"This place is a very special place to eat. My husband and I ate there last night to celebrate our 2nd anniversary . And it was exceptional ! The one thing I love most about this place is you are made to feel special. You are not rushed and you truly feel like your VIP! I love that we got to have a romantic dinner that was delicious! So many choices! It was exceptional!"

"but it seems as though they did not anticipate the need for appropriate amount of trained staff due to graduation weekend. Our meal took 4-hours to complete, with many mistakes from beginning to end. The food was good, but I would say to stay away when there is a major event happening. We did have a large party and the one waiter, who seemed to be handling several other large parties, was definitly stretched too thin...he was also the wine sommelier and brought us the wrong wine in the beginning."

"Don't waste your time or money. There are numerous other restaurants in Omaha that are much better than this all the way around in regards to food quality, price, experience and friendliness. Sullivan's may do well to remember just how much money their guests are spending when they dine with them and may want to step up their level of service and hospitality. Completely underwhelming experience and would never recommend to anyone."

"After making a reservation on0line several hours before when we got there they seemed to think we did not have a table. Once seated, there seemed to be a discussion amoung wait staff as to who would get the table. Finally manager approached table and informed us that he would find someone to wait on us and asked if we had plenty of time. Finally did get a wit person and he informed us that we were his first table as he was still in training. After many delays with appetizer, salad, and entree once the food was received it was cold. We finally asked for the check and there was one item that we did not order, but at this point we had given up and just paid for it rather than face any additional delays."

"The food was great but we had to wait about 25 minutes for our table even though we had reservations. It was like they overbooked. They even called to confirm and we still had to wait. We received our steaks, then had to wait for our sides. A different waiter noticed that we weren't eating and asked if there was an issue. When clearing the table, three people SIMULTANEOUSLY reached in and grabbed plates, cleared the crumbs, etc. It was like they couldn't wait to get rid of us. Even though they were a little pricey, the food was great and we plan to try them again. Hopefully, the experience will be better."

"Outstanding service!...quickly acknowledged and drinks were ordered...explaining our time constraints bar menu AND main menu selections were presented and well explained...We started with salads, "Wedge" for me and my husband had "Smoky Tomato"...both well prepared and delicious...We went with Philly Steak Eggrolls, BBQ Flatbread and Ahi Tuna Tacos...all just unbelievable!...If you go...GET THE AHI TUNA TACOS!!!!!!!...Live jazz piano/drum music, dark wood, dimly lit lighting and candles on the table...very Mad Men-ish"...LOVED IT!!!...and if you are lucky enough to get Rachel...no doubt you will enjoy your evening at Sullivan's!!!"

"The server was friendly but didn't tell us all the specials. (We found this out while listening to her tell them to another table) The steak was full of gristle and had little flavor. Extremely disappointing especially for the price. The macaroni and cheese was hard and dry. No cheese at all.
Overall a bad experience. We will never go back. The food is not worth the price. Omaha has so many other nice steak restaurants that are much better!"

"$5 for valet, had to wait aproximately 3-4 minutes for a valet to come out, there was no one around outside. Went in, were told it would be a few minutes for our table, they were cleaning a bunch of tables off. No problem, we would get a drink in the bar. I had barely taken a swig from my beer and they were ready for us. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls as a app, excellent. We ordered the soup instead if salad, and I believe sort if misled that it was included in the price of our entree, but was $3 extra for each if us. It was just ok, not a big fan of French onion. Wife had small filet, and lobster tail, I ordered the ny strip dry aged special, and then the Mac and cheese and au gratin potatoes. Her steak was perfect mine under don"

"We ordered the lobster tails, which were obviously previously frozen and had been for such time given the overwhelming aroma of old ocean coming from them. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium, it was rare. Unfortunately, my wife would not let me complain at the restaurant due to it being her birthday and she just does not like uncomfortable situations. The service however was amazing. I can't speak highly enough of our server or any of the other employees at Sullivans."

"I was disappointed in the food and the service. I was eating alone, so I sat at the bar. For a Saturday evening, there weren't many patrons. Maybe the staff wasn't warmed up and ready so early (7:00), but the service was slow and the food so-so. I ordered a rib eye which comes with potatoes, and a side of asparagus. When delivered, there were no potatoes, but they were brought out quickly once I pointed out the mistake. The steak was no better than I could have done at home. It was not cooked consistently, with parts medium and others medium rare, which I don't understand since it was not a big steak. The veggies were ok but not outstanding. For the price of the food, I expected better quality and service."

"Took a party of 13 to Sullivan's for a pre-bachelor party dinner.
The service was amazing. The food was incredible.
Sullivan's went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our time at their restaurant. After the dinner had ended or server offered to give us a tour of the wine cellar to add something special to our night. It was a great experience and Megan (our server) was extremely knowledgeable about the facility and the wines contained therein.

"have wanted to try Sullivans for a long time. saw a $100 gift card at Costco for $80 and got it to give sullivans a try. Walked in and was impressed by the ambiance from the start. Was quickly seated, a nice booth overlooking the entire restaurant-- fun to people watch. Kim was wonderful, good service with a sense of humor!! very professional and sweet. Dinner was great, the 3 steak medallions were a great idea-- 3 separate toppings was like eating 3 different steaks! quite a treat. a little disappointed to see some table of patrons in polo shirts and jeans--- maybe a dress code after 6PM or at least on Fri & Sat nights... "We had a reservation at 5:00 because we were going to a 7:30 concert.
I repeatedly mentioned this when making reservations, when we confirmed our
Reservation, and when we got there at 5:00, and when the waitress spoke to
Us at the beginning. We were not asked to order til 6:00. Our food got there after 6:30. So
We had been there 1 1/2 hours before served. It felt like we had to rush to eat even though
there were only 3 other parties. This was Inexcusable after I had taken such care to tell them in advance . But we did not see our waitress as she was also serving the bar. Music was loud from the bar even though In another room. For the cost , it was not a good experience. My husband
said he would not go back again."

"Valentine's Day review-- Sullivan's offers a unique bar experience on this night with live music. This helped distract us from the 40+minutes we had to wait past our reservation time--which is the one of the few knocks we had. Server was prompt and very efficient amongst all of the bustling and pandaemonium that could be seen in the stylish, open-view kitchen. Wine selection was surprisingly lengthy. As for food we ordered filets, which were cooked to a T and were our palates' best friends. Part of the V-day special was a dessert for two. We ordered the scrumptious cheesecake and bananas foster bread pudding--both were as rich as our Sullivan's experience made us feel."
