"Loved the interesting menu choices. Guacamole appetizer was great with the special "chips" for dipping. Portions of main courses were generous. Waitress was very helpful with menu selections. The only downside was the pricey beer and wine menu. Kept me from purchasing more than one drink."

"I travel to Cleveland almost every month and Paladar is a must every time. They have WONDERFUL drinks and the Ropa Vijea is a must on the menu and don't forget the sweet potato donuts...omg..they are sooooo good! We have a group of people that go every month and they all love Paladar."

"Really like Paladar - food is good, nice service and interesting interior. The only problem I see is the noise issue. This is the second time I was there, first during a Friday happy hour and it was very noisy. However, because of the time and day I figured a higher than comfortable noise level was not so out of line. But during my second visit,which was later in the day (after 7:30 pm) on a Sunday, the noise level was again uncomfortably high. I was there to catch up with an old friend and because of the extreme noise, I found us shouting over our small table at each other to have a conversation. It was a bit maddening."

"Owing much to the company, the three of us had a lovely evening. We all enjoyed our food, but did not talk much about it and I have not felt any inclination to do so since. The service was fine, but most seemed a lot more interested in serving the bachelorette party of heavy drinkers than our group. With so many other choices, I will not be going back any time soon."

"Paladar is one of the places where I take visiting guests or where friends and I meet for a really enjoyable dining experience. I always order the scallop ceviche and am working my way through the rest of the menu. It is noisy and the tables for 2 are quite close to each other, so that you can pass the hot sauce without reaching, which is what we did this time. Jeff, the server we've coincidentally gotten every time, is THE best. The service overall is quite good. Plenty of parking."

"Palladar was everything I hoped for and more! I was so pleased with the aesthetics of the place, the amazing food and the divine guacamole! "Ordered a glass of wine with dinner. While the runners brought out both appetizers and entrees quickly and accurately, there was no drink to be had. Repeated attempts to make eye contact with our waitress were thwarted as she visited her other tables repeatedly both before and after our food arrived. As I was starting in on the last of 3 tacos, our waitress showed up with my glass of wine saying she couldn't believe "they" had forgotten. However, nobody else had brought any of her tables a drink all evening (seems to be strictly waiter/waitress job). Our server was the one who flat out neglected us and the opportunity to make it right for a good 30+ minutes after taking our order."

"Just by chance, we tried Paladar Latin Kitchen and found it a must return to dinner spot. There are so many wonderful selections we still want to try. With the four of us, we ended up sharing drinks, appetizers and the main course. No lies, it was wonderful. No disappointments in the quality, helping sizes, preparation and type of food. We have only found one other east coast area restaurant with similar types and quality of food, and that was in New York City over 15 years ago. Wish your restaurant was closer, but worth the 5 hour round trip drive nonetheless."

This time around not sure what went wrong but the Kale or beans were very crunchy like they had rock salt or something in them. Kinda grossed me out and I finished about 60% of the plate. Normally I'm a member of the "clean plate club" but was slightly disappointed with that meal. That said, I'll give them a pass this time around and will definitely be back. Hopefully it was an anomaly and not indicative of future experiences."

"We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. We began with the guacamole trio with chips as an appetizer and were quite impressed by its lovely presentation and wonderful flavors. It was an unusual appetizer and thoroughly enjoyed by all four of us. The brisket was delicious, seasoned very differently with robust flavor. My wife had the fish tacos which she enjoyed, however, she had one with a very "fishy" flavor. The condiments on the tacos were great and well-flavored. Our dinner companions thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We felt the atmosphere was lively and fun. Our waiter, whose name I cannot remember at this time, was excellent. He checked on us with frequency to be sure our dining experience was pleasurable."

"Went there to celebrate a friends birthday. Our server was taking care of 4 parties of 4 or less, and then a party of around 10. He seemed to be very overwhelmed and didn't pay much attention to our table. He made a few errors on items that were ordered, and even brought one wrong item. We didn't say anything. But, when a person at our table mentioned that they were unhappy with a particular item, our waiter didn't even offer another item instead, or offer to have it taken off of the bill. There were a few other things that made the overall service experience disappointing. In general though, the restaurant and ambiance were nice, the food was very good. But, the service could have been better."

"The sun was directly in my face the entire time I was eatting dinner. It was so bad that I actually had to put on sun glasses in the middle of the restaurant. Need to do something about the sun, possibly some shades. Great food but that killed my dinning experience"
