"Great dining experience, which was honestly somewhat unexpected based upon some other reviews and airport hotel location. There were four in our party and each meal was fully enjoyed and complimented. Portions of fish serving especially were very large - really too large, but presentation, preparation and pairings of taste were top notch.
What made the evening over the top for us was having David as our waiter. Three of our group are leaders in organizational development and management consulting internationally - we all agreed that we would hire this guy in a second, not just as a waiter, but as an exceptional person to have in almost any company, we would find a job for him in our organization after we hired him."

"Service staff was outstanding but the steaks were nothing to write home about. The rest of the meal was fantastic but hard to get over the poor quality of the steaks and ability to cook them"

"I would rate the ambiance higher, but, it is in the lobby of the hotel. That said, we loved the food and our server. We truly enjoyed our experience!"

"I ate light and had six oysters. They were good. Also different. They were served with a green sauce which was good . However, the typical horseradish sauce was not available and it is not served with crackers."

"Food was very good. Service was poor, not very attentive. They forgot to bring the bread. Finally flag down another waiter not ours and she brought the bread 30 seconds before our entrees arrived. No oyster forks with the dozen oysters we ordered, had to ask for those as well. The restaurant had no mint jelly for the lamb. Waiter went and checked, came back a few minutes later and explained they used to carry mint jelly but don't any more. My wife had the fillet and I had the lamb, both very good. The cauliflower with a white lobster sauce was excellent."

"A much needed addition to the Seatac area as it is difficult to find decent places to eat, The good news is that the food is good, nice, well-balanced menu and professional service. They also will valet park your car for free. The bad news? Prices are for both food and wine are on the steep side."
