"My daughter and I went here for Mother's Day. The theme was Disco Mamas and it was great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (menu, wine) and everything arrived at the table at the right times. My daughter has the Bread Pudding French Toast (Oh my word!!!!) and I had the quiche. Her portions were pretty ample (she couldn't finish it) but my quiche was a little small - but the flavor was very good.

"We were visiting from out of town. We were impressed by the diverse menu items & cuisine. There seems to be a dish for anybody. My boyfriend had the Tikki Masala which was very spicy and delicious. I had the swordfish which was cooked perfect! Our friend had the fig martini which had homemade fig vodka and she liked her drink very much. I had the French Connection which tasted like a really good pear martini. At the end of dinner, the server gave us vouchers for complimentary appetizers for the next visit. We had to give them away because we were from out of town."

"Didn't realize there was a disco scene going on for the brunch, but happened to like it and loved the photo booth and free mini-massage. The place is not well suited for a brunch buffet-flow was scrunched and food was luke-warm. Kids liked their breakfast though. Should have stayed with ordering from the menu. Our server was not very attentive, especialy for a special occasion. Had to ask for everything (spoon, more drinks, never refilled coffee). Would try it one more time."

"This is a great place to eat before attending an event at the DCPA. Allow plenty of time (we go at least 1 1/2 hours before). Innovative beverages and creative presentation. A little weak on vegetarian options right now, but the menu changes frequently."

"The service was fantastic - friendly, attentive and professional.
The food was outstanding - two chicken dishes (Kung Pao and Orange) and a hamburger were ordered by our group and the food was hot, had great flavor and plentiful, while reasonably priced.

"My daughter and I made a reservation at Corner Office to have dinner before seeing Mary Poppins at the DCPA. Since it is across the street, it is a perfect choice before seeing a show. It is too bad the food is not good, otherwise, I would always go before seeing a show. I had bar food there a month ago, and that was served in the bar and quite good. However, eating in the restaurant was a disappointment. My daughter had the orange chicken, served in a Chinese take out box, which was cute; however, it tasted like leftover Chinese food just microwaved! My fish tacos were ok, but more like fast food style. The side salad was ok. With such a great wait staff,the food needs to measure up and this place will be even more popular."

"We went here for my niece's 21st birthday. Our waiter was very friendly and had good recommendations. He did a good job. They food was average. We had calamari and rock shrimp, it was ok. I had the fish tacos,which I would almost say were bad. They tasted very bland and had one piece of fish on top of the taco. I would not order these again. The drinks were good, not outstanding. My niece did get a complimentary desset that she got to choose. She picked the cheesecake. It was the best thing we ate there. I'm not sure I would recommend this place to my friends."

While the food was terrific, if the parties cannot hear each other talk, it defeats the purpose of a weekend morning get together. "The Corner office Disco Brunch is a ton of fun! The food is typical brunch fair done really well. $10 bottomless mimosas and $15 bottomless bloody marys (with a make your own bar)mean that this brunch can last well in to the afternoon. It is a lot of fun, so get into the theme and enjoy!"

"The Corner office is the "go to" for my Mom and I when we have tickets to the theater. Cocktails are good, food is always yummy, and the service is always good. Nice to have a place that you can count on for good food & service on theater night."

"We gave our order to the waitress. When our food was delivered 30 minutes later, the waitress mentioned to my wife that the salmon was not available would she like swordfish.Wife requested orange chicken which was delivered really quickly. One bite indicated the chicken was cold. Waitress took back and then was delivered a few minutes later. Chicken was good."

"This place is good for a drink or quick bite before the show but you don't go JUST for the food or service...I will say up front that other visits have gone much better then our last did. We went during Restaurant week and had good service initially but seemed to be forgotten as things got busy. The waiter never brought the dessert that was included in the fixe price dinner and we ended up having to leave for the show without getting our dessert. (We ordered dessert and asked for the check at the same time as showtime was approaching.) It was taking so long to get our dessert that we then flagged someone and asked for the dessert to be boxed to take home, but it never appeared. So hopefully the staff enjoyed the cake!"

"Really enjoyed the Licorice Drop martini. It's crisp and the Anise adds just enough unique flavor without being overpowering. This coming from someone not too keen on black licorice. I was super disappointed with the food other than the organic salad. Tuna was WAY over cooked. Eggs overcooked. Mac & cheese super runny. Not worth the price!"

"We thought we'd try a new place for a birthday dinner. Half of the restaurant looks like a brightly lit diner (not good for evening atmosphere) and the other half is small bar tables. Thankfully we moved to the bar side. The food was mediocre, drinks okay, service good though. Definitely pass on this place for dinner. If you have to come here after seeing a show for a drink and a snack at the bar, that would be fine. Meh."

"I had booked a reservation online for 6 at 6:45. I arrived at 6:30, and found they had given my reservation away to someone else named chris. Even though it was their mistake, they could only seat 4 for me. 2 of my party had to leave and dine somewhere else, and it was my birthday celebration. I won't be returning."
