry didn't help make it better. Entrees included filet mignon, kobe beef, branzino and lox/smoked trout and bagel. All were excellent...fresh, and well prepared and all the beef came out as ordered. Desserts included Greek yogurt, flourless chocolate cake and a Greek polenta custard in a phyllo dough wrap. The Greek yogurt was amazing, and the two other desserts were excellent as well (I tried them all). Food was expensive...$195 before tip which included non-alc beverages"

"We always enjoy our time here. However, they have a new chef and menu, which is Mediterranean. Unfortunately, I don't eat seafood, so my choices were few. I did enjoy what I ordered, though."

"Two friends and I met there for breakfast this past Saturday morning (all of us from 1+ hour away in different directions). It was the perfect place....a table with a view, a diverse menu and a waitress who knew we were there to catch up and didn't rush us a single bit. Being just a half block away from the main street made parking easier, too, with both their own lot and street parking right across. This will be our new meeting spot!"

"Shrimp bisque soup was great!! We had crab cakes and the snapper fillets and they both were excellent! We had a wonderful outdoor dining experience, glad they had the heaters on outside because when the sun went down it got chilly! Service was excellent as well as the food. We will definately return!"

"Went to an early dinner after great show at the playhouse(which was in walking distance). Have been to the Logan in the past , but it was the first time we ate on the spacious patio. It was a beautiful day but they Had their heat lamps on to make it extra nice. Had the four course with wine tasting. the attention, service and food was exceptional"

"Excellent dining experience that could be improved if diners could order a la carte. A member of our party just has a small appetite but still wants to savor the dishes one at a time. Thank-you, Wendy"

"We sat in the bar area to have a table for the (later) musical entertainment. We were expecting a raucous atmosphere, so no surprise to us when that happened. The food was tasty. Baked brie appetizer and mixed beet salad were good starters, followed by steak entrees that were prepared perfectly. Settled in for an hour and a half of music following dinner which capped a fun night at Logan Inn."

"We booked a room at the Inn and made a weekend stay. I had heard there was a new restaurant, Nikolas, and wanted to try it. It was a wonderful dining experience. They have 3 wonderful fix price menus, but with the added bonus of adding the wine pairings. There staff is great and very knowledgable about the food and wine. We are planning on going again bring friends with us next time."

"I do not recommend with group of people unless you reviewed menu ahead of time. We would not go back with group and do not like a set menu when we are dining out. It makes it very hard to choose your dinner. It really oes not give you many choices to please every appetite. Although food is good it is better to have an open menu with more simple choices."

"Food was good, but the overall meal was very very slow. We had a 7.30 reservation, weren't seated until after 8, and eventually took dessert to go shortly before 10 and were the final party to leave. By the time we had eaten apps and were waiting for entrees the place was nearly empty but we still waited an age"

"My new favorite place in New Hope. It's a prix-fixe menu that is very reasonably priced and has lots of options. Make sure you get the wine pairings. They have done a great job selecting wines to complement each course."

"Hmmmm….. Nice restaurant trying too hard to be upscale. Very expensive as wine was ridiculously overpriced - even by the glass. The menu is prix fix. Poor vegetarian choices other than fish and a vegetable fettucine, which was very good by the way. The better choices were in the more expensive prix fix menu; however, I am not sure it warranted a $20 extra cost. The room was drafty and very loud with the bar just beyond the wall. The waitress was not personable at all. I probably would not go back."

"Nikolas is now the name for the restaurant that is situated in the Logan Inn. Their food quality definitely has not been sacrificed! We enjoyed the chef's tasting menu along with our before dinner cocktails. The wine that we had for dinner was very good as well. Be sure to try their version of baked brie and the greek custard dessert in filo dough. Super delish!!! Our server was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience delightful. To our surprise she was in training and we would have never known it. Great job!!!"

"Nikolas took over the dining and the service is severely lacking, overall food quality was average while prices were above average. I would pass, we won't go back again, the Logan Inn was one of our favorite places to go..no more..."

"We were here during the off season and really almost had the place to ourselves for brunch. We were seated right by the fire (a real one) and it was romantic and inviting. The food was good and other than the fact that our server liked to talk a lot- the service was spot on. We'll be back during a busier season and will most likely visit this spot again at some point."
