"What a beautiful restaurant! Views of the harbor from every table. Casual dining available on the bar patio downstairs. Food was perfectly prepared to request. Clean plates all around when we were done. I was surprised to find they had an early dining menu available from 4:30-6p which offered a nice variety of items at approximately $10 less than the regular menu pricing.
I had always considered the Chart House a 'special occasion' restaurant, but will definitely be going back on a more regular basis. I read the reviews and was concerned about their pricing, but I think they're in line with any other nice restaurant. and the early dining option makes it an even better value. Highly recommend!"

"We chose the Chart House for our anniversary dinner because of its location on the water, its featuring a seafood menu, and its upscale atmosphere. We were greeted promplty and courteously by the hostesses, and even though we were early for our reservation, we were seated immediately. The wait staff was quite attentive, and the general manager made the rounds of the clientele to insure everyone was enjoying the dining experience. Our food was very tasty and presented very well. I had mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, and we were given personalized menus to commemorate our occasion. Our waiter also offered his congratulations. The waterfront location was very upscale and romantic. We recommend the Chart House for any occasion."

"Glen was very attentive. The timing between courses was relaxed. The food was excellent. My mother is 92 and very hard of hearing. The ambient noise made it difficult for her to hear both the waiter and me. We could not converse without shouting, so we did not talk much. Otherwise, we did enjoy the meal very much and will come back for special occasions."

"It was our 1st time in the restaurant. I had the 10 oz Prime Rib and it was cooked perfectly and I did not even need my steak knife it was so tender. My Mother had the Mixed Seafood Grill and said all three items were absolutely wonderful. We had the Key Lime Pie for dessert and it was outstanding! Every employee we encountered was very attentive and very nice. We would go back again without a second thought. And to top it off, we had a wonderful river view in which to enjoy our fabulous dinner. Best Mother's Day Gift!!"

"This was our first trip to the Chart House but it won't be our last. We brought 7 for Mother's Day and were treated like royalty. We each ordered something different and shared to decide who made the best choice. The Black Grouper with the Asian mango sauce won although none of the dinners were losers!"

"We arrived a few minutes late for our reservation but that was not a problem. We were still seated quickly with a view of the dock/ water. We had a nice time. Had a sangria and mojito which were both good. The coconut crunchy shrimp was yummy and so was the sauce, perfect match. We both ate filet mignons and they were perfect. We were celebrating my bday and it was noted on the menu. The chocolate cake was delish. We will definitely eat here again (special occasion or not)."

"We enjoyed dinner at Chart House while my Mom was visiting. We tend to go there for special occasions or when we have visitors. We always enjoy the food, the service & the atmosphere. The crab cakes are delicious; we all enjoyed sampling the appetizer but agreed that we should have ordered them for dinner - more to enjoy! Mom & I enjoyed the Chicken Romano. Very tender breaded chicken accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes & a wonderful lemon shallot sauce. My Husband enjoyed every bite of a prime rib dinner with a side of mushrooms. Of course we ordered the chocolate lava cake! The portion was enough for all 3 of us to share. Definitely a treat!"

"The follow-up preceeding the dinner was super. They accommodated us nicely by readily granting us a water view. The waitress was very attentive and even gave us these great menu memorabilias. I think meals were a bit pricey and unnecessary. I had baked stuffed shrimp which was tastes, but the shrimp was a bit on the tough side ( over cooked) and too many. I felt like I had to force myself to finish because of the expense. Overall a nice experience for a special occasion."

"We love Chart House for a special occasion, as the food & service is excellent, but the prices are high. We planned to go to Chart House for Easter Sunday, as we had years ago. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the menu for 'brunch'. We arrived at 11 AM, and were given a menu with dinner selections. We assumed (wrongly) that if Chart House were open for Easter Sunday early, the chef would have put a few 'specials' on the menu that included eggs or other breakfast/brunch specialities. We will definitely go back to Chart House for a special occasion...but not for Easter or any other time that they are opened early."

"I absolutely love the Chart House... But we took some out of town guest with us this past Friday night and were so disappointed! First our drinks came watered down! When you order a vodka martini you should be able to taste the vodka!!!! The appetizers were great! I will give them that ... But our entrees ( which were suppose to be blackened salmon) came out sitting on greasy potato pancakes! Will take a break from here... Not sure if they have a new chef or what!"

"Was visiting Daytona for a conference. Group of 8. Decided on Chart House as I've been to the one in NJ a few years back. Service was impeccable! Waitress (Ginny) was excellent - explained menu options and was very friendly and professional! Menu had a lot to offer. It was evening, but the view was still gorgeous. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely come back!!"

"Three of us each had outstanding dishes. The miso glazed salmon was my all time favorite and my daughter said the crab stuffed shrimp was amazing. We did have to wait about 15 minutes for our lava cake even though we ordered it with dinner, and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for our check. Other than that it was a very enjoyable meal."

"Service was very poor on this visit. Had to keep reminding the waiter for drink refills. Our side dish finally came to our table half way through the meal. Their desert "Hot lava cake" which is cooked to order came out over cooked hard not moist. My opinion is the waiter himself was young and under trained for this type high price restaurant."
