"Don't miss the the special Sunday offer at $29.99. it is the best deal in town! Kevin, our server, did an outstanding job and was of excellent counsel for the wines. Corporate needs to come up with at least a couple of vegetarian/vegan offerings for the non-meat eaters that may accompany the carnivores!"

"The food was great as usual. The only complaint I have was the level of disruption from the server. Seemed like our conversations were constantly interrupted, and we weren't really there to socialize with the waitress. I felt like I had to keep smiling to be nice at the same time as figure out a way to shut her up about her kids and past customers, etc. she also was not very helpful on wine selection, forgot about one of our drinks. I am sure if we had gotten another wait person, it would have been better."

"The wine-by-the-glass list needs an upgrade. The steaks were just amazing along with their home-made hollandaise sauce. We got a lot of attention, from our waitress to the manager!!
Two things that were off: 1. They served us 2010 Meritage instead of 2009 that was listed on the wine list. 2. they charged 39 bucks for a 40 yr old port when the list price was 36 dollars. These are minor details but for a 300-dollar dinner, I expect more perfection."

"I don't generally advocate taking children to Ruth's Chris. However, my husband travels alot for work and he happened to be home for one 24 hour period for us to celebrate our anniversary and we decided to bring our children ages 5, 9, and 16. The staff was very attentive, treating our children like little grown ups instead of children. Thank you Ruth's Chris for making this a special occassion."

"Our reservation was in the system and we were seated quickly and told who would be waiting on us. That is where any semblance of service ended. We waited 10 minutes before a bus boy came and poured ice water for us. We waited another 10 minutes before another bus person came and dropped bread on our table. We were never greeted by our server because she NEVER CAME to our table. We waited a minute or two after the bread was dropped and then left. We informed the hostesses what had happened as we walked out. This was NOT the wonderful 15th wedding anniversary dinner I was led to believe we would have by reading all the reviews of this establishment. I am only giving one star because it is REQUIRED to give SOMETHING as a rating."

"My salad was very good after asking the waiter to make numerous changes. My husband had a filet which was excellent. However I ordered the lobster tail and it tasted waterlogged. That was disappointing. Our waiter gave us excellent service."
