"Our waiter was congenial, extremely pleasant and accommodating. The food and wine were excellent. The seating however, was very tight so it left no feeling of intimacy; the waiters had to squeeze by you and you were close enough to be involved in the next tables conversation. To me, this leaves no feeling for ambiance."

"Chianti was overall a great experience. The wait staff was extremely friendly, and was focused on making my visit with my family as enjoyable as possible. The Chianti Appetizer Sampler was a great starter, and everything was cooked really well. While the sausage gnocchi may have been a bit salty depending on your taste, the flavor was still rich and the gnocchi itself was well-made."

"I took my wife to Chianti for Mother's day and it was excellent. She's a former chef and foodie and has very high standards for Italian food (you know the type - she says things like "well, this Tiramisu reminds of the one in Orvieto but without so much cream...."). Suffice to say she was blown away by the excellent quality of the food and sterling service. I highly recommend it for special occasions and those with high standards."

"I can not say enough about my and my wife's experience at the Chianti Ristorante! From the first phone call to the time we left the service was amazing. I had called 2 different times to modify my reservation, and each time the person taking my call was more than understanding to my needs and more than willing to accomodate me! I had arranged for flowers to be delivered, they took the initiative to take them out of the box and arrange them in the vase and had them waiting at the table for my wife. The food was absolutely amazing, such flavor and distinct sense of pride from the chef who prepared the meal. You will definitely rejoice in the fact that you decided to dine at this wonderful establishment."

"We had a 7:00 p.m. reservation through Open Table. The hostess changed it to 7:30 without notifying us. It was close to 8:00 by the time we got seated and waited on. No special consideration was given for this mishap. They could have given us a complimentary appetizer or dessert and that would have made it so we wanted to go back. Tables are very close together so you need to be prepared to hear your neighbors conversation."

"Chianti is a classic, with a Tuscan Faux painted theme in the interior, and spectacularly fine fare! We have been eating there for years with never less than an amazing meal. Our favorites are the Tortellini al Polo, with it's chicken tortellini's and twists of prosciutto in a gorgonzola cream sauce, and the Chicken Gimignano. The fish dishes are always amazing (neither of us are big fish fans, but at Chianti...), and the wine list is quite nice. Always a great meal!"

"The food is always fantastic, but the staff is what makes Chianti my favorite place to eat! Our waitress was Tatiana and she bent over backwards to make sure everything was to our liking. Rachid is so outstanding and knowledgable about all the customers it is amazing. When I walked in he let me know that they had gluten free pasta ready for me, which is another reason I love this restaurant. I also commented that I did not like chicken and he let me know that they recorded that so they would know next time. Just amazing!"

"I have always loved going to Chiantis in the past because the food was so good. However, this time really disappointed me. We had a reservation for 7pm and didn't get seated until 8pm. By the time we were seated it was almost 20 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. Also, the restaurant was jam packed. It's a very small restaurant, which I usually like, making it for a very cozy ambience, but all of the tables were jam packed next to you and it felt very claustrophobic. All in all, I was very disappointed, as this used to be my favorite restaurant."

"We were very impressed with Chianti - the food was fabulous! Some of our friends recommended it to us, so we decided to try it. It is located in a strip mall that does not have the greatest appearance from the outside, but I can assure you that you would be very impressed with this little gem once you sit down and are greeted by your server. We typically do not choose to eat at Italian restaurants as we feel they are overpriced for what you get, but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of food. The bread was right out of the oven and delicious. I had the homemade hat pasta stuffed with butternut squash and it was out of this world! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!"

"Chianti never disappoints, and our server, Fiorenzo, and his assistants, are outstanding. If there is anything we'd change, it would be to reduce the number of tables by about 1/3, as the tables are a bit close for the small space which Chianti occupies. That said, the food and service more than compensate for that slight distraction. Everything is fresh and tasty. If you want true Italian in an intimate and caring setting, Chianti is the place to go."

"Chianti is definitely authentic Italian food. The dishes are delicious. The staff is nice and helpful. And the prices are very affordable for the quailty food you receive. It would be a perfect place for an inexpensive, yet classy place if it wasn't for the layout. The restaurant was awkwardly small and, in turn, very loud. There are a few tables that have some privacy, but it's luck of the draw if you dine in. If it is less crowded, you wouldn't notice it."

"This was not our first visit to Chianti's. It has always been one of our favorites. We have never had a bad meal or poor service. I did feel like they had added a few extra tables for 5280 week. It was packed. Hard for wait staff to move around without having to stand between two tables to let another server pass. The restaurant is small and intimate and kind of wraps its arms around you. Wait staff always helpful and friendly. There were six of us and 4 did 5280. Food was wonderful. Other two ordered their favorite meals that they usually order there. We will definitely go back, we probably prefer a non 5280 night. Cost is very much the same and they did not skimp on the portions!"

"This restaurant was recommended to us by a former employee. Restaurant Week of Denver offered us the opportunity to try Chianti at a special price, so we invited some friends and neighbors, making for a party of 7. We were early, and our table was ready for us. The place is small, with quite a few tables set up close to each other. The waiter and support crew was great. The food was fantastic, though it took a long time coming. The noise level, however, was high, probably due to the small-sized place. I would recommend the restaurant based on it's service and food, but not as an intimate setting. Also, don't let the white table cloths fool you: People wore anything from hoodies and jeans, to business casual."

"Authentic Northern Italian cuisine in the heart of the Denver Tech Center. The spaghetti carbonara is magnificent - creamy sauce, fantastically cooked homemade spaghetti, and just the right amount of pancetta. My wife had the lobster ravioli, and what a dish! Huge portion and stuffed with pure beautiful lobster. All at Olive Garden prices - not kidding no more than $14 for pasta and most meat entrees for lunch.
I can't believe it took me almost 8 years living in Colorado to get to Chianti! Literally tastes like being back in Firenze!"
