Since its inception 9 years ago, Aquaknox has been widely considered as one of the absolute best restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. "From the hostess to the waitstaff to the Chef this restaurant was top notch. Put in a request to sit off in a quiet area and was seated at a nice table off to the side away from the crowd. Was greated by a great wait staff that took our drink order and even had some great suggestions. Food was delicious! Highly recommend AquaKnox for a special evening out or if you are just in the mood for great food and a pleasant dining experience. Lastly, to our surprise the Chef found out we were military and comped a portion of our meal. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant...5 stars guys, thanks again!

"My husband and I went to Aquaknox for our 10th anniversary dinner. The host and the waiters were all so nice. They made sure to congratulate us and even gave us complementary dessert and appetizer. The food is to die for. My husband had the surf and turf. He is still talking about it. He said it was the best meal of his life. I had the fish, which was also amazing. We truly recommend this place. I wish they had one in NY!"

"Looking for a good seafood dinner for me and steak for my husband, Aquaknox did not dissapoint. I had the crab stuffed lobster, amazing! Also the crab and shrimp citrus salad. My hubby had the filet. We are foodies and love fine food and this was the best meal in Vegas. Would return again for the salad alone. Ambience was trendy and warm."

"Service was very slow. Took almost 45 minutes to get appetizers and almost another 45 minutes to get the main entrees. Waiters disappeared and were not very forthcoming after asking a number of times what was taking so long as to why the there was a long wait. Restaurant was not busy (half full). Inexcusable for a restaurant that charges high prices. While food was very good, there are too many other restaurants in the hotel this restaurant is located in and nearby to go back to this restaurant. At a minimum after waiting so long for the food, you would have expected they would have apologized on their own or offered a comp coffee or dessert."

"My wife and I have eaten here several times and this was by far the worst service we have received. We saw a few servers that we recognized from past visits, but we did not get them as our servers. Finally, as nice and private as the side booths are, they are quite cold with the air conditioning blowing so hard that the flame for the drawn butter hardly worked. Our hot plates did not stay that way very long."

"Beautiful restaurant. One of the best meals I have ever had. Recommended the raw oyster selection with champaign vinegarette and super spicy cocktail sauce. The scallops were superb over truffled cream corn. 1/2 stuffed Maine lobster and fillet was not only amazing, the use of black truffle infused clarified butter put the meal completely over the top. Don't stop yourself from ordering dessert, the banana cream pie with a dollop of Guiness-chocolate Ice Cream was a nice finish to an outstanding meal. Service was a solid "10". Staff was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations."

"This was our first time to Aquaknox. We were staying at the Palazzo and wanted to find a great dining venue in house and followed recommendations to this restaurant. Conveniently located in restaurant row. Nice decor. Greated immediately and seated. Waiter was fantastic. We ordered Oysters and Crab cakes as appetizers. Both wonderful. We split the tomato salad. Wonderful. My wife had the Halibut special and loved the dish. I had the Tuna and was initially overwhelmed by salt and spice. I mentioned this to the waiter and he quickly accomodated and brought another tuna round to my liking. Dessert was three flavors of sorbet...all wonderful. I had the Absinthe cart rolled out and finished in style! Great meal...memorable!"

"The restaurant was absolutely amazing, nice ambiance decor, was not overbearing with noise from the casino. The greeters got us seated immediately. Brad came over and introduced himself and got us on our way. there was a second guy that was just as fantastic unfortunately i didnt remember his name although he did introduce himself. The food was so good im still thinking about it to this day. Its pricey but for special occasions i would definately come back. The tab came to a little over $200 with two entrees two side dishes 2 appetizers and two drinks...reasonably expected. I had the special which was lobster and i believe the ny strip steak IT WAS AMAZZIIINGGG, id get it again. Def would come back good job to the chef and staff :)"

"One of my favorites in Las Vegas and I go there often. This experience did not make an impression. Food was fine, service acceptable, but I was not as impressed as in my numerous prior visits. Everyone is entitled to an off night."

"Excellent service, could not find better in Vegas... We reserved a table for late dining after the Rock of Ages Show and crew honored our reservation for party of 18, even though we had booked 1.5 hours earlier. On the other hand, food was great and the place is overwhelming."

"Good, not great, food and service. Given the choice of restaurants in Las Vegas, I probably would not return, it just wasn't that special. It's well worth a visit, however, if you are looking for a seafood restaurant and it is convenient. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere in an attractive room."

"Tanya and Jesse were quite the team tonight, the service was outstanding! We have heard rave reviews of Aquaknox and had to try - glad we did! Everyone from Min the Ops Manager to the servers, was attentive and made you feel special. The food was delicious, the barramundi a favorite! Highly recommend this spot, casual yet elegant...you will not be disappointed!"
