"I've dined at this restaurant several times - and the food was excellent as always. My husband and I both ordered the classic pastas, which came with an additional order to take home (added bonus!). I only gave three stars for service, as our waitress was a little too busy trying to chat to us about her kids to remember my daughter's milk (asked twice, finally received) or the extra bread we requested (asked twice, and although acknowledged, never received). Overall, it was a good experience and we will return."

"My Wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary and the food was OUTSTANDING! I made a reservation for 7pm, arrived at 6:40 and got sat instantly. The staff was very nice and our meals were super delicious and very filling. if you like mozzarella sticks get there fried mozzarella it is out of this world good! you get very large portions of everything you order and we are told it is all hand made in house from the pasta to the chocolate and caramel. Great place to celebrate anything from a nice dinner for 2 or a party of 10+. We will definitely go back again and again."

"Our family met for a birthday celebration. We have gone to other Maggiano's restaurants in the past and always enjoy the food, atmosphere and wonderful staff. "Good food at a decent price, but the price of a glas of wine was obscene!
The service was beyond terrible. I had to get up and go to a couple of waiters to get somebopdy to pay attention to the table & take a drink order. Then when our waitress did arrive she was rather blase' about taking our order & it was liking pulling teeth to get her attention during and after the meal. Directly opposite of that was the bus service. Those guys were terrific.

"We wete a group of ten. Not to large and restaurant was not crowed. We were given t)ree menus for entire table. When additional menus were requested told we had to order family style. I had called and was told that was not the case. Waitress insisted and I was forced to comply. If family style is a treatment for a lunch of ten then that should be stated specifically. I did not appreciate being tricked into a menu. Would not recommend for a group. Food was very good."

"Went to KoP Maggianos for 1st time & was pleasantly surprised. Food was very tasty, service was great, and portions were more than enough. My daughters got the 2 meal deal for $40 and we now have enough food for next 2 days. Would recommend it to anyone."

"Food was good, not great. I tried the Chicken Saltimbocca, which was prepared without many of the true Italian ingedients - escarole, kalamata olives, etc. It was slightly greasy and bland. The accompanying pasta aglio olio was also bland. If you go on a busy night, you'll be rushed through your courses so that the next group can be seated."

"Had a party of 8, waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, then the waiter forgot my beer, had to ask 3 more times before it arrived. I ordered calamari as an app, it was just ok, I expected better from an Italian eatery. Diner was a whole different animal. I ordered a simple pasta with meat sauce and meatball, I received a marinara sauce only. My uncles lasagna was forgotten completely and my daughters friends pasta side was missing. After 15 minutes, the waiter brought the food. He brought me a bowl with a meatball and some sauce to pour over what I had. This did not work for me so I just asked for another beer, had to ask 3 more times for it! I expect more from this type of establishment."

"Long wait, mediocre service, and a very unprofessional staff, that should sum it all up! Oh yea, the food was decent. This is my 3rd trip to the KOP Maggianos, and the place is basically out of control. The host staff are lost as to how to do their job, they constantly can be heard complaining and being immature, not to mention the attitude you get from them. The service is average, but like the host staff, you will overhear them complaining to each other, and no one is trying to go above and beyond. The food is decent, but probably not worth going to anymore. Management seems non existent at this place!"

"Friends from college 40 years ago met to have lunch and reconnect. Maggiano's was the perfect place. Excellent service, good food for lunch, a nice glass of wine and comfy quiet booth. "Nestled in a corner booth away from the noise on the main dining room floor, we enjoyed a very delicious italian meal provided with excellent service. For our meal we chose the "Make a Wish" Meal for Two with 10% of the bill going to this very deserving charity. So, in addition to great food and service, Maggiano's has a lot of heart."

"Food & service BY OUR WAITRESS were super - as always...but on 5/19/13 @ King of Prussia location your host staff of 2 guys & 1 girl needed an attitude adjustment (4:30 to 7 PM timeframe) - if we did not love your food so much & came to celebrate our daughter getting her Master's Degree - we would have left & if it was our first time there - we would have never come back, They need some training in manners and how to handle the public - we are reasonable, calm people who called ahead weeks before our dinner & were treated like ex-convicts when we asked to be seated a little early - very sad commentary on the power given to bratty employees as the rest of the dinner was superb - but sadly will think twice about returning based on them!!"

"We had a 7 oclock reservation. Seated at 7:45. Management made up for wait. A bit noisey and bit dark for my taste but the food was delish.

"We enjoy eating at Maggiano's for special occasions, or just for a nice evening out. The food is excellent, the service is normally outstanding, and the prices are reasonable. I would recommend a reservation, especially on weekends. It is fun to sit on the balcony and watch all the goings on on the floor. Do not, however, come to this restaurant to have an intimate conversation. The noise level is usually very high, and it can be difficult to have a normal conversation at your own table."

"To really enjoy this eating experience go with 4 or more people to partake in the “Family Style” dinning. This way you can sample several appetizers, entrees and desserts. I will definitely return to this restaurant."

"My husabnd and I went to Maggiano's to celebrate his birthday. The food was good, not excellent. The restaurant tries to cater traditional Italian dishes. They are good, but nothing special or new. The service was good, but slow. The wait staff were tryibng to do their best, but we had to wait our main course and desert for a long time. It was graduation weekend. The restaurant was filled with families celebrating their postgrrad children. I don't like the noise level. It was too loud. It was hard for me to have conversation. I would go back since the price is reasonable sometime, but not for special occasions."

"Consistently good food and service. Great value for price. A great place for groups as they serve a la carte or family style. No one will ever leave hungry. One of the best Italian food "chains" around. I'm one who prefers independent restaurants but I do like Maggiano's. Of the three in the Philadelphia metro area, KOP is the best one."
