"The food and coffee were very good, but the prices were a bit astronomical. Thankfully this was for a work meeting with my mentor, because I would have passed out seeing the bill if I had to pay for it. I had the fish tacos, and the cod they used was absolutely fantastic. Very meaty, nice beer-style batter that wasn't too much, great fresh cabbage and other toppings, yummy pickled carrots on the side. My colleague had the baby crab burgers, which I had a bite of, and they were also very good. We had coffee and the passion fruit shortcake for dessert - not sure where the cake part was, as it seemed more like a pudding kind of thing. Also delicious, and the coffee came with cute little chocolate swizzle sticks. Yum!"

"MaSo seems quite hidden. The restaurant smelled of new renovations. The food was all right. The service was okay. Nothing extraordinary. The restaurant itself is spacious and has potential to offer fabulous fine dining but that didn't seem to be the case."
