"Since our previous visit the menu has changed to totally a la carte. When paying these prices for an entree, potatoes (ex.), etc. should be included. Thankfully, the onion rings are still the best anywhere!"

"We are regulars and brought some family for the first. We notified the staff we had some newcomers with us. Steph was our server.
She made sure that every last detail was perfect. From an exquisite wine list to amazing appetizers to perfectly prepared filets! Our family was blown away. It was worth every cent! Upon leaving, the general consensus was that "dinner could not have been more perfect. Thank you J Bruners!"

"Wonderful Prime Rib!! & onion rings! We have eaten there many many times & when we want those 2 things tat is it!! Service has always been WONDERFUL! Ask to be seated in the main resturant & not the add-on part. Great food!!!"

"This is a a return visit that I had been looking forward to for awhile now. I have eaten at many places all over the country and this still remains to be one of my most favorite places for a good meal. The food was perfectly cooked and prepared in a very attractive presentation. I highly suggest this restaurant to everyone."

"We arrived a bit early and had a drink in the Red Lounge downstairs. It was very quite down there but the VO and 7 was quite tasty. The hostess overheard our conversation about it being our anniversary and when she seated us at our table, she wished us a happy anniversary. She also (apparently) informed our waitress (Wendy). My wife ordered a Filet Mignon and I ordered the Prime Rib with the add a tail option. Everything was cooked to perfection. Wendy provided fast friendly service and with the exception of forgetting the coffee I ordered, she was great. Wendy made up for the coffee with a free anniversary crunch. We will certainly return to Bruner's. It's the best the lake area has to offer."

"The food was very good, but I thought a little pricy. Interior needed updated, and so e windows would have been nice, I felt a little uncomfortable eating in a dark room, all closed up like being in a closet."

"This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone is super nice and friendly. Steaks are cut with a fork fantastic! And you would be crazy not to get the onion rings that melt on your tongue. My wife added a fried lobster tail to her meal. They use the same batter from the onion rings... I don't even like lobster and I ate more of it than she did. One of the best meals we have ever had and worth a trip to the lake!"
