"We've been to brunch at Eau several times, and this last Sunday, everything looked like it was unreplenished, had been sitting around too long, and was about to be put it away. And our reservation was at 11:00! Halibut was overcooked, dry and sitting on dried out rice, baked eggs (2 in the chafing dish) looked dry and shrivelled, only a few oysters on ice, etc. Eau is a "big spread brunch."Coffee, juice, mimosas and bloody marys are included. Desserts are beautiful and delicious. Service was friendly and professional. We had 4 in our party, and the tab with tip was $200 something. Considering the quality/condition of the food, I would not recommend it."

"Eau Bistro was an excellent choice for brunch! The service was exceptional! We had a party of five and were seated in a private dining area. The varieties of food served was good - and all were delicious! If you like a spicy bloody mary be sure to try them at brunch. We will definitely return."

"We always love the food, presentation and service, but this evening we brought our own wine and the bill was very confusing. I suggest that Eau write corkage, not gratuity to reduce confusion; it looked like they charged for corkage and then for gratuity. We did take the time and decided that a tip had not been added, but it could have been omitted."

"My husband and I were very positively surprised. The food, the drinks, and the service were all very good. I went there thinking to have a nice dinner, and it turned out to be a great dinner. The only little disappointment was that they run our of spicy chocolate for my husband's dessert but the substitution was very good as well, so not too bad.
A plus for me: every item on the menu is organic/responsibly farmed."

"Great variety of excellent items. The cocktail shrimp are cooked perfectly and chilled just right. The cocktail sauce was excellent. The omelet to order was made exactly as I like it and they have plenty of items you can have in it. There was a cajun "eggs benedict". It surprised me when I sliced into it, expecting a poached egg, but it was a pleasant surprise. There was no egg, but what was like a crab cake, but it wasn't crab, it was pulled pork. Really tasty and very creative. The only downside to the whole thing was the sushi. It was apparently good quality fish but it dried out on the surface. Might be better to just leave it off it doesn't move enough to stay fresh.

"Eau Bistro was wonderful! Service was really good, chef provided complimentary delicacy w/horseradish (sorry name escapes me) which was very good. Not your typical menu which is why I chose this restaurant. I had Mussels and Veal Osso Bucco and my husband had the Ahi Tuna and Branzino Sea Bass. Food was excellent and very tasty! Worth exploring, don't be taken back by the menu choices, it's upscale! By the way, the sweet potato upside down cake was amazing as well! We'll be back for sure! Side bar ~ music & dancing in the hotel on Friday night! Great night out with valet parking! Parking validate with dinner!! Enjoy!"

"We ate at this restaurant for Valentine's Day while visiting our son at college. Our son and I had the Valentine's special. It was excellent! The main course was scallops and both of us enjoyed the dish. My husband had the Gnocchi. The sauce was delicious but the gnocchi was a little "pasty" in texture.
Overall our experience was outstanding. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service very good (it was a very busy night but the server still took good care of us). I would definitely recommend this restaurant!"

"I'll admit visiting from out of town,I took some colleagues to Eau Bistro because it was convenient...as it was located in the Chase Hotel where we were staying; However, the menu was fabulous and the food was superb! Waiter was responsive and communicated well the nuanced ingredients in each item...and made great recommendations. Everything from the soup, salad, meats, pasta was tantalizing and a very lovely surprise. Wine choices were varied and excellent.
I'd recommend and return! Amen!"
