"Love, Love, Love this restaurant! This is my 4th or 5th time having dinner here when we come to Atlanta and we have never had a bad experience. The only drawback (for us) is the noise level. That is due in part to nothing to buffer sound and in part to noisy, loud patrons. Other than that, perfect..."

"As always I had an exceptional experience at the Palm Restaurant at the WESTIN-Buckhead this past week. While this is often the case, I am not sure that I have ever mentioned the manner in which the staff cooperates as a team to ensure that every guest receives exceptional care and service during their visit. This was especially evident to me on this past Friday as I witnessed the team work between Maureen and Rodrigo. Their level of interaction and communication was superb making every guest present during my stay seem extremely satisfied. "We'v dined here, as we have at your Perimeter Mall restaurant. Both serve excellent food and have excellent staff. And in both places groups of12-15, are noisy, rambunctious and difficult to control. However, everyone kept a positive attitude, so the events were all fun. Perhaps a gentle touch of added security might help support the serving staff
You'll hear from us again since my family decided to celebrated my 80th birthday right after July 4. I expect we will come as a group of ~14 - 20, but we plan plenty of time time in preparing the celebrations.

"This is probably the finest restaurant in Atlanta. My wife and I visit at least once a year and it continues to be consistently excellent - wonderful food, fabulous service, great wine list. Nothing is missing here. We love it here. And..... if you happen to go for lunch, there is no better value for your money.

"For the past few months I have been trying out upscale restaurants in the area. The Palm was next up on the list and I went for a special occassion. I didn't realize that it was inside a hotel. Although many hotel restaurants are very nice, I used to be a huge traveler and I usually ventered outside the hotel lobby to get real local flair. My view was of the hotel lobby, literally glass separated us. Look far enough and you can see the infamous "mall." The server was good, the drinks were good, the food was well paced. It was the best NY strip I have ever had, however everything else was just average. The crab bisque was only one step above palatable. Total bill for 2 with 1 drink each was $250. I like "Bones" much better."

"We love The Palm...were regulars in Tampa when we lived in St Pete, Fl. Now our Palm of choice is in Buckhead, GA. Though we live over an hour north of Buckhead, we make a point to go to the Palm multiple times each year. They have great food and wonderful service. Always happy with our meal!!"

We had an early dinner reservation so not sure about the noise level, but I would think this place to be excellent for meeting with friends or for business clients. My steak, ordered medium, was too rare and sent back. This was taken care of very nicely by the roving lady Manager,with free fries added for the inconvenience.
Our waiter did not seem to like this and only spoke to my spouse after that.

"Restaurant was noiser than expected but that was the only downfall was not a major disturbance to my experience. The food was AWESOME and the salmon taste was excellent because it was so fresh. The service was also superb (Ask for Fidelus). Grea view if you enjoy people watching. I will definitely go again."

"I took my school staff and was quite in anticipation of them enjoying it--it was affordable for us because it was Buckhead Restaurant Week. I have eaten at The Palm in San Diego and Tribeca (NYC), but not Atlanta. I love the regular menu and have always had good food and great service.
Not so on this occasion. The food was quite limited, with almost no accompaniment to the main course choice of filet (although the salmon selection had a side of artichokes that looked good). The service was extremely slow, and some of my staff didn't receive their desserts until after they had already given up and left.
I had to make two repeats to two different waitstaff for a glass of wine with my meal before finally getting it after I finished ent"

"We made reservations about 3 weeks in advance and were there right on time and got stuck in a table right in the middle of the "flight path" of every server in that area. A little annoying considering we made reservations weeks in advance. The server was pretty matter of fact and she insisted on the larger sides for 2 and I said we should be OK for individual sizes since we were getting 2 of them and they were just for the 2 of us. She charged us for the larger size for one of them even though I said individual for both. Then I wanted to upgrade my glass from a $11 Malbec to a $18 Duckhorn but when I got the bill she charged me $27 for the glass! The menu clearly said $18 and nowhere did it mention a 9 ounce size for $27. Our total was almo"

"Will not be returning! The Palm is known for fine dining. My experience was not one of fine dining. Our server Nic was nice enough but the service was lacking. With the Palm's reputation one expects the server and staff to anticipate their customer's needs i.e. refilling water glasses,coffee, wine etc. All had to be reuested."
