"A great place to celebrate my sister with a birthday lunch. We were early for our reservation, but were seated upon arrival. We were upstairs and found the setting to be perfect for a leisurely visit. I had the seafood salad and the soup of the day (seafood soup). I would have had plenty to eat with just the salad. It was delicious."

"I have never been so happy and thrilled and excited about a brunch before! This was by FAR the best looking and tasting
day I've ever had. It compared to no other. The price was reasonable, the choices were many, the food was OUTSTANDING,
the ambiance was perfect, the service was great, my kids even behaved!!! Now THAT'S something to write about! :) Seriously
though, I would go back in a heart beat for Mother's Day and we will next year. I've already spread the word as well with all the
baseball teams that we played for the 3 days after Mother's Day. Super. Nothing needs to be changed or added as far as I'm concerned too. Just perfect. Oh, and the complimentary family picture? What a special touch. Thanks, Clubhouse!! :) :)"

"Mommy Day brunches normally require that you participate in the brunch only, meaning no other menu items are available. The Clubhouse was no exception. They provided an impressive buffet-style assortment of breakfast and lunch type foods and topped it off with the most delicious dessert bar ever which included a chocolate fountain. The chocolate mousse and chocolate covered strawberries made for chocolate heaven. I've seen better food layouts but the service was great and my Mom was very happy to also receive a free Clubhouse printed photo of our group.
I visit the Clubhouse frequently and always have A+ service. If you're there on a normal/ordinary day, please order the sweet ginger chilli calamari. It will leave you speechless."

"My brother and I treated out mom to mothers day brunch and we had a great time! The food was delicious and we always enjoy the variety of the options available. Even the choices in champagne flavors were a plenty :-). Service was great! Thank you for a great dining experience!"

"very disapointed!!! Food was luke warm at best. very FEW choices for food types - like deserts for example. Most of the food had very little flavor. Oysters were runny. Shrimp and crab were tastless, as if they had just been taken out of teh freezer atthe grocery store. The waiter was the only good thing. His service was great. For the price, we were COMPLETELY SHOCKED that there was not even a complimentary glass of champagne to toast the mothers with on their day. All drinks (except pop) were extra. Will not be going back and do not recommend it for event purposes."

"This was our first visit to The Clubhouse in years. They gave us an excellent table (on the side as requested) in a room that was a little quieter than others, which was nice. The service was great: our server was helpful but not intrusive. He recommended the featured drink, a berry mojito, which was delicious. Our meals were delectable as well: I ordered the lobster risotto and my husband had the fish special. He also had the lobster bisque, which is "not to be missed." Our only disappointment was my Caesar salad: the lettuce was yellowed and the croutons were hard. We also saw the dessert tray, which was filled with mouthwatering offerings that were big enough to share.

"A friend and I went to lunch on a Saturday. The Clubhouse is very large, why must the tables set for two be put next to the party groups or family-kid friendly tables of 6-8? The two-guest tables are the worst locations, next to stairs, in the general walkway, etc. We were seated next to a large table upper level. Then the family came, then the booster seats, the high chairs all while we were being cramped in space from kid chairs being brought in, chairs moved out with chairs being lifted almost over our heads. I requested that we be moved. Isn't it bad enough that the tables for 2 are tiny, but must they also be in bad locations in the restaurant? If I wanted to eat lunch in a day care that is where we would have gone."

"One of the best perks of being a Valued Member of really nice restaurants is that each year on the member's birthday, he or she receives a $50 credit (when they spend a minimum of $75 during their lunch or dinner outing).
I've been a Valued Member clientele for a number of years and the perk is one of the best in the restaurant business. It usually is quite persuasive in getting my wife and I to make a reservation posthaste since to secure the credit one must use it (or lose it) during one's birthday month.
We used my birthday credit this past Saturday and thus were able to procure a quite drinkable bottle of Penfolds Thomas Hyland Shiraz, circa 2010, which was sublime. And the beauty of having the credit, the wine was absolutely free!"

"This was my second time there. The food was very good both times. The first time we were in a corner and it was easier to hear. "We had an excellent dinner, my friend had the porkchop and loved it, my dad said his steak was perfect. I had the lobster rositto, it was a little heavy with wine but good, my husbdand had the clubsandwich and said it was ok. Our waiter seemed alittle rushed but overall it was a good time. "menu is a bit pretentious. a lot of the dishes I've cooked at home for under ten dollars for 4people. the club house wanted almost $30 for this plates. We tried a $7 bowl of chili. It tasted like chili. Environment is gorgeous. Really like the decor. Likely will not eat there again."

"Had a birthday celebration here. Prime rib was just delicious. One of the best I've had. My wife had the macadamia crusted tilipia which was wonderful. The waitress had served us before was great as usual. Also got a free cream puff desert! This restaurant is on my return soon list."

Vee went above and beyond to assist me with my special requests and the male caucasian manager took customer service to the next level; he was exceptional. "My best friend and I decided we needed a girls night out. After our dinner, that was about as much as we could do. We did not really have room for dessert, but when our server brought the selections out to a table across from us, we decided we had to share the Key Lime Pie. Awesome!
Dinner was amazing. We started with an appetizer, crab cake. The only problem...we should have ordered two. The sauce went very well with it. We both ordered a Mai Tai. It was perfect, her's was actually too perfect. Never have we been out and had to ask for a bit more juice to be added. So this is THE spot for drinks!
I ordered steak and potatoes and she had the stacked meatloaf. It was so much food, but we finished it for breakfast! Both were excellent."

"Very disappointing. Had been here before. Early evening reservation for wife's BD ( which was never mentioned let alone a cupcake with a candle) They sat our party of 6 next to serving station even though the entire floor was empty. The Food was mediocre at best and not cheap. My son ordered a signiture ish Chicken Pot Pie that left much to be desired especially no pie crust and little chicken. With all the choices in the area we won't be back at the Clubhouse soon."

"Very disappointing!!!!!! I had a 10:30 reservation and was four minutes late. I was told that the kitchen was closed because someone came at exactly 10:30 and was thought to be my party????? My name was given for reservations so how that mistake was made is beyond me. Manager came out and said ”unfortunately I can only offer you dessert” ?????? Really???? Why is kitchen closed that fast again???? My reservation was for 10:30, I wanted crab cakes and lobster risotto....no way that was being prepared in four Minutes. I was four Minutes late coming from Arie crown theater and dinner was supposed to top off my evening, instead I had to settle for sub on my hour drive home. :( :( :( :("

"If you're not single and looking to mingle, avoid the first Friday of the month event at Oak Brook. Crazy environment in the bar area and downstairs. Three out of four dishes were good, my filet was fair and the smashed potatoes were just a huge heavy cold blob on my plate. It was the most disappointing meal I've ever had at the Clubhouse."

"The food at the Clubhouse is always good and there is an extensive menu. We went for the Easter dinner at 6:30PM with out-of-town family member. We left at 9:30PM - the last guests out the door. They kept the buffet open for us and never asked us to leave but always had another cup of coffee offered."
