III Forks is an award winning steakhouse, located in the new Midtown complex on PGA Blvd in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Considered the Crown Jewel of American Dining, III Forks serves ONLY USDA Prime steaks, fresh fish and cold-water lobster tails. The steakhouse, finished in beautiful black mahogany and marble, is designed to accommodate private parties of up to 40 guests. With a private dining room, piano lounge, outside dining and 300 different wines, III Forks is sure to provide the best food and service in town. Open seven days a week at 5:00 PM.

"This is our second time at III Forks and we absolutely love it. The servers are friendly and quick. The scallop wrapped bacon was prepared perfectly. The lobster bisque had large chunks of meat and was very tasty. Our steaks were prepared to the perfect temperature. Fabulous romantic dinner!"

"Food was good. I sent my suppose to be medium well done steak back since it was completely well. It came back medium I took it home and cooked it. I ate with 5 others so after tasting thier plates I was impressed at the food taste. The service was excellent. The restaurant was a little quite"

"This restaurant presents itself as a high end steakhouse. However, the service was fair and the food left something to be desired. The fact that the plates were burning hot was not announced, resulting in a burn to one of my guests. The food was decent, but plate presentation was poor. I was very displeased."

"Overall an exceptional dining experience with a traditional flare. The service here is above the rest and was outstanding. We made reservations online for 4 and when we arrived we were promptly seated. The inside of the restaurant is nicely furnished finished in wood paneling giving it an intimate romantic feel there are booths and tables. The steaks were outstanding as was the french onion soup. I had a prime rib very good. The menu is traditional steak house with a good wine list and the seafood looked tempting. The prices are double what one generally expects to pay in PBG, but we knew that and this was a special occasion. This was an indulgence that was worth the extra cost and made for a fond memory of a special day."

"My husband and I eat at 111 Forks when we visit Florida. This was our 4th visit and our meat was just NOT as good as the other visits! It wasn't that it was bad, it was just very ordinary and for that price it should be special. We probably will not return next year when we visit.Our service was excellent, though, and the servers were very attentive! No complaints about anything except for the entrees.We were disappointed because we were really looking forward to a great filet or steak!"

"The food was average. The filet Mignon was sub-par in quality in comparison to restaurants at the same level. The sides were over priced as well. They offered tomatoes and onions as a complimentary side! Plain, regular tomato slices (not very ripe either). At the least they could've had beefsteak tomatoes!? The only thing above average was that our server was very nice and accommodating. I would rather go to a Ruth's Chris or Morton's for that kind of money and get a better tasting Filet and sides. Needless to say, I won't be visiting again...not for those kind of prices."

"This is a great rest., the service was good but as the evening progressed and the staff was busier the ancillary help which needed direction could not be counted on. They need to better train the extra help for this caliber of rest. The waiter could not be there foh guest at all times. "Really disappointing meal! I just moved to So Florida from Dallas and was looking forward to a great meal like I used to get at the III Forks there.... Not so much! Service was great (waiter was new and very shy - almost soft spoken but efficient) but the food was so sub-par and not memorable in any way. Place was empty, everyone must be at Capital Grill which is where I should have gone!"

"My steak took forever to arrive. My baked potato was cold and was returned. The staff provided mushrooms at no charge however my wife and I do not like mushrooms. When I take my wife out to a place lie this we should expect the "best dining experience" and that was not the case. We felt that at the very least the$10 potato should have been removed from the bill."

"I had dined at III forks 3 years ago. I decided to have a business dinner there on Monday night. The service was good. Our waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My negative about the food, it was cold, the vegetable sides are extra and not worth the money. They are nothing special. These should be included in the dinner as a choice of one veg eatable included with the entree. The wine list is excellent. I will not returned. Very expensive. The decor is idle world, very nice."

"Our dining experience was very good. We enjoyed the live jazz band. It gave the restaurant extra ambience. The serving staff was very attentive and polite. My steak was perfectly cook although a touch salty. We also found the spinach to be salty as well. But overall our experience was wonderful."

"we had enjoyed dinner at III Forks at the Boca location that is no longer in business.
the dinner in PGA met our expectations and did not disappoint.
the rib eye on the bone still the best meat we have eaten ever.
the waiter was fabulous; it was worth the drive and the cost.

"We made a reservation for our33rd wedding anniversary. We arrived on time. The table was not ready. They offered us a table in the bar, which is noisy. We declined. They then put us in a room where there was a party going on with about 20 people. The table was so unstable, we thought it would collapse. Rather tan pay an exorbitant price for a mediocre experience, we left. We are done with this place. There are too many other good restaurants in the area."

"Food was not exceptional for the level of establishment. My fish was old and had a strong taste - they made another dish and took the entree off the check which was nice but I was really hoping for a great experience for our anniversary - Definitely not Ruth's, Mortons,or Cap. Grill"

"Chose III Forks for a relaxing evening for a friend before her surgery the following day. We were seated in a nice private corner that comfortably fit the 5 of us. Our server and her assistant were attentive but not hovering over us. She took time to make certain everyone would be happy with and understood what they had selected. Dinner was nicely paced with just enough time between courses so as not to feel rushed but not wondering when the next course would arrive. Huge with me is that finished plates were cleared quickly and quietly. By the end of the evening it had gone as planned. The tension of the situation had been relieved forthe evening and everyone left relaxed and smiling"

"Very nice operation . Not many customers . The waiter called my wife " dear " ..and in a nice and straightforward way let him know that DEAR HONEY MAM ...not good . Mizz is good We do not drink . wait staff was attentive without being obtrusive . We are guessing that lack of more customers MIGHT be prices are a bit higher than Capital Grille and choices are same as C G"

"Had a business dinner there. Group of 7. Food was good. Enjoyed the scallops and sea bass. The bread pudding was great. Nice wine list and good price on the silver oak cab. Service was a little slow. Our server might have been new and still training. Would go back again. Bar was crowded so gomearlymif you want the bar scene."

"We like to sit in the bar in a booth. It was a Friday and they had some jazzy quartet playing live, and it was a little loud, but very vibrant and pleasant. The complementary bread is brought promptly and is a very cripy round.
Our steaks were good, and the side accompaniements are awesome. I especially like their creamed corn. They come around with a platter of free sliced tomatoes and scallions, which blend very well with the corn.
My Long Island Iced Tea (no tequila) was well prepared. This can be a dicey drink to order out...
The highlight of the evening, however, was their bread pudding that is served warm with ice cream. DO NOT MISS THIS! It has lots of nuts and warm brown sugar flavors, that go well with a cappuccin"

"Service was adequate but not as attentive as needed. Server brought bread which was immediately consumed, and never returned to offer more. Time between courses was somewhat elongated even though we had informed seriver at onset that we had some time contraints."
