Eleven Forty Nine Restaurants offer two locations, (1149 Division Street in Warwick, RI and 495 Fall River Avenue in Seekonk, MA) where guests of all ages can expect a unique dining experience. The restaurant offers Contemporary American cuisine in an upscale casual atmosphere for Lunch, Dinner, and Brunch dining. All staff from our valet attendants to our dining room servers look to provide customers with a great experience through consistent attention to detail, superior food quality, and comfortable ambiance. "The ratings I gave here are misleading because they represent the overall average of the table. However, each person in our larger party had a different food experience. Exactly 1/2 our party had absolutely AMAZING food and would go back in a heartbeat, while the other 1/2 had very bland/poorly cooded dishes. This place has so much potential, but the hit-or-miss nature of the food quality was surprising. Personally, mine was in the amazing category, and I would go back. But, I would be a tad bit apprehensive. As for the service, it was "fine," but it was unfortunately tied to the poor food: people had to wait a long time for extra dressing, ground pepper, and grated cheese, things they needed to try to fix their bland meals."

"I had a nice dinner here with my wife. No special occasion, just dinner. For me it was pricey, but food was fantastic. The only thing that bugged me a little was the look the server gave me when I said I did not want a side salad. It was like I offended him, he was literally shocked. Strange. Otherwise a good time. After dinner sat in the lounge for a drink and enjoyed the live music. I woudl go back again."

"The server we had was terrible. He took forever to come over and take our order and to give us our check. He didn't check in with us once to see how anything was or if we needed anything. He was also very rude when we didn't take him up on dessert. It wasn't busy at all, since we didnt get there till 9:30. There was no excuse for him to give us such poor service."

"Excellent menu choices -- a nice variety. One thing we'd like changed: the chef's puny hand-cut fries served with the delicious Kobe beef burger. These fries are too much like fast food fries. My linguini and clams were delicious and we love the soups, particularly the corn clam chowder. You can get Asian-style food here, too. The wine list is extensive and has many fine choices. Half price wine Mondays help pay the price."

"We don't go there that often, despite the fact that the atmosphere is delightful. Once we get there, I remember why -- the food just isn't that good. The pizzas look great on the menu, but the execution is poor; the other things we've ordered are meh. Too bad -- we really want to love this place; we just can't."

"We were seated quickly upon arrival, in a small room off the entrance. I had a fleeting thought that there should be a coat room. I didn't see one (didn't get very far into the restaurant) and the hostess didn't suggest hanging our coats. After dinnner,I realized there was indeed a coat room. Too bad we weren't advised. The room we were seated in was quiet, but seemed very removed from the restaurant and the ambiance of the place. Food was good with one exception. I ordered the swordfish special. It was served in a large bowl and I was left wondering where the rest of my meal was. The serving of fish was very small. Ridiculously small. Fish was dry, slighly overcoked. Beet salad special was very good. Short Ribs were a big hit."

"Went there for a lunch on Valentines Day prior to the mad hub but and higher pricing. It was excellent! We started with French Onion Soup. It was wonderful had a touch of wine with it. For the main course, Filet Mignons which were cooked perfectly and tender. They offered about 3 choices in vegetables. I had wanted to omit the starch and have two different vegetables. However the only choice was double of the same vegetables. So I had the mashed potatoes which were great and sinful and mixed vegetables."

"We went on a Friday night and had a reservation. Once seated, it took 35 minutes to get our basket of bread and appetizer. There seemed to be a lot of staff there, but the service was incredibly slow. The food was mediocre, especially for the price. Nothing to write home about. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. We won't be returning."
