"Good, but food tends to be on the salty side. Waiter took a long time to come back to our table to take our order. Every restaurant always offers either crayons or something for kids to be entertained and he did not care to offer anything for our child. the restaurant does have a sketching board for kids which our child got after we asked."

"Our waiter was attentive and helpful with menu and wine list. I was surprised when he offered a sample of the wine I was interested in trying. It was our anniversary and he treated us to dessert. A wonderful to e."

"What else can you say.... in the heart of Beaver Creek Village so the food does not need to be great. Family friendly overlooking skating rink. Cool cocktails! Food is so-so."

"The food at Toscanini was superb, however the service was awful. In a highly rated restaurant like Toscanini we expected nothing but the best. Not only did our server forget to place our appetizer order it took over an hour to receive our entrees. Now I recognize it was a busy night and the kitchen gets backed up however our server only came back to our table once during this time, never to pour our wine or never to say I am sorry the kitchen is backed up, can I get you anything. Instead he stopped by about 45 minutes into our wait and said our food would be right out for it to come another 20 minutes later. The icing on the cake, he had the audacity to circle the taxed amount of our bill so we were sure to tip him on that amount!"

"Nice restaurant with great wine list. Food was not quite as good as last time I went. The Veaal was too salty and the Pappardelle Bolognese had way too much meat in the sauce. Beef Tagliatelle and Caesar Salad were both great."

"Toscanini is a great restaurant for a nicer meal with kids. The kids menu had more sophisticated fare. My little darlings especially liked the Caesar salad and pasta with grilled shrimp-no chicken strips here. My husband and I enjoyed our risotto and Colorado striped bass. Both dishes were very good. Nice relaxed, fine dining atmosphere with outstanding service."

"It was very noisy. Lots of children. The menu is very limited. No beef. Only lamb, chicken and shrimp. So my son's Bolbognese was madee with lamb without telling on the menu! I could not have eaten it. My Risotto was made with wine and parmesan. I asked for shrimp to make it more exciting. Risotto was bland and shrimp great. Mushroom soup appetizer was extremely rich and tasted more wine than mushroom. The kitchen is open, but none of the guests can see any of what is happening there. Very good winelist. Next to the ice rink. Good for families with young chldren, but I'd recommend other to go somewhere else."

"This pseudo Italian restaurant is well known but not worthy of it. Ti Amo in Avon/Vail is far superior and truly Italian. This place is so mediocre that they have not even taken the time to write correctly the names on the menu, so many misspellings it would make an Italian cringe. People with money and no taste eat here. Not worth the money nor the effort."

"I go to Toscannini every year and love it. Food is phenomenal and wine is great. Our waiter even brought our wine outside next to the ice rink while settled our check."

"It was fabulous. Had one of the pasta dishes (parpadelle with creamy bolognese sauce) as an appetizer. (Smaller portion) it was one of the best I ever ate"

"No tablecloths anymore, and definitely not as upscale as it used to be. Went on valentines day and we were disappointed with food and atmosphere. Probably wont go back."

"GREAT wine selection and overall atmosphere. The pizza was superb but the past subpar. The service was poor. We sat for a while before a waiter appeared. Would go again only for the great location and wine!"

"The food was underwhelming and over priced for what you got. The server was pleasant but there was a significant delay between salad and entree that was never explained or apologized for. I wouldn't make an effort to go back."

"Wonderful meal/experience at Toscanini. They have reorganized the space so it feels more welcoming and less jammed together. The service has improved quite a bit and the food was better than ever. Go !"

"The food here was mediocre at best and more expensive than not. The Spicy Octopus looked and tasted like rubber with chili peppers sprinkled on top. The Veal Milanese was okay, but nothing special... too dry and too fried for most tastes."
